Kr\u00e1sn\u011b nad\u00fdchan\u00e9 a rozpl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se na jazyku. Sypan\u00e9 tvarohem a polit\u00e9 rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm \u010derstv\u00fdm m\u00e1slem.<\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poj\u010fme se na chv\u00edli toulat jejich histori\u00ed. D\u0159\u00edve rozhodn\u011b nevypadaly tak, v\u00a0jak\u00e9 podob\u011b je zn\u00e1me dnes, p\u0159esto byly v\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vyhled\u00e1van\u00e9. Z\u0159ejm\u011b nejstar\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1stupcem ovocn\u00fdch knedl\u00edk\u016f byly \u0161vestkov\u00e9. Zm\u00ednka o nich je ji\u017e v\u00a017.stolet\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edprava se d\u011blala tak, \u017ee z\u00e1kladem byly pokr\u00e1jen\u00e9 \u0161vestky sm\u00edchan\u00e9 s\u00a0m\u00e1\u010denou \u017eeml\u00ed. Takov\u00e9 knedl\u00ed\u010dky se je\u0161t\u011b obalily v\u00a0mouce a sma\u017eily na m\u00e1sle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O klasick\u00fdch knedl\u00edc\u00edch se jako prvn\u00ed zmi\u0148uje slavn\u00e1 patronka \u010desk\u00fdch kucha\u0159ek Magdalena Dobromila Rettigov\u00e1 ji\u017e v roce 1838. Ov\u0161em to se zase nesladily klasick\u00fdm cukrem, ale sypaly pern\u00edkem. Dal\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1stupcem ovoce byly jablka a to v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch podob\u00e1ch, syrov\u00e1, du\u0161en\u00e1 nebo pyr\u00e9. A t\u00edm se rozpoutala n\u00e1paditost a rozmanitost n\u00e1pln\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed \u0159ap\u00edky reven\u011b nahrazovaly \u0161vestkov\u00e9 nebo jable\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1pln\u011b. A zkou\u0161elo se d\u00e1l, mirabelky, t\u0159e\u0161n\u011b, jahody, ryngle, meru\u0148ky nebo bor\u016fvky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pozd\u011bji u\u017e se jejich paleta zna\u010dn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila, d\u011blaly se z t\u011bsta p\u00e1len\u00e9ho, t\u0159en\u00e9ho, \u017eemlov\u00e9ho, krupicov\u00e9ho, tvarohov\u00e9ho,bramborov\u00e9ho \u010di kynut\u00e9ho. Na Morav\u011b je sypaly m\u00e1kem, v \u010cech\u00e1ch tvarohem, na Letovicku zase m\u00edsto m\u00e1slem pol\u00e9vali smetanou. M\u011bly i r\u016fzn\u00e1 jm\u00e9na &#8211; od ob\u00e1lek v Polab\u00ed a\u017e po kuliv\u00e1le na Slov\u00e1cku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mezi nejv\u011brn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ctitele \u0161vestkov\u00fdch knedl\u00edk\u016f pat\u0159il b\u00e1sn\u00edk Jan Neruda, jen\u017e jim dokonce slo\u017eil hold v jednom ze sv\u00fdch vtipn\u00fdch fejeton\u016f. \u201eNe snad, \u017ee bych kv\u016fli \u0161vestkov\u00fdm pohrdal jin\u00fdmi &#8211; \u00f3 n\u00e9, to nikdy! V\u00edt\u00e1m lahodn\u00fd tvarohov\u00fd, s pocitem spokojenosti pohl\u00ed\u017e\u00edm na krupicov\u00fd a hned se podd\u00e1m, kdy\u017e se objev\u00ed vesel\u00fd knedl\u00edk t\u0159e\u0161\u0148ov\u00fd. Ale se \u0161vestkou v hub\u011b \u010dlov\u011bk \u0161i\u0161l\u00e1 rozko\u0161\u00ed, a\u017e mu o\u010di sv\u00edt\u00ed. \u0160vestkov\u00fd knedl\u00edk je m\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed ide\u00e1l!\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A m\u011b nezb\u00fdv\u00e1, ne\u017e p\u0159idat m\u016fj recept, tentokr\u00e1t na kynut\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 knedl\u00edky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUROVINY:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>T\u011bsto:<\/strong><br \/>\n0,5kg hrub\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n1 kostka dro\u017ed\u00ed<br \/>\n1\/4 l vla\u017en\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka<br \/>\n1 vejce<br \/>\ntrochu soli a cukru.<br \/>\n<strong>N\u00e1pl\u0148:<\/strong><br \/>\njak\u00e9koliv ovoce co m\u00e1me r\u00e1di, jahody, meru\u0148ky, jablka, bor\u016fvky, \u0161vestky atd.<br \/>\n<strong>Posyp:<\/strong><br \/>\ntvrd\u00fd tvaroh, m\u00e1k, m\u016f\u017eeme i jogurt nebo m\u011bkk\u00fd tvaroh, tak\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na na\u0161\u00ed chuti.<br \/>\n<strong>Postup:<\/strong><br \/>\nMouku d\u00e1me do m\u00edsy, trochu osol\u00edme a prom\u00edch\u00e1me. D\u00e1le ud\u011bl\u00e1me d\u016flek, nadrob\u00edme dro\u017ed\u00ed a posypeme cukrem, asi tak 1\/2-1 \u010dajov\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka. Vla\u017en\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem zalijeme a po\u010dk\u00e1me, a\u017e n\u00e1m za\u010dne kyp\u011bt dro\u017ed\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me 1 vejce a d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me. Dle pot\u0159eby p\u0159id\u00e1me mouku a nech\u00e1me vykynout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vykynut\u00e9 t\u011bsto nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kousky, kter\u00e9 si p\u0159iprav\u00edme na napln\u011bn\u00ed ovocem. Do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho kousku t\u011bsta zabal\u00edme ur\u010dit\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, tak aby nevykukovalo ven nebo nevyt\u00e9kalo. Je\u0161t\u011b nech\u00e1me chv\u00edli vykynout a pak vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me do vrouc\u00ed vody. Va\u0159\u00edme asi tak 8 &#8211; 10 minut &#8211; z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na velikosti knedl\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejl\u00e9pe uva\u0159en\u00fd knedl\u00edk pozn\u00e1te t\u00edm, \u017ee jeden vynd\u00e1te a rozkroj\u00edte. J\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m bu\u010f ni\u0165 nebo vidli\u010dku. T\u00edm zjist\u00edte zda-li je t\u011bsto uva\u0159en\u00e9. Nesm\u00edte zapomenout vyndan\u00e9 knedl\u00edky prop\u00edchnout vidli\u010dkou, aby z nich vy\u0161la p\u00e1ra.
