{"id":6211,"date":"2015-01-13T07:03:21","date_gmt":"2015-01-13T06:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/?p=6211"},"modified":"2015-01-13T07:04:17","modified_gmt":"2015-01-13T06:04:17","slug":"vec-verejna-mesto-je-bez-uzemniho-planu-co-to-znamena-pro-stavebniky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/?p=6211","title":{"rendered":"V\u011aC VE\u0158EJN\u00c1: M\u011bsto Vimperk je bez \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, co to znamen\u00e1 pro stavebn\u00edky"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V dan\u00e9 situaci to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na cel\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta Vimperk (na v\u0161ech katastr\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fazem\u00edch) lze do doby vyd\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, nejpozd\u011bji v\u0161ak do 31. prosince 2020, umis\u0165ovat v nezastav\u011bn\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed (nezastav\u011bn\u00fdm \u00fazem\u00edm jsou pozemky nezahrnut\u00e9 do zastav\u011bn\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed), v souladu s jeho charakterem stavby, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, a jin\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed pouze pro zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, lesnictv\u00ed, vodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, t\u011b\u017ebu nerost\u016f, pro ochranu p\u0159\u00edrody a krajiny, pro ve\u0159ejnou dopravn\u00ed a technickou infrastrukturu, pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed ekologick\u00fdch a p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch katastrof a pro odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich d\u016fsledk\u016f, a d\u00e1le takov\u00e1 technick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed a stavby, kter\u00e9 zlep\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed pro \u00fa\u010dely rekreace a cestovn\u00edho ruchu, nap\u0159\u00edklad cyklistick\u00e9 stezky, hygienick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ekologick\u00e1 a informa\u010dn\u00ed centra a tak\u00e9 stavby pro bydlen\u00ed na pozemc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed spole\u010dnou hranici s pozemky v zastav\u011bn\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je tvo\u0159eno v\u00edce ne\u017e jedn\u00edm zastav\u011bn\u00fdm stavebn\u00edm pozemkem, stavby pro zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed s byty pro trval\u00e9 rodinn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e stavba pro zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt nejv\u00fd\u0161e t\u0159i samostatn\u00e9 byty, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e sou\u010det podlahov\u00fdch ploch byt\u016f sm\u00ed v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010dinit nejv\u00fd\u0161e jednu t\u0159etinu celkov\u00e9 podlahov\u00e9 plochy stavby, nejv\u00fd\u0161e v\u0161ak 300 m2, stavby ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed na pozemc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed spole\u010dnou hranici s pozemky v zastav\u011bn\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee pozemek, na kter\u00e9m je stavba umis\u0165ov\u00e1na, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt rozlohu nejv\u00fd\u0161e 5000 m2. Uveden\u00e9 stavby lze umis\u0165ovat jen se souhlasem zastupitelstva m\u011bsta. Souhlas zastupitelstva m\u011bsta m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat podm\u00ednky pro um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed takov\u00e9 stavby. Za zastav\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed se sou\u010dasn\u011b pova\u017euje zastav\u011bn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u00fazem\u00ed vymezen\u00e1 k 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 1966 a vyzna\u010den\u00e1 v map\u00e1ch evidence nemovitost\u00ed, tzv. intravil\u00e1n. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b ji\u017e prob\u00edh\u00e1 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, j\u00edm\u017e bude toto historick\u00e9 zastav\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed aktualizov\u00e1no cca do konce kv\u011btna leto\u0161n\u00edho roku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nelze bohu\u017eel vyhov\u011bt \u017e\u00e1dostem stavebn\u00edk\u016f, pokud bude jejich z\u00e1m\u011br v rozporu s v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b podan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dosti budou stavebn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159adem zam\u00edtnuty. Zru\u0161en\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu se nedotkne povolen\u00fdch staveb v d\u0159\u00edve zastaviteln\u00fdch ploch\u00e1ch, by\u0165 nebyly zapo\u010daty a maj\u00ed platn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed podle stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1kona a nedotkne se ani rozestav\u011bn\u00fdch staveb a jejich kolaudace. V zastav\u011bn\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta lze d\u00e1le vymezovat pozemky a umis\u0165ovat stavby pro bydlen\u00ed, pro rodinnou rekreaci, pro stavby ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edho a slu\u010diteln\u00e9ho s bydlen\u00edm a rekreac\u00ed, a pro stavby dopravn\u00ed a technick\u00e9 infrastruktury a pozemky ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostranstv\u00ed. Vymezov\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00fdch pozemk\u016f a umis\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch staveb na nich je mo\u017en\u00e9, jen pokud tyto stavby nesni\u017euj\u00ed kvalitu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed nad limitn\u00ed hodnoty stanoven\u00e9 jin\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy.
