Druh\u00fd den d\u00e1me do pek\u00e1\u010de, posypeme km\u00ednem a mezi porce d\u00e1me jablka a cibuli nakr\u00e1jenou na \u010dtvrtky. Podlijeme vodou a zvolna pe\u010deme asi dv\u011b hodiny. M\u011bkk\u00e9 porce kachny vyjmeme, \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu propas\u00edrujeme p\u0159es s\u00edtko a znova proh\u0159ejeme. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me se zel\u00edm a knedl\u00edky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zel\u00ed kysan\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9:<\/strong><br \/>\nZel\u00ed podus\u00edme s trochou vody dokud nen\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9. Osol\u00edme, zahust\u00edme nastrouhan\u00fdm bramborem a ochut\u00edme \u010desnekem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zel\u00ed \u010derven\u00e9:<\/strong><br \/>\nZel\u00ed podus\u00edme s trochou vody, medu a octa. Zahust\u00edme sv\u011btlou j\u00ed\u0161kou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Stra\u0161\u00ednsk\u00e9 knedl\u00edky:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 kg brambor va\u0159en\u00fdch ve slupce<br \/>\n20 dkg krupi\u010dky<br \/>\n20 dkg hrub\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n2 vejce<br \/>\ns\u016fl<br \/>\nBrambory rozstrouh\u00e1me, p\u0159id\u00e1me krupi\u010dku, mouku, vejce, s\u016fl a vypracujeme hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto. Utvo\u0159\u00edme t\u0159i \u0161i\u0161ky, kter\u00e9 va\u0159\u00edme ve vrouc\u00ed vod\u011b asi 20-25 minut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chlebov\u00e9 knedl\u00edky (2 \u0161i\u0161ky):<\/strong><br \/>\n4 kraj\u00edce chleba<br \/>\n5 dcl polohrub\u00e9 mouky (2 hrnky)<br \/>\n2,5 dcl studen\u00e9 vody<br \/>\n1\/2 pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<br \/>\n1 l\u017ei\u010dka soli<br \/>\nKraj\u00ed\u010dky nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na mal\u00e9 kosti\u010dky, p\u0159id\u00e1me mouku, vodu, s\u016fl, pr\u00e1\u0161ek do pe\u010diva a vytvo\u0159\u00edme hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto, ze kter\u00e9ho vytvarujeme dv\u011b \u0161i\u0161ky. Va\u0159\u00edme 20 minut.
