Krupi\u010dku opra\u017e\u00edme na m\u00e1sle a dame do v\u00fdvaru. Oko\u0159en\u00edme z\u00e1zvorem, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fdm o\u0159\u00ed\u0161kem a pep\u0159em. Dosol\u00edme podle chuti. Pova\u0159\u00edme a znova sced\u00edme, ale hr\u00e1ch propas\u00edrujeme. Do hotov\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky d\u00e1me ml\u00ed\u010d\u00ed udu\u0161en\u00e9 na m\u00e1sle a osma\u017eenou housku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ryb\u00ed II.s \u010desnekem \u2013 Stra\u0161\u00edn<\/strong><br \/>\nSuroviny:<br \/>\nvnit\u0159nosti z kapra, ml\u00ed\u010d\u00ed, jikry, hlava<br \/>\nmrkev, kapusta, petr\u017eel, celer<br \/>\nm\u00e1slov\u00e1 j\u00ed\u0161ka<br \/>\nm\u00e1slo<br \/>\n\u010desnek, major\u00e1nka<br \/>\nsardelka<br \/>\n2 \u017eloutky<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ml\u00ed\u010d\u00ed a jikry osmahneme na m\u00e1sle. Ochut\u00edme z\u00e1zvorem a kv\u011btem. Do hotov\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky d\u00e1me knedl\u00ed\u010dky a osma\u017eenou housku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Knedl\u00ed\u010dky:<\/em><br \/>\nobran\u00e9 maso z pol\u00e9vky<br \/>\no\u0159ech m\u00e1sla (asi 1 pol\u00e9vkov\u00e1 l\u017e\u00edce)<br \/>\n1 vejce<br \/>\n2 uva\u0159en\u00e9 \u017eloutky<br \/>\nstrouhanka z 1 rohl\u00edku<br \/>\nml\u00e9ko<br \/>\n1 \u017eemle<br \/>\nmajor\u00e1nka, \u010desnek, mlet\u00fd z\u00e1zvor a kv\u011bt<br \/>\ns\u016fl<br \/>\nMaso usek\u00e1me. Ut\u0159eme m\u00e1slo, vejce, \u017eloutky, p\u0159id\u00e1me strouhanku z rohl\u00edku a ml\u00e9kem navla\u017eenou \u017eemli. Dochut\u00edme ko\u0159en\u00edm a sol\u00ed. Zava\u0159ujeme do pol\u00e9vky male knedl\u00ed\u010dky nebo noky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z okoun\u016f. \u2013 Nezdice 1939<\/strong><br \/>\nSuroviny:<br \/>\nokoun<br \/>\ncibule<br \/>\npetr\u017eel,celer<br \/>\nsmetana<br \/>\nhladk\u00e1 mouka<br \/>\ns\u016fl, pep\u0159<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vykuchan\u00e9ho okouna sv\u00e1\u017eeme do \u0159\u00eddk\u00e9ho pl\u00e1tna a va\u0159\u00edme ve slan\u00e9 vod\u011b s kouskem cibule, petr\u017eel\u00ed a celerem. Vyjmeme okouna, zeleninu nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kousky a pol\u00e9vku zahust\u00edme moukou, kterou rozm\u00edch\u00e1me ve smetan\u011b. Dochut\u00edme ko\u0159en\u00edm a sol\u00ed. Pokud chceme, m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat I maso z okouna.
