Ko\u0159enovou zeleninu uva\u0159\u00edme ve sladkokysel\u00e9m n\u00e1levu (3 dcl vody, 1\/4 \u010daj. l\u017ei\u010dky soli, 5 l\u017ei\u010dek cukru a 3 l\u017ei\u010dky octa).
