{"id":37288,"date":"2015-11-22T14:05:59","date_gmt":"2015-11-22T13:05:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/?p=37288"},"modified":"2015-11-22T14:09:59","modified_gmt":"2015-11-22T13:09:59","slug":"zdenek-kutil-nesouhlasim-s-prodejem-pozemku-za-zvyhodnene-ceny-znamym-kamaradum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/?p=37288","title":{"rendered":"ZDEN\u011aK KUTIL: \u0158\u00edk\u00e1m NE prodeji pozemk\u016f za zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 ceny zn\u00e1m\u00fdm, kamar\u00e1d\u016fm&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><strong>Zastupitel m\u011bsta Vimperka Zden\u011bk Kutil &#8211; nesouhlas\u00edm s prodejem pozemk\u016f obce zn\u00e1m\u00fdm, kamar\u00e1d\u016fm a spolukandid\u00e1t\u016fm v komun\u00e1ln\u00edch volb\u00e1ch za zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 ceny bez \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho zd\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vimper\u0161t\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9 na sv\u00e9m listopadov\u00e9m zased\u00e1n\u00ed rozhodli dvan\u00e1cti hlasy o prodeji m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho pozemku o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 3964 m2 m\u00edstn\u00ed firm\u011b VAVI s.r.o. za 1,08 milionu korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zastupitel\u00e9 up\u0159ednostnili nab\u00eddku finan\u010dn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed oproti dv\u011bma dal\u0161\u00edm. Byla up\u0159ednostn\u011bna nab\u00eddka firmy VAVI s.r.o., kde je jednatelem Ji\u0159\u00ed V\u00e1vra &#8211; spolukandid\u00e1t v komun\u00e1ln\u00edch volb\u00e1ch 2014. Kandidoval spolu se sou\u010dasnou starostkou m\u011bsta Jaroslavou Martanovou. I dal\u0161\u00ed spolumajitel firmy VAVI byl kandid\u00e1tem do komun\u00e1ln\u00edch voleb 2014 ve m\u011bst\u011b Vimperk. V\u011bra V\u00e1vrov\u00e1 kandidovala spolu se sou\u010dasn\u00fdm \u010dlenem rady m\u011bsta Bohumilem Petr\u00e1\u0161kem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rada m\u011bsta schv\u00e1lila sv\u016fj z\u00e1m\u011br nakl\u00e1dat s p\u0159edm\u011btn\u00fdm pozemkem za \u00fa\u010delem jeho prodeje. Na zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br na tento prodej obdr\u017eela t\u0159i nab\u00eddky. Od firmy VAVI ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1,08 milionu korun, Bohumila Landov\u00e1 nab\u00eddla 1,189 milionu korun a pan\u00ed Herdenov\u00e1 nab\u00eddla 1,586 milionu korun. Ve schv\u00e1len\u00e9m z\u00e1m\u011bru prodeje pozemku nebyl \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd po\u017eadavek na detailn\u00ed anal\u00fdzu budouc\u00edho podnikatelsk\u00e9ho projektu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nab\u00eddka firmy VAVI (1,08 mil.) a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddka pan\u00ed Herdenov\u00e9 (1,586 mil.) byla n\u00e1m zastupitelstvu p\u0159edlo\u017eena ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b se shodn\u00fdmi podnikatelsk\u00fdmi pl\u00e1ny. Oba uchaze\u010di pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch, skladovac\u00edch a administrativn\u00edch prostor. Z\u00e1stupce vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddky se omluvil z jedn\u00e1n\u00ed zastupitelstva z d\u016fvodu nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti v \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1stupci firmy VAVI se jedn\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00fa\u010dastnili a prezentovali sv\u016fj projekt ve shod\u011b s podanou nab\u00eddkou. Nebyla v\u0161ak p\u0159edlo\u017eena \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed studie \u010di projekt. Zastupitel\u00e9 pouze vyslechli podnikatelsk\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny firmy a spoustu slib\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prod\u00e1van\u00fd pozemek je v cenov\u00fdch map\u00e1ch realitn\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ohodnocen na cenu 500 &#8211; 750 K\u010d\/m2 tzn. \u017ee cena tohoto pozemku je minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 miliony korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zastupitel\u00e9 tedy sv\u00fdm p\u0159ijat\u00fdm usnesen\u00edm schv\u00e1lili prodej tohoto pozemku za cenu podstatn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e je v m\u00edst\u011b a \u010dase obvykl\u00e1. Up\u0159ednostnili z\u00e1jemce s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddkou, p\u0159esto\u017ee z\u00e1jemce s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddkou p\u0159edlo\u017eil toto\u017en\u00fd podnikatelsk\u00fd projekt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z usnesen\u00ed zastupitelstva vypadla podm\u00ednka zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v z\u00e1m\u011bru o prodeji tohoto pozemku. Ve zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9m z\u00e1m\u011bru byla podm\u00ednka, \u017ee si z\u00e1jemce bude muset vybudovat p\u0159\u00edstupovou komunikaci v souladu s \u00daP a vyd\u00e1n\u00edm stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed na stavbu ,,Vimperk &#8211; ZTV Hrabice &#8211; technick\u00e1 infrastruktura&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru p\u0159ijat\u00fdm usnesen\u00edm zastupitelstva je m\u011bsto Vimperk po\u0161kozov\u00e1no.
