Policejn\u00ed statistiky z let\u00a02016\u20132025\u00a0p\u0159itom ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee jejich po\u010det z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 dlouhodob\u011b relativn\u011b nem\u011bnn\u00fd a\u00a0nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sledky sp\u00ed\u0161e klesaj\u00ed. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko v\u0161ak d\u011btem st\u00e1le hroz\u00ed ve chv\u00edli, kdy cestuj\u00ed jako spolucestuj\u00edc\u00ed v aut\u011b nebo se pohybuj\u00ed na parkovi\u0161t\u00edch a v obytn\u00fdch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch, kde vozidla man\u00e9vruj\u00ed a couvaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eTragick\u00fdm nehod\u00e1m d\u011bt\u00ed v doprav\u011b lze \u010dasto p\u0159edej\u00edt.\u00a0Sta\u010d\u00ed dodr\u017eovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidla bezpe\u010dnosti a\u00a0v\u011bnovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost situac\u00edm, kter\u00e9 jsou pro d\u011bti nejrizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c\u00a0<\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0Jan Pol\u00e1k, \u0159editel\u00a0T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti.\u00a0\u201e<em>Dlouhodob\u00e1 data sice neukazuj\u00ed dramatick\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst t\u011bchto nehod, ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich ale m\u00e1 obrovsk\u00fd dopad na rodiny i cel\u00e9 okol\u00ed.\u201c\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V letech\u00a02016\u20132025 bylo v \u010cR evidov\u00e1no p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 000 dopravn\u00edch nehod s \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed ve v\u011bku<br \/>\n0\u201314\u00a0let, tedy zhruba\u00a05 000 ro\u010dn\u011b. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u010dty byly zaznamen\u00e1ny v letech\u00a02017\u20132019. V roce\u00a02020\u00a0do\u0161lo k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu poklesu, v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pod\u00edl jist\u011b m\u011bla omezen\u00ed b\u011bhem pandemie COVID-19, a v dal\u0161\u00edch letech se po\u010dty op\u011bt zv\u00fd\u0161ily. Za cel\u00e9 sledovan\u00e9 obdob\u00ed bylo p\u0159i dopravn\u00edch nehod\u00e1ch\u00a0usmrceno 110 d\u011bt\u00ed, v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru\u00a011 ro\u010dn\u011b. Nejtragi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byly roky\u00a02018 a 2019, zat\u00edmco v posledn\u00edch letech jsou hodnoty ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Statistiky z\u00e1rove\u0148 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b eviduj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b\u00a0stovku t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bn\u00fdch a n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc lehce zran\u011bn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. Celkov\u011b tak data potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee nehodovost d\u011bt\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 relativn\u011b stejn\u00e1 nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sledky sp\u00ed\u0161e klesaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj lze pozorovat i v\u00a0Libereck\u00e9m kraji, kde se ro\u010dn\u011b stane n\u011bkolik stovek dopravn\u00edch nehod s\u00a0\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed. Region se na celkov\u00e9 nehodovosti v \u010cR pod\u00edl\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b\u00a05\u20136 %. Smrteln\u00e9 nehody jsou zde sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9. Za sledovan\u00e9 obdob\u00ed byly evidov\u00e1ny\u00a04 d\u011btsk\u00e9 ob\u011bti. Ro\u010dn\u011b statistiky registruj\u00ed jen\u00a0jednotky t\u011b\u017ece zran\u011bn\u00fdch a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stovku lehce zran\u011bn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h6>Kdy jsou d\u011bti nej\u010dast\u011bji \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky dopravn\u00edch nehod?<\/h6>\n<p>Anal\u00fdzy dopravn\u00edch nehod z\u00e1rove\u0148 dlouhodob\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u00edce v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch zran\u011bn\u00ed i \u00famrt\u00ed vznik\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy jsou d\u011bti spolucestuj\u00edc\u00ed ve vozidle. Jejich bezpe\u010dnost je v takov\u00e9 situaci pln\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, a proto je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed autoseda\u010dek a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch p\u00e1s\u016f. <em>\u201eSpr\u00e1vn\u00e9 p\u0159ipout\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte je jeden z nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1sledky dopravn\u00ed nehody. P\u0159esto se st\u00e1le setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee d\u011bti nejsou v aut\u011b zaji\u0161t\u011bny spr\u00e1vn\u011b nebo v\u016fbec,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje Mark\u00e9ta Novotn\u00e1, metodi\u010dka dopravn\u00ed v\u00fdchovy T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>D\u011bti nejm\u00e9n\u011b do\u00a015 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f\u00a0by m\u011bly cestovat v autoseda\u010dce\u00a0proti sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy, v\u00a0tzv. vaj\u00ed\u010dku. I n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 autoseda\u010dky odborn\u00edci doporu\u010duj\u00ed orientovat proti sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy, alespo\u0148 do 4 let. Star\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti by m\u011bly sed\u011bt v\u00a0autoseda\u010dce, ide\u00e1ln\u011b se vyh\u00fdbat pouh\u00fdm podsed\u00e1k\u016fm,\u00a0a b\u00fdt p\u0159ipout\u00e1ny\u00a0t\u0159\u00edbodov\u00fdm bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm p\u00e1sem, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed v\u00e9st p\u0159es rameno a hrudn\u00edk a spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159es p\u00e1nev. Rodi\u010de by m\u011bli db\u00e1t na d\u016fslednou instalaci autoseda\u010dek, a\u0165 u\u017e syst\u00e9my ISO-FIX \u010di bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi p\u00e1sy.\u00a0<em>\u201eT\u00e9to problematice se dlouhodob\u011b v\u011bnujeme i v\u00a0T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti, kde rodi\u010d\u016fm i\u00a0d\u011btem vysv\u011btlujeme, jak autoseda\u010dky spr\u00e1vn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvat a pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 d\u011bti opravdu d\u016fsledn\u011b p\u0159ipoutat,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0dopl\u0148uje Mark\u00e9ta Novotn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h6>Dopravn\u00ed nehody p\u0159i couv\u00e1n\u00ed u n\u00e1s i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed<\/h6>\n<p>Vedle klasick\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch nehod existuje je\u0161t\u011b jeden typ tragick\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed \u2013 p\u0159ejet\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte vozidlem p\u0159i couv\u00e1n\u00ed (backover crash). Podle americk\u00e9 agentury National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) doch\u00e1z\u00ed v USA ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b ke stovk\u00e1m \u00famrt\u00ed a tis\u00edc\u016fm zran\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159ejet\u00ed vozidlem b\u011bhem couv\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovina ob\u011bt\u00ed jsou d\u011bti mlad\u0161\u00ed 5 let a \u0159ada t\u011bchto trag\u00e9di\u00ed se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 mimo b\u011b\u017en\u00fd silni\u010dn\u00ed provoz. V\u00fdzkumy z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed popisuj\u00ed velmi podobn\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 t\u011bchto nehod. Ob\u011bt\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 zpravidla mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b, nehoda se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 na parkovi\u0161ti nebo na p\u0159\u00edjezdov\u00e9 cest\u011b u domu a \u0159idi\u010dem b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto rodi\u010d nebo jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fd, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vozidlo couv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V evropsk\u00fdch statistik\u00e1ch jsou tyto nehody \u010dasto zahrnuty do \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed kategorie\u00a0n\u00edzkorychlostn\u00edch p\u0159ejet\u00ed vozidlem, a proto neb\u00fdvaj\u00ed evidov\u00e1ny samostatn\u011b. V EU ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b um\u00edraj\u00ed p\u0159i dopravn\u00edch nehod\u00e1ch\u00a0stovky d\u011bt\u00ed\u00a0a dlouhodob\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st ob\u011bt\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed\u00a0spolucestuj\u00edc\u00ed ve vozidlech, n\u00e1sledovan\u00ed chodci a cyklisty. U nejmen\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159itom v\u00fdzkumy uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161ina p\u0159ejet\u00ed vozidlem se stane p\u0159i couv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice zem\u0159e p\u0159i dopravn\u00edch nehod\u00e1ch ro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b\u00a05\u201315 d\u011bt\u00ed, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 evropsk\u00e9mu pr\u016fm\u011bru.\u00a0\u201e<em>Policie samostatnou statistiku nehod p\u0159i couv\u00e1n\u00ed nepublikuje, z anal\u00fdz jednotliv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f v\u0161ak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee i k tokov\u00fdm tragick\u00fdm nehod\u00e1m u n\u00e1s doch\u00e1z\u00ed a mus\u00edme se t\u00edmto t\u00e9matem zab\u00fdvat,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0up\u0159es\u0148uje\u00a0Jan Pol\u00e1k. P\u0159esto se i v posledn\u00edch letech objevily p\u0159\u00edpady, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, jak nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt man\u00e9vry na parkovi\u0161t\u00edch. B\u011bhem lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku nap\u0159\u00edklad do\u0161lo ke dv\u011bma velmi podobn\u00fdm tragick\u00fdm nehod\u00e1m. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech \u0161lo o\u00a0couvaj\u00edc\u00ed vozidlo na parkovi\u0161ti.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumy z\u00e1rove\u0148 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i t\u011bchto nehod\u00e1ch jsou nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b zastoupena\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vozidla, zejm\u00e9na SUV a dod\u00e1vky. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed slep\u00fd prostor za vozidlem, tak\u017ee mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b stoj\u00edc\u00ed za autem nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt viditeln\u00e9 ani v zrc\u00e1tk\u00e1ch, ani p\u0159es zadn\u00ed okno. Kv\u016fli t\u011bmto rizik\u016fm byla ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech od\u00a02018\u00a0zavedena povinnost instalovat\u00a0zadn\u00ed parkovac\u00ed kamery\u00a0do v\u0161ech nov\u00fdch automobil\u016f, co\u017e vedlo k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu poklesu d\u011btsk\u00fdch \u00famrt\u00ed p\u0159i couv\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eParkovi\u0161t\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed k m\u00edst\u016fm, kde m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b pro \u0159idi\u010de prakticky neviditeln\u00e9.\u00a0Sta\u010d\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00fd okam\u017eik nepozornosti p\u0159i couv\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k trag\u00e9dii,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0\u0159editel T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti Jan Pol\u00e1k.\u00a0<em>\u201eProto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nejen spr\u00e1vn\u011b p\u0159ipoutat d\u011bti v aut\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 je u\u010dit, jak se bezpe\u010dn\u011b pohybovat mezi zaparkovan\u00fdmi vozidly.\u201c<\/em>\u00a0Odborn\u00edci proto doporu\u010duj\u00ed u\u010dit d\u011bti sledovat zp\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btla vozidel, v\u0161\u00edmat si nastartovan\u00fdch aut a\u00a0pohybovat se na parkovi\u0161t\u00edch v\u017edy co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee doprovodu dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>O bezpe\u010dnost d\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0silni\u010dn\u00edm provozu a jejich vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti se star\u00e1 projekt Mark\u00e9tina dopravn\u00ed v\u00fdchova. Projekt je financov\u00e1n z Fondu z\u00e1brany \u0161kod \u010cesk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e pojistitel\u016f a\u00a0podporov\u00e1n \u0159adou dal\u0161\u00edch partner\u016f jako Policie \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, Platforma VIZE 0, z.\u00fa., Libereck\u00fd kraj, nebo Czechoslovak Group.
