V\u00fdpo\u010dty koncentrace chlorofylu ze sn\u00edmk\u016f dru\u017eice Sentinel-2 evropsk\u00e9ho programu Copernicus nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee zimn\u00ed hodnoty dosahovaly \u00farovn\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pro siln\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 produk\u010dn\u00ed rybn\u00edky v l\u00e9t\u011b. V\u00fdskyt takto vysok\u00e9 biomasy sinic je p\u0159itom ve st\u0159edoevropsk\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch neobvykl\u00fd a zp\u016fsobil zaj\u00edmav\u00fd fenom\u00e9n \u201ezelen\u00e9ho ledu\u201c, o n\u011bm\u017e informovalo Biologick\u00e9 centrum Akademie v\u011bd \u010cR na za\u010d\u00e1tku tohoto roku.<\/b><b><\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">B\u011bhem \u00fanora do\u0161lo vlivem teplej\u0161\u00edho po\u010das\u00ed k t\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u011bhu v povod\u00ed n\u00e1dr\u017ee, co\u017e zp\u016fsobilo postupn\u00fd vzestup hladiny na k\u00f3tu 723 m n. m. (stav k 3. b\u0159eznu 2026). Oproti podzimn\u00edmu obdob\u00ed tak hladina stoupla p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o p\u016fl metru. I na za\u010d\u00e1tku b\u0159ezna je v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1dr\u017ee st\u00e1le pokryta ledem, nicm\u00e9n\u011b pod\u00e9l b\u0159eh\u016f vznikl n\u011bkolikametrov\u00fd p\u00e1s bez ledu, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se zde b\u011bhem chladn\u00fdch noc\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pouze tenk\u00e1 ledov\u00e1 vrstva. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u00e9to nov\u00e9 vrstv\u011b se m\u00edsty objevuj\u00ed n\u011bkolikacentimetrov\u00e9 shluky sinic. Podle jejich intenzivn\u00edho zelen\u00e9ho zbarven\u00ed je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159e\u017eily n\u011bkolikam\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed obdob\u00ed pod ledem v dobr\u00e9 kondici.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">Ve st\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1dr\u017ee v\u0161ak p\u0159i pohledu z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161ky nejsou pod dosud silnou ledovou pokr\u00fdvkou v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 akumulace vodn\u00edho kv\u011btu, kter\u00e9 byly z\u0159eteln\u00e9 v prosinci. \u201e<em>Nab\u00edzej\u00ed se dv\u011b vysv\u011btlen\u00ed: bu\u010f je led natolik nepr\u016fhledn\u00fd, \u017ee pod n\u00edm sinice nejdou vizu\u00e1ln\u011b rozpoznat, nebo do\u0161lo k poklesu jejich koncentrace ve vod\u011b, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jde o kombinaci obou faktor\u016f,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje hydrobiolog Petr Znachor z\u00a0Biologick\u00e9ho centra AV \u010cR, kter\u00fd situaci na Lipn\u011b nad\u00e1le sleduje. Otev\u0159enou ot\u00e1zkou z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1, jak zimn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost vysok\u00e9 biomasy sinic ovlivn\u00ed sez\u00f3nn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj mikroskopick\u00fdch \u0159as a sinic b\u011bhem roku 2026.<\/p>\n<h6 class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\"><b>Vodn\u00ed kv\u011bt pozorovateln\u00fd i z vesm\u00edru<\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">Intenzivn\u00ed sinicov\u00fd vodn\u00ed kv\u011bt zaznamenaly tak\u00e9 dru\u017eice z vesm\u00edru. Dne 4. \u00fanora 2026 zve\u0159ejnil evropsk\u00fd program Copernicus sn\u00edmek z dru\u017eic Sentinel-2, po\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd 18. prosince 2025, kter\u00fd zachycuje v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 zbarven\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny n\u00e1dr\u017ee (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3N4DnMi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/3N4DnMi<\/a><\/strong>), s\u00a0odkazem na anglickou verzi lednov\u00e9 tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy Biologick\u00e9ho centra AV \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">Hydrobiologov\u00e9 tento sn\u00edmek d\u00e1le analyzovali pomoc\u00ed n\u00e1stroje RWQForecast (Remote Water Quality Forecast; Brom et al., 2024), kter\u00fd byl vyvinut \u010desk\u00fdmi v\u011bdci pro hodnocen\u00ed kvality vody na z\u00e1klad\u011b dru\u017eicov\u00fdch dat Sentinel-2. Syst\u00e9m propojuje spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed informace ze satelitn\u00edch sn\u00edmk\u016f s pokro\u010dil\u00fdmi metodami um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, zejm\u00e9na strojov\u00e9ho a hlubok\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje hodnotit \u010dasov\u00e9 zm\u011bny kvality vody i prostorovou distribuci parametr\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm chlorofylu, ve vodn\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">Vypo\u010dten\u00e9 hodnoty koncentrace chlorofylu byly mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace pro celou n\u00e1dr\u017e dosahovala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 200 mikrogram\u016f na litr, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v m\u00edstech nahromad\u011bn\u00ed vodn\u00edho kv\u011btu byly odhadnuty hodnoty bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se 600 mikrogram\u016f na litr. \u201e<em>P\u0159esto\u017ee si uv\u011bdomujeme, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o extr\u00e9mn\u00ed situaci, tyto hodnoty odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed koncentrac\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u011b nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm v\u00a0siln\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch produk\u010dn\u00edch rybn\u00edc\u00edch b\u011bhem letn\u00ed sez\u00f3ny. V\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee ekologick\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha lipensk\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ee je v\u00fdrazn\u011b naru\u0161ena a syst\u00e9m se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b posouv\u00e1 sm\u011brem k \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu a intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdskytu sinicov\u00fdch vodn\u00edch kv\u011bt\u016f,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Petr Znachor.
