N\u00e1klady na jejich l\u00e9\u010dbu si vy\u017e\u00e1daly p\u0159es 9 milion\u016f korun. Mrazy maj\u00ed negativn\u00ed vliv i na lidi s chronick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi srdce, c\u00e9v \u010di plic.<\/b><\/h6>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee s kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdmi siln\u00fdmi mrazy se organismus zdrav\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka vyrovn\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b dob\u0159e. Je dobr\u00e9 se vyvarovat i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 n\u00e1mahy a omezit tak\u00e9 p\u0159echody z vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed na venkovn\u00ed siln\u00fd mr\u00e1z,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0Jan Bodn\u00e1r, n\u00e1m\u011bstek \u0159editele VZP pro zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, a dopl\u0148uje: <em>\u201eV\u00a0mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech se d\u00e1 situaci p\u0159edej\u00edt, u\u017e samotn\u00fdm zhodnocen\u00edm zdravotn\u00edho stavu a p\u0159\u00edpravou na pobyt v\u00a0mraziv\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">Del\u0161\u00ed pobyt v mrazu v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko omrzlin. Pokud se objev\u00ed prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky, nap\u0159\u00edklad sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 citlivost nebo mraven\u010den\u00ed, je nutn\u00e9 co nejrychleji vyhledat tepl\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed. \u201e<em>Typick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem jsou ly\u017ea\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed podcen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed, a n\u00e1sledkem toho m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k nevratn\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Omrzliny nejsou jen kosmetick\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ale v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eadovat dlouhodobou l\u00e9\u010dbu. P\u0159i podez\u0159en\u00ed na omrzliny je nutn\u00e9 jednat rychle a \u0161etrn\u011b. Posti\u017een\u00e9ho p\u0159esu\u0148te do tepla, odstra\u0148te mokr\u00e9 nebo t\u011bsn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed a chra\u0148te posti\u017een\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm chladem.
