Knedl\u00edky jsou podle 110 let star\u00e9ho n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho receptu na knedl\u00edky, va\u0159en\u00fdch na \u0160umav\u011b. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pe\u010den\u011b:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 -1,5 kg plece nebo pe\u010den\u011b<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\nko\u0159enov\u00e1 zelenina ( mrkev, petr\u017eel)<br \/>\n2 cibule<br \/>\n1 dcl smetany<br \/>\n1-2 l\u017e\u00edce hladk\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n4 l\u017e\u00edce octa (tady opatrn\u011b, sp\u00ed\u0161e ochutnejte, aby jste nep\u0159ekyselili)<br \/>\ns\u016fl<br \/>\nbobkov\u00fd list, rozdrcen\u00e9 nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed (5 kuli\u010dek)<br \/>\ns\u00e1dlo<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na s\u00e1dle osmahneme hrub\u011b nakr\u00e1jenou zeleninu s cibul\u00ed, p\u0159id\u00e1me osolen\u00e9 maso, kter\u00e9 zat\u00e1hneme z obou stran. Posypeme drcen\u00fdm nov\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm, p\u0159ihod\u00edme asi 4 bobkov\u00e9 listy, podlijeme vodou a d\u00e1me p\u00e9ct do trouby. Pe\u010deme zvolna asi 1,5 hodiny.<br \/>\nVyjmeme maso, zeleninu p\u0159epas\u00edrujeme, na\u0159ed\u00edme trochou vody, zahust\u00edme smetanou a moukou (tady op\u011bt opatrn\u011b, proto\u017ee zelenina je hust\u00e1 a smetana tak\u00e9) a prova\u0159\u00edme. P\u0159ed koncem p\u0159id\u00e1me ocet a dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Germkn\u00f6del (Kuchyn\u011b star\u00e9 \u0160umavy)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Knedl\u00edky jsou v\u00fdborn\u00e9, kypr\u00e9. D\u011blala jsem je z dvojit\u00e9 d\u00e1vky, ale op\u011bt mi dovolte m\u016fj poznatek. Doporu\u010duji d\u011blat men\u0161\u00ed \u0161i\u0161ky, knedl\u00edky se ve vod\u011b hodn\u011b nafouknou a j\u00e1 vyndavala ob\u0159\u00ed knedl\u00edky. Je to vid\u011bt i na fotce. \u0160patn\u011b se mi i potom kr\u00e1jela porce k om\u00e1\u010dce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Suroviny (p\u016fvodn\u00ed d\u00e1vka ):<\/strong><span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n25 dkg hladk\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n1\/8 l ml\u00e9ka (vla\u017en\u00e9)<br \/>\n1 vejce<br \/>\n1 \u017eloutek<br \/>\n5 dkg m\u00e1sla (rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9)<br \/>\ns\u016fl (asi 1 l\u017ei\u010dka)<br \/>\nkv\u00e1sek (1 dkg dro\u017ed\u00ed, 1 dkg cukru, 2 l\u017e\u00edce ml\u00e9ka, 1 l\u017e\u00edce hl. mouky)<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nech\u00e1me vzej\u00edt kv\u00e1sek. Do m\u00edsy d\u00e1me suroviny, p\u0159id\u00e1me kv\u00e1sek a vypracujeme t\u011bsto. Prohn\u011bteme tak, aby se nelepilo na va\u0159e\u010dku. Nech\u00e1me 1 hodinu kynout. Utvo\u0159\u00edme v\u00e1le\u010dky, p\u0159ikryjeme ut\u011brkou a nech\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b asi 10 minut kynout.<br \/>\nD\u00e1me do vrouc\u00ed vody va\u0159it asi na 7-10 minut (Musela jsem va\u0159it skoro 20 minut, proto d\u011blejte men\u0161\u00ed.)
