To tr\u00e1p\u00ed p\u0159es 30 tis\u00edc d\u011btsk\u00fdch klient\u016f V\u0161eobecn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovny. Za p\u011bt let se jejich po\u010det zv\u00fd\u0161il o t\u0159etinu a n\u00e1klady na fyzioterapii p\u0159es\u00e1hly vloni 77 milion\u016f korun.<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><em>\u201eData ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee probl\u00e9m vadn\u00e9ho dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla u d\u011bt\u00ed se prohlubuje. Po\u010det diagn\u00f3z spojen\u00fdch s\u00a0vadn\u00fdm dr\u017een\u00edm t\u011bla stoupl, s\u00a0t\u00edm i n\u00e1klady na fyzioterapii, je\u017e se dostaly ze 33 milion\u016f na v\u00edce ne\u017e 77 milion\u016f korun. To je n\u00e1r\u016fst o v\u00edce ne\u017e 130 procent,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u00a0Jan Bodn\u00e1r, n\u00e1m\u011bstek \u0159editele VZP \u010cR pro zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eV\u0161eobecn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovna proto dlouhodob\u011b podporuje preventivn\u00ed programy, zejm\u00e9na pravideln\u00fd pohyb d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch, kde se mohou nau\u010dit spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm pohybov\u00fdm n\u00e1vyk\u016fm.\u201c<\/em><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch s diagn\u00f3zou vadn\u00e9ho dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla v posledn\u00edch p\u011bti letech v\u00fdrazn\u011b roste. V roce 2020 bylo mezi klienty VZP \u010cR evidov\u00e1no 22\u00a0953 pacient\u016f, v roce 2024 u\u017e 30\u00a0190, tedy o t\u0159etinu v\u00edce.\u00a0Stejn\u00fd trend poji\u0161\u0165ovna sleduje tak\u00e9 u vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed fyzioterapie. V roce 2020 fyzioterapii absolvovalo 12 896 d\u011bt\u00ed a mladistv\u00fdch, zat\u00edmco v roce 2024 u\u017e 17 681. N\u00e1klady VZP \u010cR na tuto p\u00e9\u010di se b\u011bhem sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e zdvojn\u00e1sobily.<\/p>\n<p><em><b>\u201e<\/b>Rostouc\u00ed po\u010dty diagn\u00f3z s\u00a0vadn\u00fdm dr\u017een\u00edm t\u011bla i s\u00a0nimi spojen\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f, jasn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed na zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu u d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch. V\u00fdznamnou roli hraje \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, nedostatek pohybu i nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed elektroniky. Z pohledu zdravotn\u00edch poji\u0161\u0165oven jde o trend, kter\u00fd bude m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dopad na budouc\u00ed udr\u017eitelnost syst\u00e9mu. Prevence a c\u00edlen\u00e9 programy podpory spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a pohybu d\u011bt\u00ed jsou proto kl\u00ed\u010dovou investic\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> dopl\u0148uje\u00a0Jan Bodn\u00e1r.<\/p>\n<h6><b>N\u011bjak\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Podle doporu\u010den\u00ed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33239350\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace<\/a>\u00a0 by m\u011bly d\u011bti ve v\u011bku 5\u201317 let m\u00edt v pr\u016fm\u011bru alespo\u0148 60 minut denn\u011b fyzickou aktivitu, v\u011bt\u0161inou aerobn\u00ed. (Aerobn\u00ed aktivity s vysokou intenzitou, stejn\u011b jako ty, kter\u00e9 posiluj\u00ed svaly a kosti, by m\u011bly b\u00fdt za\u010dlen\u011bny alespo\u0148 3 dny v t\u00fddnu.) Vzhledem k\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu, kdy d\u011bti vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, chytr\u00e9 telefony nebo tablety tak\u00e9 k\u00a0p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b do \u0161koly, dnes odborn\u00edci hovo\u0159\u00ed o omezen\u00ed \u010dasu tr\u00e1ven\u00e9ho u obrazovek tzv. rekrea\u010dn\u011b na dv\u011b hodiny denn\u011b, tedy nad r\u00e1mec \u0161koln\u00edch povinnost\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Petr Ba\u010fura\u00a0z\u00a0Univerzity Palack\u00e9ho v\u00a0Olomouci, jen\u017e je z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u011bdeck\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161itelem studie\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zdravagenerace.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HBSC<\/a><\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se zam\u011b\u0159uje za zdrav\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl \u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f, reaguje na obecn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed o pohybu dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch: \u201e<em>\u010cesk\u00e9 d\u011bti ve velk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e nepln\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed pro pohybovou aktivitu. S nedostatkem pohybu se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 zhruba polovina d\u011bt\u00ed. A p\u0159itom z dat HBSC v\u00edme, \u017ee organizovan\u00e9mu sportu se pravideln\u011b ve voln\u00e9m \u010dasu v\u011bnuje 60\u201370 % d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch. Ov\u0161em ten s\u00e1m \u010dasto dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed\u00a0pohybu nezajist\u00ed. Co oproti minulosti chyb\u00ed, je \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd pr\u00e1v\u011b pobytem venku, m\u00e9n\u011b strukturovan\u00fdmi pohybov\u00fdmi aktivitami nebo aktivn\u00ed dopravou. T\u0159eba vyrazit do \u0161koly p\u011b\u0161ky, na kole \u010di kolob\u011b\u017ece.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sv\u016fj pohled na pohyb d\u011bt\u00ed maj\u00ed i pedagogov\u00e9 sdru\u017een\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti u\u010ditel\u016f t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b\u00a0Lucie \u010c\u00edhalov\u00e1\u00a0a\u00a0Mark\u00e9ta \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dkov\u00e1, u\u010ditelky ze Z\u0160 Hranice, t\u0159. 1. m\u00e1je. \u201e<em>Ve \u0161kole cvi\u010d\u00ed 2kr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b v hodin\u00e1ch t\u011blocviku, mohou cvi\u010dit i o p\u0159est\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, ale na d\u011btech je zn\u00e1t slab\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 zdatnost, proto\u017ee pohybov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m se v\u011bnuj\u00ed pouze organizovan\u011b,\u201c<\/em> shoduj\u00ed se ob\u011b a dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00a0hodin\u00e1ch se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, ale i tak je vid\u011bt rozd\u00edl mezi d\u011btmi dnes a t\u011bmi p\u0159ed deseti lety: <em>\u201eP\u0159izp\u016fsobujeme\u00a0se tomu, \u017ee d\u011bti m\u00e9n\u011b zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed na gymnastick\u00fdch n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00edch, vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed\u00a0se kontakt\u016fm, sni\u017euje se vytrvalost, vad\u00ed jim, \u017ee se pot\u00ed, pokulh\u00e1v\u00e1 hern\u00ed a strategick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed.
