C\u00edlem je zv\u00fd\u0161it spokojenost pacient\u016f, podpo\u0159it jejich nutri\u010dn\u00ed stav a sn\u00ed\u017eit pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed potravinami, a to p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b hygieny a efektivity provozu.<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><i>\u201ePro pacienty je j\u00eddlo v nemocnici nejen zdrojem energie, ale i d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dne, kter\u00e1 ovliv\u0148uje jejich celkovou spokojenost. Chceme, aby nemocni\u010dn\u00ed strava byla kvalitn\u00ed, chutn\u00e1, bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a aby si ji pacient mohl vybrat podle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb,\u201c<\/i>\u00a0uvedl ministr zdravotnictv\u00ed Vlastimil V\u00e1lek.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 metodika navazuje na d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Metodick\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed ministerstva k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stravy a nutri\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de, kter\u00e9 krom\u011b jin\u00e9ho zd\u016fraz\u0148uje umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011bru stravy pacientem. Jedn\u00edm z ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak pacientovi umo\u017enit vybrat si j\u00eddlo podle vlastn\u00edch preferenc\u00ed, je pr\u00e1v\u011b bufetov\u00e1 forma pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Ta nab\u00edz\u00ed mo\u017enost zvolit si konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed j\u00eddla, jejich kombinace i mno\u017estv\u00ed, v\u017edy v souladu s dietn\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami pacienta. Zku\u0161enosti z \u010ceska i zahrani\u010d\u00ed potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee bufetov\u00fd v\u00fddej zvy\u0161uje chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu, podporuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem energie a \u017eivin a sou\u010dasn\u011b sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed potravinov\u00e9ho odpadu. Zaveden\u00ed bufetu nebude povinn\u00e9, ka\u017ed\u00e1 nemocnice si podle sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed a charakteru odd\u011blen\u00ed zvol\u00ed vhodnou formu nebo jejich kombinaci.<\/p>\n<p>Doporu\u010den\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed z dobr\u00e9 praxe, v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed a zku\u0161enost\u00ed pilotn\u00edch projekt\u016f. Stanovuje minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 kvality pro vybaven\u00ed, hygienu a person\u00e1ln\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a zohled\u0148uje, na kter\u00fdch typech odd\u011blen\u00ed je tento zp\u016fsob stravov\u00e1n\u00ed vhodn\u00fd. Bufetov\u00fd v\u00fddej je ur\u010den p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro pacienty, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u00ed a nemaj\u00ed infek\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Pro ostatn\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zachov\u00e1na standardn\u00ed forma pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed stravy.
