C\u00edlem novely je mj. p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit \u0161koln\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdm v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdm doporu\u010den\u00edm, zv\u00fd\u0161it kvalitu i pestrost j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dk\u016f a omezit nadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem soli, p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru a vysoce pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00fdch potravin. Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s p\u0159echodn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2026, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161koln\u00edm j\u00eddeln\u00e1m a\u017e do 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2026 \u010das na postupn\u00fd p\u0159echod na nov\u00e1 pravidla.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Detaily vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky z pera Ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee a t\u011blov\u00fdchovy, Ministerstva zdravotnictv\u00ed a St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu budou p\u0159edstaveny v \u00fater\u00fd 2. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci.\u00a0<em>\u201eDne\u0161n\u00ed den je velk\u00fdm \u00fasp\u011bchem v\u0161ech, kte\u0159\u00ed to mysl\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u011b se zdrav\u00edm d\u011bt\u00ed. Ve \u0161koln\u00edm stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je toti\u017e z pohledu zdrav\u00ed obrovsk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den j\u00edm projdou zhruba 2 miliony d\u011bt\u00ed od 2 do 19 let, kter\u00e9 si v tomto obdob\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed vztah k j\u00eddlu, a tedy i ke sv\u00e9mu zdrav\u00ed. Nov\u00fd spot\u0159ebn\u00ed ko\u0161 umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159ipravit vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed, zdrav\u00e1 i cenov\u011b dostupn\u00e1 j\u00eddla, kter\u00e1 nav\u00edc maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l dlouhodob\u011b pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit jejich vztah k j\u00eddlu, kter\u00e9 je nejen chutn\u00e9, ale i zdrav\u00e9 a vydatn\u00e9. To je obrovsk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch a v\u0161em, kte\u0159\u00ed se na tom pod\u00edleli, pat\u0159\u00ed velk\u00fd d\u00edk,\u201c\u00a0<\/em>uvedl m\u00edstop\u0159edseda vl\u00e1dy a ministr zdravotnictv\u00ed Vlastimil V\u00e1lek.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201e\u0160koln\u00ed j\u00eddelny jsou nejen m\u00edstem, kde se d\u011bti stravuj\u00ed, ale i d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prost\u0159ed\u00edm, ve kter\u00e9m si buduj\u00ed vztah k v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b a zdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu. Nov\u00e1 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka je krokem k tomu, aby \u0161koln\u00ed ob\u011bdy l\u00e9pe odpov\u00eddaly sou\u010dasn\u00fdm poznatk\u016fm o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b i pot\u0159eb\u00e1m d\u011bt\u00ed,\u201c<\/em>\u0159ekl ministr \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee a t\u011blov\u00fdchovy Mikul\u00e1\u0161 Bek.<\/p>\n<p>Reformu vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky<a href=\"https:\/\/mzd.gov.cz\/tiskove-centrum-mz\/reforma-skolniho-stravovani-ziskava-silnou-podporu-odborniku\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0<strong>podpo\u0159ili<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0odborn\u00edci nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d obory. Podpora p\u0159i\u0161la ze strany l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch organizac\u00ed, jednotliv\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f, v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch expert\u016f, akademik\u016f i kucha\u0159sk\u00fdch profesion\u00e1l\u016f. Podporu vyhl\u00e1\u0161ce vyj\u00e1d\u0159il i v\u00fdbor \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace preventivn\u00ed kardiologie \u010cesk\u00e9 kardiologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti:\u00a0<strong><em>\u201e<\/em><\/strong><em>Zaveden\u00ed zm\u011bn formulovan\u00fdch v n\u00e1vrhu vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky o \u0161koln\u00edm stravov\u00e1n\u00ed podporujeme a pova\u017eujeme je za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd krok ke zm\u011bn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch epidemiologick\u00fdch trend\u016f, kter\u00e9 pozorujeme v \u010desk\u00e9 populaci v posledn\u00ed dek\u00e1d\u011b. Tato zm\u011bna je pln\u011b v souladu s tezemi N\u00e1rodn\u00edho kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu \u010cR 2025-2035, kter\u00fd byl schv\u00e1len Vl\u00e1dou \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky v prosinci 2024. Novelizace syst\u00e9mu \u0161koln\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude odpov\u00eddat modern\u00edm poznatk\u016fm pat\u0159\u00ed mezi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 kroky implementace tohoto pl\u00e1nu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Podporu vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo i Sdru\u017een\u00ed praktick\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f pro d\u011bti a dorost (SPLDD), kter\u00e9 v oblasti v\u00fd\u017eivy s odborn\u00edky ze St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu dlouhodob\u011b spolupracuje. Z\u00e1stupci SPLDD ocenili i to, \u017ee pracovn\u00edci SZ\u00da pravideln\u011b p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed poznatky o racion\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed a dorostu sm\u011brem k praktick\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016fm a jejich zdravotn\u00edm sestr\u00e1m prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm odborn\u00fdch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch akc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1tn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed \u00fastav i nad\u00e1le po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed metodickou podporou v\u0161ech j\u00eddelen, aby p\u0159echod na nov\u00e1 pravidla byl zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u00fd bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch komplikac\u00ed. Prvn\u00edm krokem je dokument\u00a0\u201eJak se p\u0159ipravit na nov\u00fd spot\u0159ebn\u00ed ko\u0161 krok za krokem\u201c,\u00a0kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00e9to tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy. Publikace nab\u00edz\u00ed v osmn\u00e1cti kroc\u00edch konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed postupy od prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edprav, p\u0159es v\u00fdb\u011br vhodn\u00fdch potravin a\u017e po p\u0159\u00edklady pokrm\u016f i j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dk\u016f. I p\u0159esto\u017ee je dokument sestaven p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro j\u00eddelny, informace a tipy v n\u011bm i v dal\u0161\u00edch pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch metodick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech vyu\u017eij\u00ed i rodi\u010de \u010di zkr\u00e1tka kdokoliv, kdo chce ozdravit sv\u016fj j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>\u0160koln\u00ed ob\u011bd m\u00e1 b\u00fdt nejen chutn\u00fd, ale i v\u00fd\u017eivov\u011b hodnotn\u00fd. Tato novela pom\u016f\u017ee, aby d\u011bti dost\u00e1valy stravu, kter\u00e1 podporuje jejich zdrav\u00fd r\u016fst a sni\u017euje riziko obezity a dal\u0161\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,<\/em>\u201c\u00a0uvedla hlavn\u00ed hygieni\u010dka \u010cR a \u0159editelka St\u00e1tn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho \u00fastavu Barbora Mackov\u00e1. Vedouc\u00ed projektu\u00a0<em>M\u00e1me to na tal\u00ed\u0159i<\/em>\u00a0Alexandra Ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1lov\u00e1 dopl\u0148uje:\u00a0\u201c<em>Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka je p\u0159ipravena na z\u00e1klad\u011b nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch nutri\u010dn\u00edch doporu\u010den\u00ed a zku\u0161enosti z praxe. V\u00edme, kde jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 obavy a kde je mo\u017en\u00e9 zm\u011bny zav\u00e9st bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch komplikac\u00ed. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je, aby vedouc\u00ed j\u00eddelen nebyli na zm\u011bnu sami.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Ministerstvo \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee a t\u011blov\u00fdchovy spolu s hygieniky d\u00e1le chyst\u00e1 v souvislosti s vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou metodiku, kter\u00e1 vyjasn\u00ed i pravidla pro don\u00e1\u0161ku vlastn\u00ed stravy. Mo\u017enost don\u00e1\u0161ky by m\u011bla p\u0159isp\u011bt k lep\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edstupu ke spole\u010dn\u00e9mu stolu i pro d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 nemohou odeb\u00edrat ob\u011bdy z j\u00eddelny, nap\u0159\u00edklad ze zdravotn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, a zajistit, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b nebude vylou\u010deno z kolektivu po dobu ob\u011bda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00edt\u00e1m, \u017ee se vyjas\u0148uj\u00ed pravidla pro don\u00e1\u0161ku vlastn\u00edho j\u00eddla. Ob\u011bd je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0161koln\u00edho dne \u2013 nejen jako \u010das pro dopln\u011bn\u00ed energie, ale i jako p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost k setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a budov\u00e1n\u00ed vztah\u016f. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b nec\u00edtilo vylou\u010den\u00e9 jen proto, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt nab\u00eddku \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddelny,\u201c\u00a0doplnil ministr Bek.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem podzimu pak SZ\u00da zve\u0159ejn\u00ed detailn\u00ed doprovodnou metodiku ke spot\u0159ebn\u00edmu ko\u0161i.
