Smlouva ru\u0161\u00ed a nahrazuje dosavadn\u00ed uzav\u0159enou smlouvu na spr\u00e1vu a \u00fadr\u017ebu h\u0159bitova poh\u0159ebi\u0161t\u011b Vimperk ze dne 02.05.2007, ve zn\u011bn\u00ed dodatku \u010d. 1 ze dne 31.07.2007 a dodatku \u010d. 2 ze dne 01.03.2008.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RM\/639\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta souhlas\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm \u010d\u00e1sti sportovn\u011b rekrea\u010dn\u00edho are\u00e1lu Vodn\u00edk pro kon\u00e1n\u00ed kulturn\u00ed akce Maj\u00e1les 2026, jej\u00ed\u017e po\u0159adatelem je spolek MISSIOM Vimperk, z. s. v kv\u011btnu 2026. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed podm\u00ednky poskytnut\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu pro tuto akci je pot\u0159eba si domluvit s jeho n\u00e1jemcem a spr\u00e1vcem spole\u010dnost\u00ed M\u011bstsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby Vimperk, s. r. o., kter\u00e9 byl m\u011bstem Vimperk tento are\u00e1l d\u00e1n do u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a spr\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RM\/641\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla uzav\u0159\u00edt dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu s N\u00e1rodn\u00edm pam\u00e1tkov\u00fdm \u00fastavem, st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkovou organizac\u00ed, I\u010c 750 32 333, se s\u00eddlem Vald\u0161tejnsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m. 162\/3, Praha 1 \u2013 Mal\u00e1 Strana, n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvu, jej\u00edm\u017e p\u0159edm\u011btem je pron\u00e1jem (m\u011bsto n\u00e1jemce) \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pozemk\u016f parc. \u010d. 306, parc. \u010d. 307 a parc. \u010d. 377\/3 o celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 198 m2, zapsan\u00fdch na LV \u010d. 3248 v katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed Vimperk, za \u00fa\u010delem realizace stavby s n\u00e1zvem \u201eZ\u00e1meck\u00e1 stezka\u201c, jej\u00edm\u017e stavebn\u00edkem je m\u011bsto Vimperk. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu ur\u010ditou 5 let, tj. od 01.01.2026 do 31.12.2030. Ro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 bude \u010dinit 2,60 K\u010d\/m2\/rok s mo\u017enost\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00edho nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o inflaci stanovenou \u010cS\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RM\/643\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta souhlas\u00ed s p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00fdm n\u00e1vrhem \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 uzav\u00edrky pro dopravu m\u00edstn\u00ed komunikace III. t\u0159\u00eddy inv. \u010d. 13c a m\u00edstn\u00ed komunikace IV. t\u0159\u00eddy inv. \u010d. 20d (chodn\u00edk) ulice n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody ve Vimperku a stanoven\u00ed p\u0159echodn\u00e9 \u00fapravy provozu na pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00edch v zastav\u011bn\u00e9m a spr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta Vimperk, v d\u016fsledku pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 opravy balkonov\u00e9ho z\u00e1bradl\u00ed na dom\u011b \u010dp. 42 v ulici Svornosti, a to v obdob\u00ed od 01.09.2025 do 01.11.2025, kdy\u017e samotn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce budou prob\u00edhat 14 dn\u00ed. Souhlas je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n vlastn\u00edku domu Spole\u010denstv\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f jednotek pro d\u016fm Svornosti \u010dp. 42 Vimperk, I\u010c 281 34 150, Svornosti 42\/2, Vimperk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RM\/655\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla vyp\u016fj\u010dit prostory \u010d. 307 (m\u00edstnost 002) v \u010dp. 199 v ulici Nad Stadi\u00f3nem v 1. PP v bloku E (m\u00edstnost 002) o celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 3,50 m2 , zapsan\u00e9mu spolku TJ \u0160umavan Vimperk z. s., za \u00fa\u010delem z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed archivu spolku, a to na dobu neur\u010ditou s platnost\u00ed od 01.09.2025. N\u00e1klady na slu\u017eby z uveden\u00e9ho prostoru bude hradit vyp\u016fj\u010ditel. Zp\u016fsobilost p\u0159edm\u011btu za \u00fa\u010delem v\u00fdp\u016fj\u010dky si zajist\u00ed vyp\u016fj\u010ditel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RM\/656\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla na z\u00e1klad\u011b zpr\u00e1vy o hodnocen\u00ed nab\u00eddek, kterou po\u0159\u00eddila komise na zak\u00e1zku mal\u00e9ho rozsahu na stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce \u201eVimperk, Boub\u00ednsk\u00e1 181, REKONSTRUKCE BYTOV\u00ddCH JADER II\u201c, p\u0159id\u011blit v\u00fd\u0161e uvedenou ve\u0159ejnou zak\u00e1zku \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkovi GSI INVEST, s. r. o., se s\u00eddlem Na Hroud\u011b 3317\/22, Stra\u0161nice, 100 00 Praha 10, I\u010c 282 60 309, jeho\u017e nab\u00eddka byla vyhodnocena jako nab\u00eddka s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddkovou cenou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RM\/658\/29\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla v souladu s ustanoven\u00edm odst. 7.3. \u010dl. 7.
