Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed gramotnosti \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny, kter\u00e9ho se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 608 klient\u016f tuzemsk\u00fdch bank. Zat\u00edmco 41 % lid\u00ed podvod rozpoznalo v\u010das, 9 % o pen\u00edze skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159i\u0161lo. V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee i p\u0159es rostouc\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o kybernetick\u00fdch rizic\u00edch klienti bank podce\u0148uj\u00ed riziko kybernetick\u00fdch hrozeb a v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee oni sami se ob\u011bt\u00ed podvodu st\u00e1t nemohou.<\/h6>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Podle statistik \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee se v prvn\u00edm pololet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku poda\u0159ilo podvodn\u00edk\u016fm od klient\u016f Spo\u0159itelny vyl\u00e1kat 238 milion\u016f korun, co\u017e je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s prvn\u00edm pololet\u00edm lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku n\u00e1r\u016fst o 41\u00a0%. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>\u201eNa takto v\u00fdrazn\u00e9m n\u00e1r\u016fstu se stejnou m\u011brou pod\u00edlej\u00ed dva faktory. Jednak do\u0161lo k dramatick\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy podvodn\u00edk klienta p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed k v\u00fdb\u011bru hotovosti a jej\u00edmu p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed podvodn\u00e9mu kur\u00fdrovi. P\u0159i ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed podez\u0159el\u00fdch platebn\u00edch transakc\u00ed ze strany banky klienti \u010dasto trvaj\u00ed na jejich proveden\u00ed, zaml\u010duj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace nebo uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed nepravdiv\u00fd \u00fa\u010del platby. Kv\u016fli tomu se podvodn\u00e9 transakce, kter\u00e9 by jinak mohly b\u00fdt zastaveny, bohu\u017eel uskute\u010dn\u00ed a klient tak p\u0159ijde o sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze,\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Teo Filip, expert na klientskou bezpe\u010dnost v \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159iteln\u011b a dopl\u0148uje: \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>St\u00e1le ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee podvodn\u00edci nej\u010dast\u011bji\u00a0l\u00e1kaj\u00ed klienty na neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 investice, nebo naopak stra\u0161\u00ed domn\u011bl\u00fdm ohro\u017een\u00edm pen\u011bz na \u00fa\u010dtu klienta. Naopak, p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy se podvodn\u00edci sna\u017e\u00ed z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edstup do bankovnictv\u00ed klienta pomoc\u00ed fale\u0161n\u00fdch SMS a zadat za n\u011bj transakci, jsou na \u00fastupu.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Prostor pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed je podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu Spo\u0159itelny v rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed podvodn\u00fdch investic. Ty odhalilo sedm z deseti klient\u016f \u010desk\u00fdch bank. Nejhor\u0161\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost ze v\u0161ech ot\u00e1zek m\u011bli \u010ce\u0161i p\u0159i ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bryhodnosti investi\u010dn\u00edho poradce.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i> \u201eZ v\u00fdsledk\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee t\u0159etina lid\u00ed nev\u00ed o mo\u017enosti ov\u011b\u0159it investi\u010dn\u00edho poradce ve sv\u00e9 bance (nebo se mo\u017en\u00e1 cht\u011bj\u00ed vyhnout rozhovoru s bank\u00e9\u0159em o tom, kde je lep\u0161\u00ed investovat) a \u010d\u00e1sti sta\u010d\u00ed k potvrzen\u00ed legitimity u\u017e jen fakt, \u017ee se dovolaj\u00ed na \u010d\u00edslo, kter\u00e9 si najdou n\u011bkde na internetu<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">,\u201d \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Petr Z\u00edma, mana\u017eer klientsk\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti v \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159iteln\u011b.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201e<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 plat\u00ed, \u017ee podvodn\u00edci st\u00e1le v\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed propracovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metody a spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na lidskou d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ivost. Dokonale napodobuj\u00ed procesy a komunikaci legitimn\u00edch instituc\u00ed, co\u017e klient\u016fm v\u00fdrazn\u011b zt\u011b\u017euje rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed podvodu. V pokro\u010dil\u00e9 f\u00e1zi manipulace \u010dasto klienti ignoruj\u00ed i p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 varov\u00e1n\u00ed ze strany banky a trvaj\u00ed na proveden\u00ed rizikov\u00e9 transakce,\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Petr Z\u00edma.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Pro klienty je rovn\u011b\u017e n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 rozpoznat bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a rizikov\u00e9 situace. Zat\u00edmco rizikov\u00e9 situace spr\u00e1vn\u011b rozpoznalo 81 a\u017e 89 % lid\u00ed, u t\u011bch bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch m\u011bli v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>\u201eMnoho lid\u00ed myln\u011b ozna\u010dilo jako rizikovou i situaci, kdy jim banka vol\u00e1 kv\u016fli podez\u0159el\u00e9 platb\u011b, nebo kdy\u017e je e-mailem po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1, aby p\u0159i p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed do digit\u00e1ln\u00edho bankovnictv\u00ed potvrdili zm\u011bnu obchodn\u00edch podm\u00ednek. Takov\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st lid\u00ed je velmi obez\u0159etn\u00e1 a za rizikov\u00e9 rad\u011bji pova\u017euje i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 bankovn\u00ed praktiky,\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">komentuje v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu Petr Z\u00edma. Z pr\u016fzkumu rovn\u011b\u017e vyplynulo, \u017ee lidem nen\u00ed zcela jasn\u00e9, kdo se jim ozve v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b napaden\u00ed \u00fa\u010dtu. V\u00edce ne\u017e polovina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch (57 %) se myln\u011b domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b napaden\u00ed \u00fa\u010dtu je opr\u00e1vn\u011bna jim volat policie.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna neust\u00e1le vylep\u0161ujeme digit\u00e1ln\u00ed bankovnictv\u00ed George, kter\u00e9 um\u00ed ochr\u00e1nit finan\u010dn\u00ed transakce klient\u016f d\u00edky syst\u00e9mu detekce podvodn\u00fdch plateb nebo umo\u017e\u0148uje ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9ho bank\u00e9\u0159e, z\u00e1rove\u0148 zkou\u0161\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed kan\u00e1ly, skrze kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed upoutat na kybernetick\u00e1 rizika. V digit\u00e1ln\u00ed aplikaci George mohou nap\u0159\u00edklad klienti nal\u00e9zt speci\u00e1ln\u00ed dla\u017edici v\u011bnovanou kyberbezpe\u010dnosti, kde mohou rozv\u00edjet sv\u00e9 znalosti v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed v on-line prost\u0159ed\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201e<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><i>Skrze na\u0161e komunika\u010dn\u00ed kan\u00e1ly tak\u00e9 zkou\u0161\u00edme nov\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby komunikace. Ned\u00e1vno jsme nap\u0159\u00edklad klient\u016fm v digit\u00e1ln\u00edm bankovnictv\u00ed George p\u0159edstavili AI avatara, kter\u00fd klienty seznamoval s nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi triky podvodn\u00edk\u016f. Sami klienti si mohli vyzkou\u0161et, zda v dialogu s AI avatarem nepodlehnou pokusu o podvod,\u201d <\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">popisuj Petr Z\u00edma.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>Hlavn\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu\u00a0Indexu bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed gramotnosti \u010cesk\u00e9 spo\u0159itelny<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Index bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed gramotnosti dos\u00e1hl 76 bod\u016f* ze 100 \u2013 klienti bank nejl\u00e9pe reaguj\u00ed na fale\u0161nou informaci ohledn\u011b napaden\u00ed jejich bankovn\u00edho \u00fa\u010dtu, nejh\u016f\u0159e p\u0159i ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bryhodnosti investi\u010dn\u00edho poradce.\u00a0(*Hodnota bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho indexu ukazuje, jak\u00e9 procento odpov\u011bd\u00ed ozna\u010dili klienti banky spr\u00e1vn\u011b, tedy celkov\u00fd index 76 bod\u016f \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee v pr\u016fm\u011bru lid\u00e9 ozna\u010dili spr\u00e1vn\u011b 76 % odpov\u011bd\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">57 % lid\u00ed v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee je kv\u016fli napaden\u00ed \u00fa\u010dtu m\u016f\u017ee kontaktovat Policie \u010cR \u2013 co\u017e nen\u00ed pravda.\u00a0V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b napaden\u00ed \u00fa\u010dtu klienty v\u017edy kontaktuje jejich banka.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">19 % lid\u00ed spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na ulo\u017een\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo v telefonu jako z\u00e1ruku pravosti hovoru.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">41 % klient\u016f bank m\u00e1 zku\u0161enost s internetov\u00fdm nebo telefonick\u00fdm podvodem, na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pen\u00edze nep\u0159i\u0161ly\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">9 % klient\u016f bank m\u00e1 osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enost s internetov\u00fdm nebo telefonick\u00fdm podvodem, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9mu p\u0159i\u0161ly o pen\u00edze\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Podvodn\u00e9 investice rozpoznalo v pr\u016fm\u011bru 7 z 10 respondent\u016f, tedy i zde je ur\u010dit\u011b prostor pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Nejpreferovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi kan\u00e1ly pro komunikaci bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch informac\u00ed jsou digit\u00e1ln\u00ed bankovnictv\u00ed a e-mail.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>O v\u00fdzkumu\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">V\u00fdzkum pro \u010ceskou spo\u0159itelny realizovala agentura Data Stories na reprezentativn\u00edm vzorku 608 respondent\u016f ve v\u011bku 18-75 let.
