S v\u00fdhledem na budouc\u00ed rekonstrukci se tak postupn\u011b vypr\u00e1zdnil. V sou\u010dasnosti jsou zde obsazeny ji\u017e jen dva byty a jejich vyst\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00edme. Bytov\u00e1 funkce domu z\u016fstane zachov\u00e1na, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je nyn\u00ed na architektech \u2013 jsme zv\u011bdav\u00ed, s jak\u00fdm n\u00e1vrhem p\u0159ijdou. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b to bude velmi atraktivn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, v historick\u00e9m centru, p\u0159itom dob\u0159e dostupn\u00e9 po p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed ulici Pivovarsk\u00e1, vedle teras a s v\u00fdhledem na z\u00e1mek,\u201c<\/em> poznamenala starostka Jaroslava Martanov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na projektov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce vyhr\u00e1la ze t\u0159\u00ed uchaze\u010d\u016f spole\u010dnost 4DS s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddkovou cenou 2,374 mil. K\u010d bez DPH. V\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e1 firma zpracuje studii proveditelnosti a architektonickou studii, dokumentaci pro stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed i prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed dokumentaci. Pr\u00e1ce maj\u00ed b\u00fdt podle smlouvy hotov\u00e9 do 11. 5. 2026, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e \u017e\u00e1dost o stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed m\u00e1 b\u00fdt pod\u00e1na nejpozd\u011bji do 31. 1. 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Na projektov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce m\u011bsto z\u00edskalo 100% dotaci z N\u00e1rodn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu obnovy, DPH doplat\u00ed ze sv\u00e9ho rozpo\u010dtu. M\u011bsto bude usilovat i o dotaci na samotnou rekonstrukci domu a od toho se bude odv\u00edjet i konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed term\u00edn rekonstrukce.
