D\u00edvky maj\u00ed za \u00fakol uv\u00edt do\u017e\u00ednkov\u00fd v\u011bnec ze v\u0161eho druhu obil\u00ed, zdoben\u00fd lu\u010dn\u00edm kv\u00edt\u00edm a zhotovit velkou kytici lu\u010dn\u00edho kv\u00edt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161ichni se obl\u00e9knou do m\u00edstn\u00edho kroje nebo nejlep\u0161\u00edch \u0161at\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00e1 hospodyn\u011b doma poctiv\u011b naklid\u00ed, nape\u010de kol\u00e1\u010de a tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u017eitn\u00fd chl\u00e9b jako pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed pol\u00edm.<br \/>\nCel\u00e1 oslava za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pr\u016fvodem z pole do vsi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u0159\u00edve kon\u010dil u vrchn\u00edho hospod\u00e1\u0159e (kter\u00fd m\u011bl na starosti celou \u00farodu a hl\u00eddal, aby se nesn\u011bdlo i to co se m\u00e1 zas\u00edt), kde mu byla \u00faroda p\u0159ed\u00e1na na starost a bylo ozn\u00e1meno, \u017ee v\u0161echna \u00faroda je sklizena a ulo\u017eena pod st\u0159echou.<\/p>\n<p>I dnes se symbolicky p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 \u00faroda a starostovi\/hospod\u00e1\u0159i na n\u00e1vsi, s t\u00fdm\u017e ozn\u00e1men\u00edm, \u017ee je v\u0161e sklizeno a ulo\u017eeno, je mu p\u0159ed\u00e1n d\u00edvkami v kroji do\u017e\u00ednkov\u00fd v\u011bnec a jeho \u017een\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed jino\u0161i kytici lu\u010dn\u00edho kv\u00edt\u00ed. Na opl\u00e1tku jim hospod\u00e1\u0159 ud\u011bl\u00ed pochvalu a zajist\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpitek v\u011bt\u0161inou pivem, pan\u00ed m\u00e1ma (\u017eena hospod\u00e1\u0159ova) rozd\u00e1v\u00e1 za kytici do\u017e\u00ednkov\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de. Krom do\u017e\u00ednkov\u00e9ho v\u011bnce a kytice nesm\u00ed v pr\u016fvodu chyb\u011bt \u017eena ide\u00e1ln\u011b v kroji s pecnem chleba a sol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mimochodem, zn\u00e1te v\u00fdznam \u010desk\u00e9ho ob\u0159adu v\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed s chlebem a sol\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00e9to ceremonii d\u00e1v\u00e1 hospod\u00e1\u0159 pokyn k veselen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 na n\u00e1vsi a pozd\u011bji se st\u011bhuje do hospody. Tanec a radost je nejlep\u0161\u00edm a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00edm za \u00farodu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bnec, je\u017e dostal hospod\u00e1\u0159, se zav\u011bs\u00ed do stodoly \u010di na jin\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 m\u00edsto v hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (nem\u011blo by na n\u011bj pr\u0161et), kde vis\u00ed cel\u00fd rok a\u017e do dal\u0161\u00edch do\u017e\u00ednek, aby byla dal\u0161\u00ed \u00faroda.<\/p>\n<p>Oslava do\u017e\u00ednek byla pro na\u0161e p\u0159edky nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, tak\u00e9 to byla nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed oslava v cel\u00e9m roce a slavili ji \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161ichni. Obiln\u00e9 zrno znamenalo \u017eivot, p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed zimy a zaset\u00ed nov\u00e9 \u00farody.<\/p>\n<p>I pro n\u00e1s, i kdy\u017e nem\u00e1me pole a neobd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1me je, by tato oslava m\u011bla b\u00fdt d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 nebo\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s j\u00ed a j\u00eddlo nen\u00ed samoz\u0159ejmost.<\/p>\n<p>Po do\u017e\u00ednk\u00e1ch se je\u0161t\u011b tak\u00e9 slav\u00ed Do\u010desn\u00e1 v sadech a na Morav\u011b Zar\u00e1\u017e\u00e1n\u00ed hory je\u017e znamen\u00e1 sklize\u0148 vinohradu. V\u0161echny tyto slavnosti byly p\u0159\u00edmo spojen\u00e9 s \u00fakonem skl\u00edzen\u00ed \u00farody.<\/p>\n<p>Nast\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010das hojnosti\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Recepis na kol\u00e1\u010de jiho\u010desk\u00e9:<\/h6>\n<p>60 dkg v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n20 dkg selsk\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n30 dkg m\u00e1sla<br \/>\n20 dkg cukru<br \/>\n6 \u017eloutk\u016f<br \/>\n6 dkg dro\u017ed\u00ed<br \/>\ncitr\u00f3nov\u00e1 k\u016fra<br \/>\nl\u017e\u00edce rumu<\/p>\n<p>T\u011bsto zad\u011bl\u00e1me jak je u kynut\u00e9ho t\u011bsta zvykem, tvarujeme kol\u00e1\u010de a pln\u00edme n\u00e1pln\u011bmi. (Bohu\u017eel del\u0161\u00ed popis se nedochoval)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Recepis na \u017eitn\u00fd kv\u00e1skov\u00fd pecen, \u017ditn\u00fd chl\u00e9b pan\u00ed Ors\u00e1gov\u00e9<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Na rozkvas:<\/strong><br \/>\n50 g \u017eitn\u00e9ho kv\u00e1sku<br \/>\n300 g vody<br \/>\n300 g \u017eitn\u00e9 mouky<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na t\u011bsto:<\/strong><br \/>\n600 g \u017eitn\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n330-350 g vody<br \/>\n2 l\u017ei\u010dky soli<br \/>\n2-4 l\u017ei\u010dky km\u00ednu<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Den p\u0159edem, ne\u017e budeme p\u00e9ct chleba, je t\u0159eba si p\u0159ipravit rozkvas. Je to vlastn\u011b namno\u017een\u00ed a dokrmen\u00ed kv\u00e1sku, aby m\u011bl s\u00edlu kynout.<\/li>\n<li>Rozkvas ud\u011bl\u00e1me tak, \u017ee sm\u00eds\u00edme vodu, \u017eitnou mouku a kv\u00e1sek ulo\u017een\u00fd v lednici. P\u0159ikryjeme m\u00edsu pokli\u010dkou, \u010di foli\u00ed, aby n\u00e1m kv\u00e1sek neoschl a nech\u00e1me pracovat v pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b 12 \u2013 16 hodin. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce je v m\u00edstnosti teplo, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasu kv\u00e1sek pot\u0159ebuje na pr\u00e1ci. Je ale t\u0159eba aby p\u0159\u00edmo na n\u011bj nesv\u00edtilo slunce.<\/li>\n<li>Druh\u00fd den, zad\u011bl\u00e1me na chl\u00e9b.<\/li>\n<li>Prvn\u00ed co je t\u0159eba ud\u011blat \u2013 odd\u011blit 50 g kv\u00e1sku a d\u00e1t jej do skleni\u010dky a skleni\u010dku jen p\u0159eklopenou v\u00ed\u010dkem \u010di tal\u00ed\u0159kem d\u00e1t do lednice, kv\u00e1sek pot\u0159ebuje d\u00fdchat. Tak budeme m\u00edt kv\u00e1sek na dal\u0161\u00ed pe\u010den\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Pot\u00e9 do m\u00edsy s kv\u00e1skem prosejeme \u017eitnou mouku, vlijeme vodu, p\u0159id\u00e1me s\u016fl a km\u00edn dle chuti a v\u0161e sm\u00edch\u00e1me va\u0159e\u010dkou nebo kr\u00e1tce v robotu.<\/li>\n<li>Nech\u00e1me 1\/2 \u2013 1 hodinu odpo\u010dinout.<\/li>\n<li>Pomou\u010dn\u00edme o\u0161atku \u010di m\u00edsu s ut\u011brkou \u017eitnou moukou.<\/li>\n<li>T\u011bsto vynd\u00e1me na hodn\u011b pomou\u010dn\u011bn\u00fd v\u00e1l, posypeme moukou i t\u011bsto z vrchu, proto\u017ee \u017eitn\u00e9 t\u011bsto st\u00e1le hodn\u011b lep\u00ed. P\u00e1rkr\u00e1t jej p\u0159elo\u017e\u00edme a vytvo\u0159\u00edme \u00fahlednou kouli. Tu vlo\u017e\u00edme do o\u0161atky, p\u0159ikryjeme ut\u011brkou a nech\u00e1me kynou asi 3 hodiny.<\/li>\n<li>Rozp\u00e1l\u00edme troubu na 250\u00b0C, vyklop\u00edme chl\u00e9b na plech a vlo\u017e\u00edme do trouby. Po cca deseti minut\u00e1ch st\u00e1hneme teplotu na 180\u00b0C. Pe\u010deme do st\u0159edn\u011b hn\u011bda hodinu.<\/li>\n<li>Nen\u00ed-li po hodin\u011b chl\u00e9b dostate\u010dn\u011b hn\u011bd\u00fd, je p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b pot\u0159eba p\u00e9ct na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplotu.<\/li>\n<li>Chl\u00e9b nech\u00e1me na m\u0159\u00ed\u017ece zcela vychladnout, to trv\u00e1 asi 4 hodiny a pak si pochutn\u00e1me.<\/li>\n<li>Do chleba m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1t 100 g \u0161paldov\u00e9 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 hladk\u00e9 mouky, pak je chl\u00e9b nad\u00fdchan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. (500 g \u017eitn\u00e9 a 100 g p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Chl\u00e9b m\u016f\u017eeme kynout p\u0159es noc v lednici, m\u00e1 pak dobrou nakyslou chu\u0165. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vysypeme o\u0161atku \u0161krobem, tak se chl\u00e9b k o\u0161atce ur\u010dit\u011b nep\u0159ilep\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Rozkvas v\u017edy d\u011bl\u00e1me z \u017eitn\u00e9 mouky.<\/li>\n<li>Zn\u00ed to mo\u017en\u00ed slo\u017eit\u011b, ale nen\u00ed tomu tak.
