Od \u0159\u00edjna nab\u00eddne St\u00e1tn\u00ed fond podpory investic (SFPI) zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fav\u011bry pro obce, kraje, jejich organizace a dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby za 7 miliard korun do poloviny roku 2026. V p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce se k n\u011bmu p\u0159id\u00e1 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed rozvojov\u00e1 banka se sv\u00fdmi n\u00e1stroji za dal\u0161\u00ed 3,5 miliardy korun. Program c\u00edl\u00ed na dostupn\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed pro mlad\u00e9 rodiny, pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 profese i na tzv. st\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu obecn\u011b a je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 reformy Ministerstva pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj <a href=\"https:\/\/mmr.gov.cz\/cs\/microsites\/bydleni-pro-zivot\/uvod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bydlen\u00ed pro \u017eivot<\/a>.<\/h6>\n<p>C\u00edlem investi\u010dn\u00edho programu Dostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed je zv\u00fd\u0161it pod\u00edl dostupn\u00fdch n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f, a to jak jejich rekonstrukc\u00ed \u010di v\u00fdstavbou, tak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obc\u00ed i mo\u017enost\u00ed n\u00e1kupu. Vlivem prudk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu cen nemovitost\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 dostupnosti \u00fav\u011br\u016f na bydlen\u00ed se pro \u0159adu dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed stalo nemo\u017en\u00fdm usilovat o vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed, a v\u00fdrazn\u011b proto stoupla popt\u00e1vka po n\u00e1jemn\u00edch bytech. To zvy\u0161uje tlak na ceny i v t\u00e9to oblasti. Ve\u0159ejnou podporu investic do v\u00fdstavby dostupn\u00fdch byt\u016f s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm, ne\u017e tr\u017en\u00edm n\u00e1jemn\u00fdm umo\u017enila dubnov\u00e1 notifikace, kterou MMR vyjednalo s Evropskou komis\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eD\u00edky programu vznikne nav\u00edc a\u017e 5000 byt\u016f. V majetku obc\u00ed jich je v tuto chv\u00edli minimum. Nov\u00e9 byty pom\u016f\u017eou hlavn\u011b mlad\u00fdm rodin\u00e1m, ale i senior\u016fm a lidem s b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edjmy. Obc\u00edm tak\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed l\u00e9pe reagovat na v\u00fdkyvy trhu pr\u00e1ce a z\u00edsk\u00e1vat nebo si udr\u017eet pracovn\u00edky v n\u011bkter\u00fdch profes\u00edch. Jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o u\u010ditele, zdravotn\u00edky, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edky, hasi\u010de nebo policisty,\u201c<\/em> doplnil m\u00edstop\u0159edseda vl\u00e1dy pro digitalizaci a ministr pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj Ivan Barto\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky z programu Dostupn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f a\u0165 u\u017e v nov\u011b vznikl\u00fdch bytov\u00fdch domech, nebo v rekonstruovan\u00fdch objektech. Program podporuje i mo\u017enost po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed byt\u016f koup\u00ed, je-li \u017eadatelem obec, kraj a jimi z\u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba, st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkov\u00e1 organizace, registrovan\u00e1 c\u00edrkev nebo n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost nebo jimi zalo\u017een\u00e1 pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba a ve\u0159ejn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 pr\u00e1vnick\u00e1 osoba.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cV\u00fd\u0161e podpory m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout a\u017e 90 % rozhodn\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f, dotace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt poskytov\u00e1na pouze v kombinaci s \u00fav\u011brem,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ibli\u017euje podm\u00ednky programu \u0159editel St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu podpory investic Daniel Ry\u0161\u00e1vka. <em>\u201cPodrobnosti k podm\u00ednk\u00e1m programu jsou k dispozici na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch St\u00e1tn\u00edho fondu podpory investic, kter\u00fd program administruje. Ve v\u0161ech kraj\u00edch tak\u00e9 za\u010dala p\u016fsobit <a href=\"https:\/\/sfpi.cz\/regionalni-centra-podpory-investic-do-bydleni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Region\u00e1ln\u00ed centra podpory investic <\/strong><\/a>do bydlen<a href=\"https:\/\/sfpi.cz\/regionalni-centra-podpory-investic-do-bydleni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ed<\/a>. Starostk\u00e1m a starost\u016fm nab\u00eddnou vhodn\u00e9 modely financov\u00e1n\u00ed projekt\u016f dostupn\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed a porad\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad v pr\u00e1vn\u00ed a technick\u00e9 oblasti,\u201d<\/em> dopl\u0148uje Daniel Ry\u0161\u00e1vka.<\/p>\n<p>Dostupn\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed je speci\u00e1ln\u00ed kategori\u00ed (na rozd\u00edl od vlastnick\u00e9ho, dru\u017estevn\u00edho \u010di jin\u00fdch forem). Poskytovan\u00e9 bude vybran\u00fdm c\u00edlov\u00fdm skupin\u00e1m za stanoven\u00e9 zastropovan\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tr\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edprava bytov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby v obc\u00edch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika se dlouhodob\u011b pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s nedostate\u010dnou v\u00fdstavbou nov\u00fdch, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm obecn\u00edch byt\u016f. Z v\u00fdsledk\u016f lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho<a href=\"https:\/\/mmr.gov.cz\/getattachment\/c77d59d1-044d-4403-a596-a5e68cffac25\/Vysledky-setreni-Obecni-bydleni-2023.pdf.aspx?lang=cs-CZ&amp;ext=.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> pr\u016fzkumu<\/strong><\/a> MMR vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee jen asi t\u0159etina v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch obc\u00ed u n\u00e1s m\u011bla v posledn\u00edch osmi letech n\u011bjakou zku\u0161enost s vlastn\u00ed bytovou v\u00fdstavbou. Se sv\u00fdm bytov\u00fdm fondem je p\u0159itom nespokojeno zhruba 70 % v\u0161ech obc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eP\u0159\u00edpravu v\u00fdstavby byt\u016f v obc\u00edch bohu\u017eel \u010dasto brzd\u00ed nebo \u00fapln\u011b zastav\u00ed nedostatek financ\u00ed nebo chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed odborn\u00edci. Sna\u017e\u00edme se proto tyto bari\u00e9ry odstranit. Na MMR jsme u\u017e podpo\u0159ili p\u0159\u00edpravu 72 bytov\u00fdch projekt\u016f. Z\u00e1jem starost\u016f a starostek je ale mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, uvolnili jsme proto dal\u0161\u00ed finance.
