Oblast Tharsis, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sope\u010dn\u011b-tektonick\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st planety, byla ov\u0161em svou polohou mimo dosah seismometru SEIS. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 ot\u0159esy vznikl\u00e9 v t\u00e9to lokalit\u011b by seismometr nedok\u00e1zal zaznamenat, vzhledem k jeho poloze by toti\u017e pr\u016fchod seismick\u00fdch vln odst\u00ednilo j\u00e1dro planety.<\/h6>\n<p>V\u011bdeck\u00fd t\u00fdm s \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed Geofyzik\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fastavu Akademie v\u011bd \u010cR proto ke zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 tektonick\u00e9 aktivity v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti planety zvolil jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b sn\u00edmk\u016f o vysok\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed v\u011bdci zdokumentovali a popsali geologicky mlad\u00e9 praskliny, kter\u00e9 nejsou patrn\u011b star\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jeden milion let. Ze z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0019103524002586?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>studie, ji\u017e ned\u00e1vno publikoval \u010dasopis Icarus, vypl\u00fdv\u00e1<\/strong><\/a>, \u017ee jihov\u00fdchod Tharsis postihly v oblasti Claritas Fossae v geologicky ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti seismick\u00e9 ot\u0159esy.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159 let provozu (2019\u20132022) zaznamenal seismometr SEIS celkem 1319 r\u016fzn\u011b siln\u00fdch ot\u0159es\u016f, kter\u00e9 up\u0159esnily p\u0159edstavy v\u011bdc\u016f o vnit\u0159n\u00ed stavb\u011b planety. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd z ot\u0159es\u016f ale nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 jednozna\u010dn\u011b spojit s oblast\u00ed Tharsis. P\u0159itom tato p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u011bt tis\u00edc kilometr\u016f \u0161irok\u00e1 a a\u017e sedm kilometr\u016f vysok\u00e1 oblast b\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho vzniku v\u00fdrazn\u011b zdeformovala a rozpraskala povrch Marsu. A proto\u017ee trv\u00e1 dlouho, ne\u017e se vnit\u0159ek planety dok\u00e1\u017ee s obrovskou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed Tharsis vyrovnat, je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee v t\u00e9to sope\u010dn\u011b-tektonick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Marsu i jej\u00edm okol\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k prask\u00e1n\u00ed k\u016fry a marsot\u0159esen\u00edm dodnes. A\u017e doposud v\u0161ak chyb\u011bly d\u016fkazy, kter\u00e9 by tuto hypot\u00e9zu potvrzovaly.<\/p>\n<h6>Anal\u00fdza satelitn\u00edch sn\u00edmk\u016f je pro pozn\u00e1n\u00ed Marsu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1<\/h6>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b sn\u00edmk\u016f o vysok\u00e9m rozli\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po\u0159\u00eddila kamera HiRISE um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 na palub\u011b americk\u00e9 sondy Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, zkoumal mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdm pod veden\u00edm Bartosze Pietereka z Polsk\u00e9ho geologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu NRI jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed okraj Tharsis. Tato oblast nese jm\u00e9no Claritas Fossae a dominuje j\u00ed n\u011bkolik stovek kilometr\u016f dlouh\u00e1 a a\u017e dva kilometry vysok\u00e1 skaln\u00ed st\u011bna naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 Claritas Rupes. Na svaz\u00edch t\u00e9to obrovsk\u00e9 tektonick\u00e9 poruchy star\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i miliardy let v\u011bdci objevili skupinu men\u0161\u00edch prasklin o maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lce n\u011bkolika set metr\u016f a v\u00fd\u0161ce n\u011bkolika metr\u016f, kter\u00e9 dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed jasnou spojitost s \u010derstv\u00fdmi stopami po skaln\u00edch \u0159\u00edcen\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h6>M\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se povrch Marsu<\/h6>\n<p>Na Marsu doch\u00e1z\u00ed stejn\u011b jako na Zemi k erozi a sedimentaci. Ostr\u00e9 skaln\u00ed \u00fatvary se postupem \u010dasu rozru\u0161uj\u00ed a drob\u00ed na mal\u00e9 \u00falomky, kter\u00e9 pak gravitace a v\u00edtr p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed na jin\u00e9 m\u00edsto. Povrch se tak postupn\u011b zarovn\u00e1v\u00e1 a trhliny se zan\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed a p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eK na\u0161emu p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed nejsou tyto praskliny vystupuj\u00edc\u00ed do svahu pokryty balvany poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmi ze skaln\u00edch \u0159\u00edcen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se na strm\u00fdch svaz\u00edch skaln\u00ed st\u011bny Claritas Rupes hojn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed. D\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed studie nazna\u010dovaly, \u017ee tektonick\u00e1 aktivita v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti Marsu m\u011bla ustat p\u0159ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dv\u011bma a p\u016fl miliardami let. Jen\u017ee tento objev ukazuje, \u017ee tomu tak nebylo. Tyto mal\u00e9 praskliny musej\u00ed b\u00fdt toti\u017e mlad\u00e9. Velice mlad\u00e9. Nev\u00edme sice s jistotou, kdy p\u0159esn\u011b vznikly, ale z hlediska geologick\u00e9ho \u010dasu to muselo b\u00fdt ned\u00e1vno,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Bartosz Pieterek.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201ePokud se budeme bavit o jejich skute\u010dn\u00e9m st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, nemohou b\u00fdt star\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jeden milion let. Kdyby byly star\u0161\u00ed, u\u017e d\u00e1vno by je musely p\u0159ekr\u00fdt balvany, kter\u00e9 neust\u00e1le ze skaln\u00ed st\u011bny padaj\u00ed. Jde o d\u016fkaz, \u017ee v t\u00e9hle \u010d\u00e1sti Marsu jsme sv\u011bdky ne\u010dekan\u011b mlad\u00e9 tektonick\u00e9 aktivity. Doposud se p\u0159itom jinde na Marsu poda\u0159ilo objevit jen velmi m\u00e1lo mlad\u011b vypadaj\u00edc\u00edch prasklin. Jejich objev tak pom\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it na\u0161e porozum\u011bn\u00ed o tom, kde a jak \u010dasto se planeta v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 geologick\u00e9 minulosti t\u0159\u00e1sla. Zkouman\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st by se tak mohla za\u0159adit po bok oblasti Cerberus Fossae nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v Elysium Planitia, kde se sond\u011b InSight poda\u0159ilo zaznamenat n\u011bkolik siln\u00fdch marsot\u0159esen\u00ed, a to p\u0159esn\u011b v m\u00edstech, v nich\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00ed s\u00e9rie velmi mlad\u00fdch prasklin. Tyto dv\u011b lokality by tak mohly p\u0159edstavovat jedny z nejmlad\u0161\u00edch projev\u016f tektonick\u00e9 aktivity na povrchu Marsu,<\/em>\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Petr Bro\u017e z Geofyzik\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fastavu Akademie v\u011bd \u010cR, spoluautor studie.<\/p>\n<p>Dokud nebude na Marsu um\u00edst\u011bn dal\u0161\u00ed seismometr, kter\u00fd by dok\u00e1zal detekovat i ot\u0159esy v oblasti Tharsis, bude anal\u00fdza satelitn\u00edch sn\u00edmk\u016f jedin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jak po nich naj\u00edt stopy. Nov\u00fd objev p\u0159itom ukazuje, \u017ee o ned\u00e1vn\u00fdch tektonicky aktivn\u00edch oblastech spojen\u00fdch s Tharsis se toho lze je\u0161t\u011b mnoh\u00e9 dozv\u011bd\u011bt.
