U., bytem Svornosti 117, Vimperk \u010d\u00e1sti pozemk\u016f zapsan\u00fdch u Katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu pro Jiho\u010desk\u00fd kraj, Katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho pracovi\u0161t\u011b Prachatice, v katastru nemovitost\u00ed pro obec a k. \u00fa. Vimperk, na LV \u010d. 10001 pro m\u011bsto Vimperk, ozna\u010den\u00fdch jako parcely katastru nemovitost\u00ed parc. \u010d. 1616\/2 \u2013 zahrada a parc. \u010d. 1616\/3 \u2013 zahrada, jejich \u010d\u00e1sti o celkov\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 234 m2, za \u00fa\u010delem jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed<br \/>\nk voln\u00e9mu \u010dasu, \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b a zahr\u00e1dka\u0159en\u00ed. Pachtovn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena od 01.05.2024 na dobu neur\u010ditou s t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou. Pachtovn\u00e9 bude ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5 K\u010d\/m2\/rok. Rada m\u011bsta pov\u011b\u0159uje starostku m\u011bsta podpisem pachtovn\u00ed smlouvy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 485<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla nakl\u00e1dat s pozemkem veden\u00fdm jako parcela katastru nemovitost\u00ed parc. \u010d. 551\/1 \u2013 ostatn\u00ed plocha, manipula\u010dn\u00ed plocha v katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed Skl\u00e1\u0159e u Vimperka ve smyslu prodeje jeho \u010d\u00e1sti mezi pozemky parc. \u010d. 551\/4 a parc. \u010d. 564 dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dosti man\u017eel\u016f D. a p. H. ze dne 18.04.2024 o p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e cca 340 m2 a pov\u011b\u0159uje odbor hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd a bytov\u00fd M\u011b\u00da Vimperk p\u0159\u00edpravou podklad\u016f pro zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru tohoto prodeje, tj. zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed geodetick\u00e9ho d\u011blen\u00ed a ocen\u011bn\u00ed dot\u010den\u00e9ho pozemku.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 487<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta zastupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bsto Vimperk jako vlastn\u00edka pozemk\u016f parc. \u010d. 2451\/1 a parc. \u010d. 2452\/1 v katastr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed Vimperk souhlas\u00ed s t\u00edm, aby tyto pozemky byly vyu\u017eity pro skautsk\u00fd stanov\u00fd t\u00e1bor v obdob\u00ed od 29.06.2024 do 14.07.2024 za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee nedojde k po\u0161kozen\u00ed t\u011bchto a okoln\u00edch pozemk\u016f a nebude zm\u011bn\u011bn jejich sou\u010dasn\u00fd stav. Vyd\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu je podm\u00edn\u011bno souhlasem org\u00e1n\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ochrany p\u0159\u00edrody a krajiny, tj. Spr\u00e1vy CHKO \u0160umava. Souhlas je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n spolku Jun\u00e1k \u2013 \u010desk\u00fd skaut, st\u0159edisko B\u00edl\u00fd Albatros Praha, z. s., se s\u00eddlem Ha\u0161kova 629\/7, Praha \u2013 Hole\u0161ovice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 491<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla uzav\u0159\u00edt kupn\u00ed smlouvu na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed techniky ur\u010den\u00e9 k digitalizaci stavebn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro projekt s n\u00e1zvem \u201eIT vybaven\u00ed pro stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad Vimperk\u201c, mezi m\u011bstem Vimperk, Steinbrenerova 6, 385 17 Vimperk a spole\u010dnost\u00ed Aricoma Systems a. s., Hornopoln\u00ed 3322\/34, Moravsk\u00e1 Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava.
