Dnes to tak nen\u00ed. Dnes se n\u00e1tlakov\u00e1 skupina rozr\u016fst\u00e1, a d\u00edky tomu dost\u00e1v\u00e1 i medi\u00e1ln\u00ed podporu, co\u017e ji &#8220;legitimizuje&#8221;. A legitimizovan\u00fd populismus, u\u017e nen\u00ed populismus, ale p\u0159\u00ednos pro spole\u010dnost. Neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>Z pohledu lobbist\u016f je to geni\u00e1ln\u00ed, ch\u00e1pou, \u017ee kdy\u017e se k developer\u016fm a bank\u00e1m p\u0159idaj\u00ed i voli\u010di, st\u00e1t jim dotaci d\u00e1, a\u010dkoli k\u0148u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee nen\u00ed na d\u016fchody. Lobbist\u00e9 maj\u00ed v ruce skv\u011bl\u00fd marketingov\u00fd tah. Bojuj\u00ed p\u0159ece za mlad\u00e9 lidi, aby m\u011bli kde bydlet a mohli m\u00edt d\u011bti.<\/p>\n<p>A kdy\u017e dnes n\u011bkdo bojuje za mlad\u00e9, m\u00e1 zelenou. V\u0161ichni \u201elep\u0161\u00ed\u201c politici p\u0159eci bojuj\u00ed za mlad\u00e9. Sta\u0159\u00ed podle mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00fd ani nemaj\u00ed chodit k volb\u00e1m, aby nekazili mlad\u00fdm lidem sen o budoucnosti, kde rostou pen\u00edze na stromech.<\/p>\n<h6>Chcete 3% hypot\u00e9ku, lobujte. To lze p\u0159ece \u0159\u00edct o v\u0161em. Pokud dotuj\u00ed Mercedesy, co se asi stane? Ano, najednou na n\u011b dos\u00e1hnou i ti, kte\u0159\u00ed na n\u011b dosud nem\u011bli. A co nastane? Popt\u00e1vka bude takov\u00e1, \u017ee se Mercedesy vyprodaj\u00ed ze v\u0161ech sklad\u016f. Co by se stalo s byty? To sam\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>To, \u017ee je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 sehnat kupce, je p\u0159eci norm\u00e1ln\u00ed ot\u00e1zka. To je rozd\u00edl proti socialismu, kde bylo naopak b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 podpultov\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kapitalistick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je snadn\u00e9: bu\u010f mus\u00edm sehnat levn\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00ed, nebo zlevnit. Ale kdy\u017e si nechce developer s\u00e1hnout na mar\u017ei a levn\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u00e1, je ur\u010dit\u011b levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed si zaplatit lobbistu a pak m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt stejnou mar\u017ei, a je\u0161t\u011b prodat v\u00edce byt\u016f. Kdy\u017e bude lobbista dobr\u00fd, tak si dokonce zv\u00fd\u0161\u00edte mar\u017ei i prodeje. To je teprve ryto. Jen bl\u00e1zen by vylep\u0161oval sv\u016fj produkt, kdy\u017e to jde \u0159e\u0161it populisticky.<\/p>\n<h6>Jak to cht\u011bj\u00ed ud\u011blat, nikdo ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed<\/h6>\n<p>V\u0161ichni chceme p\u0159ece levn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed. Nav\u00edc volby nemaj\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 t\u00e9ma, tohle se bude politik\u016fm hodit.<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed s tak z\u00e1sadn\u00edm lobbistick\u00fdm projektem, nemus\u00ed v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b ani projekt vysv\u011btlit. Prvn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou je, kde na to vz\u00edt. Tady nesly\u0161\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed. Jen jeden developer \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee by bylo dobr\u00e9 dotovat odv\u011btv\u00ed do t\u00e9 m\u00edry, co p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, developer odvede dan\u011b, ty se vydaj\u00ed na dotace a st\u00e1tu zbyde co? NIC! Klasick\u00e9. Za\u0161t\u00edt\u00edme se ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm z\u00e1jmem, abychom na tom vyd\u011blali jen my. Tak p\u0159ece definice z definice funguj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>To by se jist\u011b l\u00edbilo i ve v\u0161ech jin\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch. Argumenty, \u017ee se mlad\u00ed d\u00edky dotaci dostanou k bytu, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u016fbec pravdiv\u00e9. Naopak, jakmile budou m\u00edt lid\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ochotu br\u00e1t si hypot\u00e9ky, vzroste popt\u00e1vka po bytech. A co se stane, kdy\u017e popt\u00e1vka roste?<\/p>\n<p>Cena roste! O tom lobbist\u00e9 v\u016fbec nemluv\u00ed. Tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se, jako by cena z\u016fstala konstantn\u00ed. V\u00fdsledkem bude, \u017ee ti, pro kter\u00e9 se to jako \u00fadajn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1, na tom budou je\u0161t\u011b h\u016f\u0159 ne\u017e dnes. U\u017e dnes jsou p\u0159itom vzhledem k cen\u00e1m nemovitost\u00ed v \u0161\u00edlen\u00e9 situaci. Norm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e nem\u00e1 \u0161anci se k vlastn\u00edmu bytu dostat.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d? Prost\u011b trv\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das, ne\u017e prob\u011bhne v\u00fdstavba. Do t\u00e9 doby je nab\u00eddka byt\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nem\u011bnn\u00e1, ale popt\u00e1vka radik\u00e1ln\u011b roste. R\u016fst cen proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u00fd. V dlouhodob\u00e9m obdob\u00ed to tak b\u00fdt nemus\u00ed, ale dlouhodob\u011b se takov\u00fd populismus neudr\u017e\u00ed, proto\u017ee je stra\u0161n\u011b drah\u00fd pro st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladnu, kter\u00e1 je l\u00e9ta pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1. Pokud by n\u011bkdo takovou blbost prosadil, je nutn\u00e9 ji tedy ihned vyu\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<h6>M\u00e1 to v\u016fbec \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed? M\u00e1, ale od \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edka ho ne\u010dekejte<\/h6>\n<p>Cestou k levn\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 dotace. Levn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed nastane ve chv\u00edli, kdy zmiz\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed buzerace dan\u00e1 \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm. Ano, levice to nerada usly\u0161\u00ed, ale kdy\u017e vezmeme st\u00e1tu (v \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm pojet\u00ed obc\u00edm) mo\u017enost omezovat majitele pozemk\u016f, vlastn\u00edci zm\u011bn\u00ed t\u0159eba sad na \u010din\u017eovn\u00ed d\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>A co bude d\u00e1l?
