V dubnu je po\u010das\u00ed prom\u011bnliv\u00e9. \u017dlut\u00e1 symbolizuje slunce, p\u0159\u00edchod sv\u011btla, nov\u00e9 doby, \u017eivota. \u00daterku se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0160ediv\u00fd i kv\u016fli pavu\u010din\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 se m\u011bly pe\u010dliv\u011b vym\u00e9st z domu. \u0160ediv\u00e1 symbolizuje pr\u00e1v\u011b zbavov\u00e1n\u00ed se prachu, ale tak\u00e9 po\u0161mourno a zata\u017eenou oblohu, kter\u00e1 k po\u010das\u00ed v tomto ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed. Mimochodem, prach se z domu odn\u00e1\u0161el a vysyp\u00e1val za k\u0159i\u017eovatkou. \u010casto se mu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 tak\u00e9 Tlust\u00e9 \u00fater\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>V k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9m pojet\u00ed bylo toti\u017e toto \u00fater\u00fd posledn\u00edm dnem, kde se mohl \u010dlov\u011bk dosyta naj\u00edst. N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed dny p\u0159ed Velikonoci u\u017e musel dr\u017eet p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd p\u016fst. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na Tlust\u00e9 pond\u011bl\u00ed mohli lid\u00e9 hodovat, veselit se, p\u00edt nebo tan\u010dit pouze do p\u016flnoci, s odbit\u00edm p\u016flnoci n\u00e1sledn\u011b nastala doba zklidn\u011bn\u00ed. Ten, kdo toti\u017e p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed, pit\u00ed a tancova\u010dku p\u0159es p\u016flnoc prot\u00e1hl se m\u011bl m\u00edt na pozoru. Tomu se toti\u017e podle pov\u011bry pot\u00e9 za\u010dal zjevovat zelen\u00fd \u010dert a doty\u010dn\u00e9ho chodil stra\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p>Velikonoce s sebou nesou mnoho symbol\u016f, ale \u010destn\u00e9 m\u00edsto na sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm stole zauj\u00edm\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b velikono\u010dn\u00ed ber\u00e1nek. Velikono\u010dn\u00ed ber\u00e1nek se zaj\u00ed\u010dkem a ku\u0159\u00e1tkem tvo\u0159\u00ed na velikono\u010dn\u00edm stole harmonick\u00fd t\u00fdm. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ber\u00e1nek v\u0161ak v t\u00e9to spole\u010dnosti rozhodn\u011b kraluje.<\/p>\n<p>Do na\u0161\u00ed kultury p\u0159e\u0161el symbol ber\u00e1nka d\u00edky k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed. V hebrejsk\u00e9 tradici symbolizuje Izraelitu jako \u010dlena &#8220;Bo\u017e\u00edho st\u00e1da&#8221;, \u017eidovsk\u00fd B\u016fh se ozna\u010duje jako past\u00fd\u0159, kter\u00fd bere sv\u00e9 ovce do n\u00e1ru\u010d\u00ed. Ber\u00e1nek souvis\u00ed i s vysvobozen\u00edm izraelsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda z egyptsk\u00e9ho otroctv\u00ed. Podle bo\u017e\u00edho p\u0159\u00edkazu m\u011bla ka\u017ed\u00e1 rodina ob\u011btovat ber\u00e1nka bez vady. Ope\u010den\u00e9 ber\u00e1nky pak spole\u010dn\u011b poj\u00eddali a krv\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ete m\u011bli ozna\u010dit vchod do sv\u00e9ho domu. Byl to projev v\u00edry a d\u016fv\u011bry v Boha, tento \u010din jim m\u011bl p\u0159in\u00e9st z\u00e1chranu.<\/p>\n<p>Na pam\u00e1tku toho, \u017ee vy\u0161li izraelit\u00e9 z Egypta, ka\u017ed\u00fd rok p\u0159ed velkou noc\u00ed pekli ber\u00e1nka na ho\u0159k\u00fdch bylin\u00e1ch a poj\u00eddali ho s nekva\u0161en\u00fdm chlebem. Podle biblick\u00fdch historik\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edmi chv\u00edlemi z\u00e1v\u011bru Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161ova pozemsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota, to vypad\u00e1 tak, \u017ee Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 um\u00edral na k\u0159\u00ed\u017ei pr\u00e1v\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy se podle obvykl\u00e9ho po\u0159adu v chr\u00e1mu, na nejposv\u00e1tn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b Jeruzal\u00e9ma, zab\u00edjeli velikono\u010dn\u00ed ber\u00e1nci. Tam je tedy p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 paralela mezi ber\u00e1nkem z Moj\u017e\u00ed\u0161ov\u00fdch \u010das\u016f a Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161em jako definitivn\u00edm ber\u00e1nkem, kter\u00fd n\u011bco podstatn\u00e9ho kon\u00e1 pro lidi, pro lidstvo.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0159es\u0165an\u00e9 p\u0159e\u0161li do takov\u00e9 symbolick\u00e9 roviny, proto\u017ee pro n\u011b u\u017e byl ber\u00e1nek vlastn\u011b ob\u011btov\u00e1n p\u0159ed dv\u011bma tis\u00edci lety (Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 Nazaretsk\u00fd). M\u00edsto masa za\u010dali p\u00e9ct ber\u00e1nka z t\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p>Ber\u00e1nek se spole\u010dn\u011b s dal\u0161\u00edmi ob\u0159adn\u00edmi pokrmy sv\u011bt\u00ed v kostele na Bo\u017e\u00ed hod velikono\u010dn\u00ed, tedy velikono\u010dn\u00ed ned\u011bli. Obvykle se ber\u00e1nek pekl na B\u00edlou sobotu, v ned\u011bli, na Bo\u017e\u00ed hod velikono\u010dn\u00ed ho lid\u00e9 odn\u00e1\u0161eli do kostela k posv\u011bcen\u00ed. Po m\u0161i si pak na n\u011bm rodina pochutnala. Posv\u011bcen\u00fdm ob\u0159adn\u00edm pokrm\u016fm se p\u0159isuzovala ochrann\u00e1, l\u00e9\u010div\u00e1 a plodiv\u00e1 s\u00edla. Tajemnou moc m\u011bla i plachetka, ve kter\u00e9 se ob\u0159adn\u00ed j\u00eddlo ke sv\u011bcen\u00ed nosilo. Pou\u017e\u00edvala se pozd\u011bji p\u0159i set\u00ed \u017eita a p\u0161enice.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1me historick\u00fd dopis z konce 16. stolet\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e tehdy se pekli ber\u00e1nci. Je zachov\u00e1n recept v kucha\u0159sk\u00e9 knize Bavora Rodovsk\u00e9ho z Husti\u0159an. Byla to velmi slo\u017eit\u00fd recept, kde se nevytv\u00e1\u0159el jen ten samotn\u00fd ber\u00e1nek, ale i zd\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee stoj\u00ed na louce, tak\u017ee to p\u016fsobilo i velmi dekorativn\u011b. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i to jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed pat\u0159ilo ke k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fdm Velikonoc\u016fm, ale a\u017e po t\u00e9, co byl ukon\u010den p\u016fst. Tak\u017ee jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed bylo vn\u00edm\u00e1no jako tradi\u010dn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st velikono\u010dn\u00edho stolu. Ber\u00e1nek \u2013 symbol z\u00e1chrany.<\/p>\n<p>Ber\u00e1nek se u n\u00e1s objevil a\u017e v 17. stolet\u00ed. Pak se &#8211; podle p\u016fvodu &#8211; p\u0159ipravoval z jin\u00e9 hmoty: na vesnic\u00edch se pekl z cukru a m\u00e1sla, v kr\u00e1lovsk\u00fdch m\u011b\u0161\u0165ansk\u00fdch domech se pou\u017e\u00edvalo marcip\u00e1nu. V\u011b\u0159ilo se, \u017ee kdy\u017e pocestn\u00fd zabloud\u00ed a vzpomene si, s k\u00fdm jedl velikono\u010dn\u00edho ber\u00e1nka, najde cestu dom\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>A jak se ber\u00e1nek zdobil? M\u011bl b\u00edlou viz\u00e1\u017e (pocukrovan\u00fd nebo polit\u00fd polevou), p\u0159ed n\u00edm b\u00fdvaly naskl\u00e1dan\u00e9 kraslice, pod n\u00edm prvn\u00ed jarn\u00ed dary p\u0159\u00edrody, n\u011bco zelen\u00e9ho, a do t\u011bsta se zapichoval praporec. Ten ber\u00e1nka ztoto\u017e\u0148uje se zmrtv\u00fdchvstal\u00fdm Kristem. V tradici k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9ho zobrazov\u00e1n\u00ed to b\u00fdv\u00e1 obvykle tak, \u017ee Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 vystupuje z hrobu a m\u00e1 v ruce praporec s \u010derven\u00fdm k\u0159\u00ed\u017eem. Zdoben\u00ed ber\u00e1nka praporcem u\u017e je dnes pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zapomenut\u00e9 a m\u00edsto toho se mu n\u011bkdy kolem krku uvazuje \u010derven\u00e1 ma\u0161le. Ber\u00e1nka dopl\u0148ovaly na znamen\u00ed mu\u010dednictv\u00ed palmov\u00e9 ratolesti nebo \u0159eck\u00e1 p\u00edsmena alfa a omega, symbolizuj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eivot v\u011b\u010dn\u00fd. Porcoval se odzadu, aby si udr\u017eel do posledn\u00ed chv\u00edle d\u016fstojnou formu.
