V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se jev\u00ed jako jedno z \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9ho hladu \u2013 je nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 na p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed, dok\u00e1\u017ee odolat nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a plod\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e1 zrna s vysok\u00fdm obsahem b\u00edlkovin a vl\u00e1kniny, proto se o n\u00ed mluv\u00ed jako o superpotravin\u011b. Zaslou\u017e\u00ed si toto ozna\u010den\u00ed? To se rozhodl zjistit spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd \u010dasopis dTest.<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-131630 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest-114x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"114\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest-114x300.jpg 114w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest.jpg 126w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 114px) 100vw, 114px\" \/>D\u0159\u00edve se quinoa jako v\u011bt\u0161ina \u201enov\u00fdch\u201c potravin prod\u00e1vala p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve specializovan\u00fdch prodejn\u00e1ch, dnes je v\u0161ak obvykle k sehn\u00e1n\u00ed i v b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch supermarketech. \u201e<em>Pro vzorky do na\u0161eho testu jsme se vydali do obou typ\u016f prodejen. Nem\u011bli jsme \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 omezen\u00ed, proto v na\u0161em testu m\u016f\u017eeme porovnat kvalitu 15 produkt\u016f \u010derven\u00e9 a b\u00edl\u00e9 quinoy z konven\u010dn\u00ed i bio produkce v cen\u011b od 11 K\u010d\/100 g a\u017e po 28 K\u010d\/100 g,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h6>Zelen\u00e9 \u201emaso\u201c<\/h6>\n<p>Na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b v seznamu v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f quinoy stoj\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 jsou nejen sv\u00fdm pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm, ale tak\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00edm. V quinoi najdeme v\u0161echny esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyseliny, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebujeme k produkci b\u00edlkovin, ale sami si je nedok\u00e1\u017eeme vytvo\u0159it. <em>\u201e\u010clov\u011bk je odk\u00e1z\u00e1n na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem dev\u00edti aminokyselin a quinoa je a\u017e na jednu v\u00fdjimku v\u0161echny obsahuje v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> p\u0159ibli\u017euje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1 z dTestu a pokra\u010duje: \u201e<em>Ve vhodn\u00e9 kombinaci s jin\u00fdm rostlinn\u00fdm zdrojem b\u00edlkovin tak quinoa dod\u00e1 v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 aminokyseliny i vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e9mu a vegansk\u00e9mu j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Obsah b\u00edlkovin se u obou druh\u016f p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neli\u0161il: u b\u00edl\u00e9 nam\u011b\u0159ila laborato\u0159 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 13 g\/100 g, u \u010derven\u00e9 pak pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 13,1 g\/100 g. Dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk v\u00e1\u017e\u00edc\u00ed 70 kg by m\u011bl denn\u011b sn\u00edst 58 gram\u016f protein\u016f, co\u017e by podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f z laborato\u0159e dok\u00e1zalo pokr\u00fdt 380 a\u017e 500 gram\u016f t\u00e9to plodiny.<\/p>\n<h6>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina<\/h6>\n<p>Druh\u00fdm nej\u010dast\u011bji zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdm benefitem quinoy je vl\u00e1knina. Ta sice t\u011blu \u017e\u00e1dnou energii ned\u00e1v\u00e1, ale v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt a\u0165 u\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad kv\u016fli regulaci cukru v krvi nebo spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti st\u0159ev. V\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed stanovuj\u00ed denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem vl\u00e1kniny na 30 gram\u016f, \u010desk\u00e1 realita v\u0161ak za t\u00edm dost pokulh\u00e1v\u00e1 \u2013 podle odhad\u016f j\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b sn\u00edme jen okolo 12 gram\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm zdrojem vl\u00e1kniny v j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku je zelenina a ovoce a quinoa by tuto roli tak\u00e9 skv\u011ble zvl\u00e1dla. V \u010derven\u00e9 variant\u011b bylo pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b nam\u011b\u0159eno 10,8 g\/100 g, v b\u00edl\u00e9 8 g\/100 g. <em>\u201eNe poka\u017ed\u00e9 ale s t\u011bmito \u00fadaji m\u016f\u017eeme po\u010d\u00edtat,<\/em>\u201c upozor\u0148uje \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka dTestu Hoffmannov\u00e1.<em> \u201eObsah vl\u00e1kniny v jednotliv\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch velmi kol\u00edsal. Nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo laboratorn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje uk\u00e1zaly u Green Apotheke Quinoa b\u00edl\u00e1 (5,4 g\/100 g), nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty dos\u00e1hla Wolfberry Quinoa \u010derven\u00e1 (12,6 g\/100 g),\u201c<\/em> up\u0159es\u0148uje Hoffmannov\u00e1. Pro zaj\u00edmavost: mrkev m\u00e1 ve 100 gramech necel\u00e9 3 gramy vl\u00e1kniny a jablka 2 gramy.<\/p>\n<h6>P\u0159esnost v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f<\/h6>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed slabinou testovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f byla spolehlivost uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch nutri\u010dn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f. \u0158ada zna\u010dek avizovala v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed porce b\u00edlkovin a vl\u00e1kniny, ne\u017e kolik skute\u010dn\u011b nab\u00eddla. Osm v\u00fdrobk\u016f proto za slibovanou\/re\u00e1ln\u011b nam\u011b\u0159enou b\u00edlkovinu z\u00edskalo jen dostate\u010dn\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed, dva produkty v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vl\u00e1kniny dokonce nedostate\u010dn\u00e9. Oba slibovaly vl\u00e1kninu v mno\u017estv\u00ed 14 g\/100 g, ov\u0161em laborato\u0159 u Probio Quinoa b\u00edl\u00e1 a Menu Gold Quinoa b\u00edl\u00e1 nam\u011b\u0159ila pouh\u00fdch 9,4 g\/100 g, respektive 8,8 g\/100 g.<\/p>\n<p>O pozn\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9pe si v\u0161echny v\u00fdrobky vedly v testov\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, a to mykotoxin\u016f a pesticid\u016f. <em>\u201eLaborato\u0159 prov\u011b\u0159ila p\u0159\u00edtomnost t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 700 r\u016fzn\u00fdch pesticidn\u00edch l\u00e1tek s jedno-zna\u010dn\u00fdm z\u00e1v\u011brem \u2013 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1mi testovan\u00fd v\u00fdrobek pesticidy neobsahuje. Podobn\u011b dob\u0159e se da\u0159ilo produkt\u016fm p\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed mykotoxin\u016f \u2013 pouze u jednoho vzorku laborato\u0159 odhalila p\u0159\u00edtomnost men\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pl\u00edsn\u011b.
