Ji\u017e d\u011bde\u010dek sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho majitele z\u00e1soboval svazkovou mrkv\u00ed Prahu v dob\u011b prvn\u00ed republiky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\"><strong>Celer &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Celer je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na vodn\u00ed z\u00e1vlahu. T\u011bmto podm\u00ednk\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee farma ide\u00e1ln\u011b vyhov\u011bt d\u00edky z\u00e1vlahov\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu z \u0159eky Labe. P\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00edm celeru se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed od roku 1998 a postup jeho p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed se od t\u00e9 doby nezm\u011bnil, \u010d\u00edm\u017e je zachov\u00e1na pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 kvalita. Po\u010det nas\u00e1zen\u00fdch sazenic se d\u00edky velk\u00e9mu z\u00e1jmu spot\u0159ebitel\u016f ka\u017ed\u00fd rok navy\u0161uje. Firma se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm prodejem vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho a hov\u011bz\u00edho masa, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pak v\u00fdrobou masn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, specialit a hotov\u00fdch j\u00eddel. Podnik si t\u00edm chce zachovat kvalitu vstupn\u00edch surovin, lok\u00e1lnost a z\u00e1rove\u0148 tak podpo\u0159it m\u00edstn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blce. D\u016fraz kladou na kvalitu produkovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1hra\u017eek nebo p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na spokojenost koncov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Surovina je opracov\u00e1na a ko\u0159en\u011bna p\u0159esn\u011b podle receptu majitele podniku. Slanina se sol\u00ed na sucho a spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0ko\u0159en\u00edm le\u017e\u00ed 14 dn\u00ed ve vakuu.
