To v\u00edce ne\u017e kompenzuje n\u00edzk\u00fd \u0159\u00edjnov\u00fd r\u016fst. Obecn\u011b lze \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se pr\u016fmyslu v roce 2023 neda\u0159ilo. Za m\u011bs\u00edce leden a\u017e listopad zde m\u00e1me pokles o 0,4 %. To se u\u017e asi prosincovou statistikou nezm\u011bn\u00ed a rok 2023 se do historie prost\u011b zap\u00ed\u0161e jako rok poklesu.<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i pohledu na strukturu produkce je vid\u011bt, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst zaznamenalo odv\u011btv\u00ed v\u00fdroba z\u00e1kladn\u00edch farmaceutick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Tady se evidentn\u011b projevuje st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed situace v \u010desk\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u00e1ch, kde neust\u00e1le n\u011bco dlouhodob\u011b chyb\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel toto pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 odv\u011btv\u00ed u n\u00e1s nen\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je u n\u00e1s v\u00fdroba aut. Ta v listopadu vzrostla jen o 2,1 %. Nov\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed se meziro\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily o 0,8 %, zat\u00edmco tuzemsk\u00e9 nov\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky klesly o 0,9 %. Tento p\u0159edstihov\u00fd indik\u00e1tor ukazuje na to, \u017ee n\u011bjak\u00fd z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zvrat trend\u016f nem\u016f\u017eeme v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch \u010dekat.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed kvart\u00e1l nejsp\u00ed\u0161 z\u016fstane d\u00e1l slab\u00fd. Ve druh\u00e9m by se ale ji\u017e mohly za\u010d\u00edt projevovat rostouc\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9 mzdy a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed popt\u00e1vka. Jen pro zaj\u00edmavost slovensk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl tou dobou podle Eurostatu klesal o 1,7 %.<\/p>\n<p>Stavebn\u00ed produkce v listopadu byla meziro\u010dn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed o 6,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady vydaly meziro\u010dn\u011b o 11,7 % stavebn\u00edch povolen\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b a orienta\u010dn\u00ed hodnota t\u011bchto povolen\u00ed vzrostla o 0,2 %. Meziro\u010dn\u011b bylo zah\u00e1jeno o 40,7 % byt\u016f m\u00e9n\u011b, dokon\u010deno bylo o 19,2 % byt\u016f m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>To jsou \u0161\u00edlen\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla. Trh nemovitost\u00ed zamrzl. Lid\u00e9 nedos\u00e1hnou na hypot\u00e9ku, nebo je odrazuje vysok\u00fd \u00farok, kdy\u017e spr\u00e1vn\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed pokles \u00farokov\u00fdch sazeb b\u011bhem roku 2024 a 2025. Podobn\u011b je na tom nab\u00eddka. T\u00e9 se zdaj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 ceny n\u00edzk\u00e9. Tady o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1m b\u011bhem roku 2024 zlep\u0161en\u00ed. Jednak na hypot\u00e9ku d\u00edky odstran\u011bn\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch regulac\u00ed dos\u00e1hne v\u00edce lid\u00ed a jednak proto, \u017ee hypote\u010dn\u00ed sazby je\u0161t\u011b trochu poklesnou. To by m\u011blo pos\u00edlit popt\u00e1vku lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u011b cht\u011bj\u00ed nemovitost koupit. Na to zareaguje nab\u00eddka. V cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b vid\u00edme mizern\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. Stavebn\u00ed produkce podle \u00fadaj\u016f Eurostatu v \u0159\u00edjnu 2023 v EU27 meziro\u010dn\u011b klesla o 0,4 %.
