zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00fdm statistick\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem, p\u0159itom, bude-li smlouva o n\u00e1jmu bytu postaven\u00e9ho s dotac\u00ed podle tohoto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed uzav\u0159ena v obdob\u00ed od 1. \u010dervence do 31. prosince, bude \u010dist\u00fd m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n s pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdou za minul\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed rok za n\u00e1rodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bnou a zve\u0159ejn\u011bnou \u010cesk\u00fdm statistick\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem, bude-li smlouva o tohoto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed uzav\u0159ena v obdob\u00ed od 1. ledna do 30. \u010dervna, bude \u010dist\u00fd m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n s pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdou za p\u0159edminul\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed rok za n\u00e1rodn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bnou a zve\u0159ejn\u011bnou \u010cesk\u00fdm statistick\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159adem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Podm\u00ednky, za n\u00ed\u017e se dotace poskytla jsou, \u017ee obec<\/strong><br \/>\na) nep\u0159evede vlastnictv\u00ed k bytov\u00e9mu domu, rodinn\u00e9mu domu nebo k bytov\u00e9 jednotce ani jejich spoluvlastnick\u00fd pod\u00edl na jinou osobu,<br \/>\nb) nez\u0159\u00edd\u00ed k bytov\u00e9mu domu, rodinn\u00e9mu domu nebo bytov\u00e9 jednotce z\u00e1stavn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo ve prosp\u011bch t\u0159et\u00ed osoby s v\u00fdjimkou z\u00e1stavn\u00edho pr\u00e1va, kter\u00fdm je zaji\u0161t\u011bn \u00fav\u011br poskytnut\u00fd na v\u00fd\u0161e nep\u0159es\u00e1hne trojn\u00e1sobek m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho,<br \/>\nf) ned\u00e1 souhlas s uzav\u0159en\u00edm smlouvy o podn\u00e1jmu,<br \/>\ng) uzav\u0159e smlouvu o n\u00e1jmu bytu vystav\u011bn\u00e9ho s dotac\u00ed podle tohoto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pouze s p\u0159\u00edjmov\u011b vymezenou osobou, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 vlastnick\u00e9 nebo spoluvlastnick\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo k bytov\u00e9mu domu, rodinn\u00e9mu domu nebo k bytu, ani je neu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pr\u00e1vem odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bcn\u00e9mu b\u0159emeni. Tuto podm\u00ednku mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat i dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti,6) kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v byt\u011b bydlet,<br \/>\nh) uzav\u0159e smlouvu o n\u00e1jmu bytu vystav\u011bn\u00e9ho s dotac\u00ed podle tohoto na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nejd\u00e9le na dobu dvou let, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e smlouvu lze opakovan\u011b prodlou\u017eit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nab\u00eddky z\u00e1jemc\u016f je nutn\u00e9 doru\u010dit nejd\u00e9le do 15.12.2023 do podatelny M\u011b\u00da Vimperk.
