Vimperk souhlas\u00ed dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu s um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm do\u010dasn\u00e9 stavby p\u0159edzahr\u00e1dky u Kav\u00e1rny na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed o rozm\u011brech 5,20 x 3,14 metr\u016f a v\u00fd\u0161ky v h\u0159ebenu 2,75 metru na \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00fd\u0161e<br \/>\nuveden\u00e9ho pozemku m\u011bsta v rozsahu z\u00e1boru 16 m2 dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dosti p. H. ze dne 23.10.2023 a to na dobu 20-ti let, tj. do 01.11.2043. P\u0159edpokladem souhlasu je, \u017ee um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed t\u00e9to stavby bude stavebn\u00edkem projedn\u00e1no s odborem v\u00fdstavby a \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed (stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad) a odborem dopravy a silni\u010dn\u00edho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed (silni\u010dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad). U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pozemku pod stavbou bude \u0159e\u0161eno podle st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed obecn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky m\u011bsta. Souhlas je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n investoru stavby panu K. H., bytem n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody 14\/15, Vimperk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 1071<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta zastupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bsto Vimperk jako vlastn\u00edka hrobov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9ho na nepronajat\u00e9m hrobov\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b ozna\u010den\u00e9m jako C\/11 na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m poh\u0159ebi\u0161ti ve Vimperku rozhodla uzav\u0159\u00edt dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu s M. K., bytem 1. m\u00e1je 122\/53, Vimperk (z\u00e1jemcem o pron\u00e1jem hrobov\u00e9ho m\u00edsta C\/11), kupn\u00ed smlouvu na prodej v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho hrobov\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed za kupn\u00ed cenu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 1.500 K\u010d. D\u016fvodem prodeje tohoto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je jeho nevyu\u017eitelnost pro m\u011bsto Vimperk a budouc\u00ed n\u00e1klady nezbytn\u00e9 na jeho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadnou opravu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 1083<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta souhlas\u00ed s \u00fahradou dluhu M. \u010c. ve v\u00fd\u0161i 46.474 K\u010d (dluh k 23.10.2023), kter\u00fd vznikl z d\u016fvodu neplacen\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho a pln\u011bn\u00ed za u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed bytu \u010d. 24 v ulici SNP \u010dp. 462 ve Vimperku (3+1), a to dle dohody o spl\u00e1tk\u00e1ch ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5.000 K\u010d. Dohoda o spl\u00e1tk\u00e1ch bude uzav\u0159ena nejpozd\u011bji do 30.11.2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 1084<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla pronajmout prostory slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed podnik\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d. 314 o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 15,50 m2 v \u010dp. 3 v ulici 1. m\u00e1je ve Vimperku spole\u010dnosti MS CONCERT s. r. o., se s\u00eddlem Lu\u010dn\u00ed \u010dp. 500, Vimperk II, 385 01 Vimperk, I\u010cO 08791341, na dobu neur\u010ditou s t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou s platnost\u00ed od 01.11.2023, za \u00fa\u010delem z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159e spole\u010dnosti. N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 je stanoveno u reprezentativn\u00edch prostor ve v\u00fd\u0161i 905,00 K\u010d\/m2\/rok bez DPH. Zp\u016fsobilost p\u0159edm\u011btu za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1jmu si zajist\u00ed n\u00e1jemce. Provoz bude zah\u00e1jen nejpozd\u011bji od 01.01.2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 1085<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla pronajmout prostory slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed podnik\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d. 309 o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 19,30 m2 v \u010dp. 3 v ulici 1. m\u00e1je ve Vimperku L. P., Hradce 30, 370 01 \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice, na dobu neur\u010ditou s t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou s platnost\u00ed od 01.11.2023, za \u00fa\u010delem z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed provozovny na opravy a v\u00fdrobu mistrovsk\u00fdch hudebn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f. N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 je stanoveno u reprezentativn\u00edch prostor ve v\u00fd\u0161i 870,77 K\u010d\/m2\/rok bez DPH. Zp\u016fsobilost p\u0159edm\u011btu za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1jmu si zajist\u00ed n\u00e1jemce. Provoz bude zah\u00e1jen nejpozd\u011bji od 01.01.2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 1086<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta odvol\u00e1v\u00e1 z komise prevence Mgr. Jana Kurze jako \u010dlena komise a bere na v\u011bdom\u00ed rezignaci Petra Lev\u00edka jako p\u0159edsedy komise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 1087<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta jmenuje \u010dleny komise prevence Ji\u0159inu Vrtilkovou jako p\u0159edsedkyni komise, Bc.
