Vimperk, na LV \u010d. 10001 pro m\u011bsto Vimperk, ozna\u010den\u00e9ho jako parcela katastru nemovitost\u00ed parc. \u010d. 779\/4 o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 18 m2 \u2013 \u010d\u00e1st \u010d. 26, za \u00fa\u010delem um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed plechov\u00e9 gar\u00e1\u017ee. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu neur\u010ditou s t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou. N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 bude ve v\u00fd\u0161i 18 K\u010d\/m2\/rok. Pozemek bude pronajat majiteli st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed plechov\u00e9 gar\u00e1\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 836<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla vypov\u011bd\u011bt dle \u010dl. V. Pachtovn\u00ed smlouvu \u010d. 10-251\/16 uzav\u0159enou dne 23.06.2016 mezi m\u011bstem Vimperk jako propachtovatelem a M. K., bytem M\u00edrov\u00e1 429, Vimperk jako pacht\u00fd\u0159em, jej\u00edm\u017e p\u0159edm\u011btem je pacht pozemku parc. \u010d. 238 \u2013 zahrada o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 428 m2 v k. \u00fa. Vimperk, a to z d\u016fvodu hrub\u00e9ho poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed povinnost\u00ed pacht\u00fd\u0159e stanoven\u00fdch v uzav\u0159en\u00e9 pachtovn\u00ed smlouv\u011b tj. pravideln\u00e9ho prodlen\u00ed s placen\u00edm pachtovn\u00e9ho, neuhrazen\u00ed pachtovn\u00e9ho za rok 2023 a d\u00e1le z d\u016fvodu dlouhodob\u00e9ho nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed propachtovan\u00e9ho pozemku k \u00fa\u010del\u016fm dohodnut\u00fdm ve smlouv\u011b. Pacht zanikne po uplynut\u00ed 3 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doby.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 844<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla uzav\u0159\u00edt dodatek \u010d. 1 ke smlouv\u011b o d\u00edlo na realizaci stavebn\u00ed zak\u00e1zky \u201eStavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy hasi\u010dsk\u00e9 zbrojnice Hrabice \u010dp. 65\u201c s Pavlem Petr\u00e1\u0161kem, I\u010c 88628621, 383 01 Hracholusky 38, dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 845<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla uzav\u0159\u00edt dodatek \u010d. 2 ke smlouv\u011b o d\u00edlo na realizaci stavebn\u00ed zak\u00e1zky \u201eRekonstrukce domu \u010dp. 174 \u2013 pietn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0148\u201c se spole\u010dnosti GSI INVEST s. r. o., I\u010c 28260309, Na Hroud\u011b 3317\/22, 100 00 Praha 10, dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 846<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta na z\u00e1klad\u011b zpr\u00e1vy o hodnocen\u00ed nab\u00eddek, kterou po\u0159\u00eddila komise pro v\u00fdb\u011br dodavatele na ve\u0159ejnou zak\u00e1zku mal\u00e9ho rozsahu na stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u010cOV Vimperk \u2013 postupn\u00e1 obnova betonov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed &#8211; 2. etapa&#8221; rozhodla zadat v\u00fd\u0161e uvedenou ve\u0159ejnou zak\u00e1zku podnikateli David Petr\u016f, Nov\u00e1 cesta 2382\/8, 373 16 Dobr\u00e1 Voda u \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic, I\u010c 67138055. Nab\u00eddku podnikatele Davida Petr\u016f vyhodnotila komise pro v\u00fdb\u011br dodavatele jako nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddku, to je nab\u00eddku s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddkovou cenou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 863<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla prov\u00e9st v\u00fdb\u011br dodavatele zak\u00e1zky mal\u00e9ho rozsahu na realizaci projektu s n\u00e1zvem \u201eZv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed akceschopnosti JSDHO Hrabice 2023\u201c formou p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho zad\u00e1n\u00ed v souladu s ustanoven\u00edmi bodu 5.2.a) vnit\u0159n\u00ed sm\u011brnice \u010d. 2\/2020 o zad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek mal\u00e9ho rozsahu a zadat zak\u00e1zku dodavateli STIMAX International, s.r. o., se s\u00eddlem Emilie Dvo\u0159\u00e1kov\u00e9 546\/7, 415 01 Teplice.
