Vimperk souhlas\u00ed s t\u00edm, aby tento pozemek byl vyu\u017eit pro skautsk\u00fd stanov\u00fd t\u00e1bor v obdob\u00ed od 30.06.2023 do 22.07.2023 za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee nedojde k po\u0161kozen\u00ed tohoto a okoln\u00edch pozemk\u016f a nebude zm\u011bn\u011bn jejich sou\u010dasn\u00fd stav. Vyd\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu je podm\u00edn\u011bno souhlasem org\u00e1n\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ochrany p\u0159\u00edrody a krajiny, tj. Spr\u00e1vy CHKO \u0160umava. Souhlas je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n spolku Jun\u00e1k \u2013 \u010cesk\u00fd skaut, st\u0159edisko B\u00edl\u00fd Albatros Praha, z. s., se s\u00eddlem Ha\u0161kova 629\/7, Praha \u2013 Hole\u0161ovice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 679<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta zastupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bsto Vimperk jako vlastn\u00edka pozemk\u016f parc. \u010d. 918\/3 \u2013 ostatn\u00ed plocha, jin\u00e1 plocha o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 119 m2, parc. \u010d. 919\/2 \u2013 ostatn\u00ed plocha, ostatn\u00ed komunikace o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 83 m2 a parc. \u010d. 2632 \u2013 ostatn\u00ed plocha, ostatn\u00ed komunikace o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 7844 m2 a d\u00e1le jako vlastn\u00edka m\u00edstn\u00ed komunikace II. t\u0159\u00eddy inv. \u010d. 28c 1b v\u0161e v k. \u00fa. Vimperk souhlas\u00ed:<br \/>\n&#8211; s realizac\u00ed stavby \u201eP\u0159estavba objektu KB na bytov\u00fd d\u016fm, \u010d. parc. st. 918\/2, poz. 918\/1\u201c v k. \u00fa. Vimperk dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 projektov\u00e9 dokumentace pro stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed vypracovan\u00e9 projek\u010dn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed Desired v dubnu 2023,<br \/>\n&#8211; s ulo\u017een\u00edm nov\u00e9 plynovodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojky pro tuto pl\u00e1novanou stavbu do pozemku m\u011bsta parc. \u010d. 2632 v k. \u00fa. Vimperk v rozsahu dle p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee budou ze strany stavebn\u00edka dodr\u017eeny podm\u00ednky m\u011bsta, tj. zejm\u00e9na, \u017ee realizace stavby plynovodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojky bude provedena p\u0159ed nebo v koordinaci s m\u011bstem Vimperk pl\u00e1novanou stavbou rekonstrukce ulice 1. m\u00e1je (in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b, rekonstrukce povrch\u016f), kdy\u017e po dokon\u010den\u00ed t\u00e9to stavby rekonstrukce ulice 1. m\u00e1je ji\u017e nebude mo\u017eno plynovodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojku realizovat, po dokon\u010den\u00ed stavby p\u0159\u00edpojky budou pozemky m\u011bsta uklizeny a uvedeny do p\u016fvodn\u00edho stavu a p\u0159ipojen\u00ed na tuto in\u017een\u00fdrskou s\u00ed\u0165 bude investorem stavby projedn\u00e1no s jej\u00edm spr\u00e1vcem (spol. E.GD a. s.) a odborem V\u00daP M\u011b\u00da Vimperk (stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad). Na z\u00e1klad\u011b geodetick\u00e9ho<br \/>\nzam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9ho stavebn\u00edkem, bude mezi vlastn\u00edkem dot\u010den\u00e9ho pozemku, tj. m\u011bstem Vimperk a vlastn\u00edkem stavby in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed z\u0159\u00edzeno v\u011bcn\u00e9 b\u0159emeno.<br \/>\n&#8211; se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm \u010d\u00e1sti v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 komunikace m\u011bsta z d\u016fvodu realizace stavby technick\u00e9 infrastruktury (plynovodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpojka) v pozemku, kter\u00fd tvo\u0159\u00ed tuto komunikaci, a to za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee investor stavby projedn\u00e1 s odborem DaSH M\u011b\u00da Vimperk (silni\u010dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad) povolen\u00ed tohoto zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed komunikace. Souhlas je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n investoru stavby Z. K., Chodsk\u00e1 1331\/32, Praha 2 \u2013 Vinohrady<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 681<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta zastupuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bsto Vimperk jako vlastn\u00edka m\u00edstn\u00ed komunikace III. t\u0159\u00eddy inv. \u010d. 48c ulice Boub\u00ednsk\u00e1 a m\u00edstn\u00ed komunikace II. t\u0159\u00eddy inv. \u010d. 10b K. Sv\u011btl\u00e9 ve Vimperku souhlas\u00ed se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bchto komunikac\u00ed m\u011bsta, z d\u016fvodu jejich u\u017eit\u00ed pro dopravu (pravidelnou p\u0159epravu) pracovn\u00edm strojem nov\u00e9 lesn\u00ed vyv\u00e1\u017eec\u00ed soupravy a to v term\u00ednu od 01.07.2023 do 01.07.2026, za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee vlastn\u00edk tohoto stroje projedn\u00e1 s odborem DaSH M\u011b\u00da Vimperk (silni\u010dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad) povolen\u00ed tohoto zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto komunikac\u00ed. Souhlas je vyd\u00e1v\u00e1n J. K., Hrani\u010d\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 40, Vimperk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 688<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla pronajmout prostory slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed podnik\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010dp. 484 v ulici Nad Stadionem ve Vimperku, \u010d. 315 o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 33,70 m2 spole\u010dnosti K.Zd\u00edkov s. r. o., se s\u00eddlem Zd\u00edkov 167, 384 72 Zd\u00edkov, I\u010cO 17904803, za \u00fa\u010delem z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ordinace praktick\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e. N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 je stanoveno u reprezentativn\u00edch prostor ve v\u00fd\u0161i 669,79 K\u010d\/m2\/rok, u prostor skladov\u00fdch ve v\u00fd\u0161i 535,85 K\u010d\/m2\/rok a u prostor ostatn\u00edch ve v\u00fd\u0161i 267,94 K\u010d\/m2\/rok. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu neur\u010ditou s 3 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou s platnost\u00ed od 01.07.2023. Zp\u016fsobilost p\u0159edm\u011btu za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1jmu si zajist\u00ed n\u00e1jemce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 689<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta rozhodla pronajmout budovu \u010dp. 12 V\u00fd\u0161kovice (kulturn\u00ed d\u016fm), kter\u00e1 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pozemku parc. st. \u010d. 13\/1 \u2013 zastav\u011bn\u00e1 plocha a n\u00e1dvo\u0159\u00ed o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 326 m2 a d\u00e1le pozemek parc. \u010d. 4\/1 \u2013 zahrada o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 581 m2, v\u0161e zapsan\u00e9 na LV \u010d. 10001 pro m\u011bsto Vimperk u Katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu pro Jiho\u010desk\u00fd kraj, Katastr\u00e1ln\u00edho pracovi\u0161t\u011b Prachatice, pro obec Vimperk a k. \u00fa. V\u00fd\u0161kovice u Vimperka, SH \u010cMS \u2013 Sboru dobrovoln\u00fdch hasi\u010d\u016f V\u00fd\u0161kovice, pobo\u010dn\u00fd spolek, se s\u00eddlem V\u00fd\u0161kovice 36, 385 01 Vimperk, I\u010cO 65053940, zastoupen\u00fd starostou P. K., za \u00fa\u010delem zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1zem\u00ed sboru. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu neur\u010ditou s 3 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou s platnost\u00ed od 01.07.2023. V\u00fd\u0161e ro\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho \u010din\u00ed 1.200 K\u010d (zve\u0159ejn\u011bno 1.000 K\u010d) v\u010detn\u011b DPH. Po\u010d\u00ednaje rokem 2024 bude v\u00fd\u0161e n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho zvy\u0161ov\u00e1na ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem o m\u00edru inflace vyj\u00e1d\u0159enou zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 cenov\u00e9 hladiny ve sledovan\u00e9m roce proti roku p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmu. Zp\u016fsobilost p\u0159edm\u011btu za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1jmu si zajist\u00ed n\u00e1jemce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 698<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta Vimperk rozhodla p\u0159id\u011blit dotaci ve v\u00fd\u0161i 7.000 K\u010d SH \u010cMS \u2013 Sboru dobrovoln\u00fdch hasi\u010d\u016f V\u00fd\u0161kovice, V\u00fd\u0161kovice 36, Vimperk na hasi\u010dskou sout\u011b\u017e \u201eO poh\u00e1r starostky m\u011bsta Vimperk\u201c. Dotace bude poskytnuta ze z\u00e1\u0161tity starostky. Rada m\u011bsta po\u017eaduje p\u0159edlo\u017eit vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed dotace do 31.8.2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 699<\/strong><br \/>\nRada m\u011bsta Vimperk rozhodla p\u0159id\u011blit dotaci ve v\u00fd\u0161i 3.000 K\u010d SH \u010cMS \u2013 Sboru dobrovoln\u00fdch hasi\u010d\u016f V\u00fd\u0161kovice, V\u00fd\u0161kovice 36, Vimperk na hasi\u010dskou sout\u011b\u017e \u201eVeter\u00e1n poh\u00e1r\u201c. Dotace bude poskytnuta z kapitoly rady m\u011bsta.
