Mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fvody pat\u0159\u00ed souhlas spot\u0159ebitele s kontaktov\u00e1n\u00edm za \u00fa\u010delem marketingov\u00fdch nab\u00eddek. <em>\u201eSouhlas m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ud\u011blen nap\u0159\u00edklad za\u0161krtnut\u00edm p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho pole p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu v e-shopu. Takov\u00e9 sd\u011blen\u00ed v\u0161ak samo o sob\u011b nesta\u010d\u00ed. Prodejce mus\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b podrobn\u011b od\u016fvodnit, v \u010dem spat\u0159uje onen od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00fd z\u00e1jem, jinak spot\u0159ebitele oslovuje protipr\u00e1vn\u011b,\u201c<\/em> upozor\u0148uje Eduarda Hek\u0161ov\u00e1 z dTestu. Opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd z\u00e1jem m\u016f\u017ee naopak spo\u010d\u00edvat v nab\u00eddce dopl\u0148kov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm n\u00e1kupem.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi nedovolen\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby nevy\u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9ho vol\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 vyt\u00e1\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1hodn\u011b generovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00edsel. Tato praktika je nez\u00e1konn\u00e1 vyjma p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy je na stran\u011b volaj\u00edc\u00edho osoba prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdzkum ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed. Uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy po telefonu se spot\u0159ebitelem ji\u017e nad\u00e1le nebude mo\u017en\u00e9, pokud telefon\u00e1t s\u00e1m neiniciuje. Prodejce sice p\u0159i spln\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch podm\u00ednek st\u00e1le m\u016f\u017ee nab\u00edzet sv\u00e9 zbo\u017e\u00ed nebo slu\u017eby, po skon\u010den\u00ed hovoru v\u0161ak spot\u0159ebiteli mus\u00ed zaslat potvrzen\u00ed nab\u00eddky v textov\u00e9 podob\u011b, tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad do e-mailov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky. Pokud spot\u0159ebitel toto potvrzen\u00ed neodsouhlas\u00ed, k uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy nedojde.<\/p>\n<h6>Ochranu nelze ponech\u00e1vat n\u00e1hod\u011b<\/h6>\n<p>Pokud prodejce nenab\u00eddne uspokojiv\u00e9 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, kde z\u00edskal osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje spot\u0159ebitele, pop\u0159. bude zasko\u010den praktikami prodejce, m\u011bl by se s podn\u011btem obr\u00e1tit na \u00da\u0159ad pro ochranu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f \u010di \u010cesk\u00fd telekomunika\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad.
