V\u00fdrazn\u00fd pod\u00edl m\u011bli cyklist\u00e9. Projekt &#8220;Na kole jen s p\u0159ilbou&#8221; varuje p\u0159ed zbyte\u010dn\u00fdmi riziky<\/h6>\n<h6>Fenom\u00e9nem \u010desk\u00fdch hor se stala v posledn\u00edch letech cyklistika. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed ale podce\u0148uj\u00ed povinnou v\u00fdbavu i ochrann\u00e9 pom\u016fcky a p\u0159ece\u0148uj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed schopnosti. I proto v letn\u00ed sezon\u011b zasahuje Horsk\u00e1 slu\u017eba \u010cR u stovek \u00faraz\u016f. Ty nejv\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou po n\u00e1razu do p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky a \u010dasto se neobejdou bez poran\u011bn\u00ed hlavy i p\u00e1te\u0159e. P\u0159edej\u00edt nejen t\u011bmto \u00faraz\u016fm pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i letos projekt &#8220;Na kole jen s p\u0159ilbou.&#8221;<\/h6>\n<p>Nezaslepen\u00e9 konce \u0159\u00edd\u00edtek. Zd\u00e1nliv\u00e1 drobnost, kter\u00e1 ale p\u0159i kolizi nebo p\u00e1du m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 zran\u011bn\u00ed. Je to jedna z mnoha v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ohro\u017euj\u00ed cyklisty p\u0159i cest\u011b do hor, a \u010dasto si to ani neuv\u011bdom\u00ed. I proto u\u017e po 13. startuje dal\u0161\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk projektu &#8220;Na kole jen s p\u0159ilbou&#8221;, jeho\u017e d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm partnerem je Horsk\u00e1 slu\u017eba \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. Setkat se s t\u00fdmem projektu i z\u00e1chran\u00e1\u0159i mohou cyklist\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci kontaktn\u00ed kampan\u011b v horsk\u00fdch oblastech. Projekt je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd nejen na povinnou v\u00fdbavu a bezpe\u010dnost, ale tak\u00e9 sezn\u00e1m\u00ed s riziky spojen\u00fdmi s cyklov\u00fdlety do hor. Podle \u0159editele T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti Jana Pol\u00e1ka je logick\u00e9, \u017ee partnerem projektu je Horsk\u00e1 slu\u017eba \u010cR. &#8220;<em>Jej\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed t\u011bm m\u00e9n\u011b zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdm cyklist\u016fm nebo kolob\u011b\u017ek\u00e1\u0159\u016fm. J\u00edzda na kole nebo kolob\u011b\u017ece v horsk\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od j\u00edzdy v m\u011bstsk\u00e9m provozu. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dob\u0159e napl\u00e1novat trasu, uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu rychleji ub\u00fdv\u00e1 sil i to, \u017ee rizikov\u00fdm faktorem b\u00fdv\u00e1 po\u010das\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 podce\u0148ovat. Je t\u0159eba myslet tak\u00e9 na dopln\u011bn\u00ed energie v podob\u011b ob\u010derstven\u00ed a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na v\u010dasn\u00fd a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1vrat.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det cyklist\u016f, kolob\u011b\u017ek\u00e1\u0159\u016f i t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed elektrokola a elektrokolob\u011b\u017eky v\u00fdrazn\u011b stoupl v dob\u011b covidu. Bylo to logick\u00e9, proto\u017ee lid\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed ve m\u011bstech a z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti izolovan\u00ed protiepidemick\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi hledali \u00fanik, z\u00e1bavu a tak\u00e9 alternativu k dosavadn\u00edmu zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota. &#8220;<em>Po covidu ale cyklist\u00e9 z hor nemiz\u00ed a po dobu letn\u00ed sezony, kter\u00e1 pro Horskou slu\u017ebu plat\u00ed od za\u010d\u00e1tku kv\u011btna do konce listopadu, jsou cyklist\u00e9 v pom\u011bru k p\u011b\u0161\u00edm po\u010detn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupinou. Cyklistika je pro \u010desk\u00e9 hory fenom\u00e9n a ruku v ruce s t\u00edm jdou i \u00farazy, a to nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d republikou, od Jizersk\u00fdch hor, p\u0159es Kru\u0161n\u00e9 hory a \u0160umavu a\u017e po Beskydy,&#8221;<\/em> upozor\u0148uje n\u00e1\u010deln\u00edk Horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby \u010cR Ren\u00e9 Ma\u0161\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Podle statistik Horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby \u010cR se po\u010det \u00faraz\u016f v letn\u00ed sezon\u011b za posledn\u00ed roky zv\u00fd\u0161il. V roce 2019 zasahovala u 801 \u00faraz\u016f cyklist\u016f a 189 kolob\u011b\u017ek\u00e1\u0159\u016f. O rok pozd\u011bji se po\u010det zv\u00fd\u0161il o 149 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f u cyklist\u016f na kole, o 23 u kolob\u011b\u017ek\u00e1\u0159\u016f. V roce 2021 u\u017e zasahovala Horsk\u00e1 slu\u017eba v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b cyklist\u016f u 1 109 \u00faraz\u016f a u 214 jezdc\u016f na kolob\u011b\u017ek\u00e1ch. K tomu do evidence p\u0159ibylo 20 \u00faraz\u016f na elektrokole. Tato kategorie do t\u00e9 doby evidov\u00e1na nebyla. \u010c\u00edsla z lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku trochu klesla, p\u0159esto jsou alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed. Z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu 5 783 \u00faraz\u016f v hor\u00e1ch, se na nich cyklist\u00e9 pod\u00edleli 1 003 p\u0159\u00edpady, kolob\u011b\u017ek\u00e1\u0159i si &#8220;ukrojili&#8221; 177 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Zv\u00fd\u0161il se po\u010det \u00faraz\u016f na elektrokole, z\u00e1chran\u00e1\u0159i zasahovali u 27 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Na hor\u00e1ch doch\u00e1z\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji k \u00faraz\u016fm p\u0159i n\u00e1razu do pevn\u00e9 p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, t\u0159eba stromu. Tyto kolize se neobejdou bez v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch zran\u011bn\u00ed. Nevypl\u00e1c\u00ed se p\u0159ece\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 schopnosti a podce\u0148ovat ochrann\u00e9 pom\u016fcky, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159ilbu,&#8221;<\/em> varuje Mark\u00e9ta Novotn\u00e1 z T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>&#8220;Na \u0161kodu nen\u00ed p\u0159idat ochrann\u00e9 rukavice a br\u00fdle.&#8221;<\/em> V\u00fdjimkou nejsou st\u0159ety s p\u011b\u0161\u00edm turistou nebo se psem. Zlomen\u00e1 ruka nebo vyklouben\u00e9 rameno p\u0159i p\u00e1du nen\u00ed tak v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd \u00faraz v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s n\u00e1razem do p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dast\u00e9 \u00farazy hlavy spojen\u00e9 s \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fdm nebo trval\u00fdm bezv\u011bdom\u00fdm. S t\u00edmto druhem kolize se poj\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u00farazy p\u00e1te\u0159e. Nemal\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti m\u00e1 i n\u00e1\u010deln\u00edk Horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby \u010cR Ren\u00e9 Ma\u0161\u00edn: <em>&#8220;K takov\u00fdm z\u00e1sah\u016fm \u010dasto vol\u00e1me na pomoc leteckou z\u00e1chrannou slu\u017ebu Zdravotnick\u00e9 z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Tyto \u00farazy se mus\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it rychle, \u0161etrn\u011b a zran\u011bn\u00fd mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v co nejkrat\u0161\u00edm \u010dase dopraven do nemocnice.&#8221;<\/em> N\u00e1ro\u010dnost z\u00e1sahu ovliv\u0148uje m\u00edsto, kde se \u00faraz stal a n\u00e1ro\u010dnost ter\u00e9nu. &#8220;<em>V\u00fdrazn\u011b n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 aplikace Z\u00e1chranka, kterou na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 hodn\u011b lid\u00ed. Pokud j\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00fd pou\u017eije, m\u00e1me jeho p\u0159esnou lokalizaci, v\u00edme p\u0159esn\u011b, kde je m\u00edsto nehody. Znalost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f i dobrovoln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f Horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby je dnes na takov\u00e9 \u00farovni, \u017ee podle lokality rozpoznaj\u00ed v kolika lidech, s jakou technikou a kudy se k doty\u010dn\u00e9mu dostat co nejrychleji&#8221;<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Ma\u0161\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>Cyklist\u00e9, milovn\u00edci kolob\u011b\u017eek, i ti na jejich elektro variant\u00e1ch jsou v celkov\u00e9m po\u010dtu n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f hor po\u010detnou skupinou. Varov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0159editel T\u00fdmu silni\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti Jan Pol\u00e1k:<em> &#8220;U elektrokolob\u011b\u017eek by jezdci m\u011bli v\u017edy zkontrolovat v\u00fdkon. N\u011bkdy toti\u017e nespl\u0148uj\u00ed krit\u00e9ria j\u00edzdn\u00edho kola z pohledu legislativy. Pokud stroj p\u0159es\u00e1hne rychlost dvacet p\u011bt kilometr\u016f za hodinu, dojde kv\u016fli bezpe\u010dnosti k odpojen\u00ed motoru. Pokud &#8220;elektrokolob\u011b\u017eka&#8221; jede v hor\u00e1ch vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed, je to stejn\u011b velk\u00e9 riziko a stejn\u00fd probl\u00e9m jako v m\u011bstsk\u00e9m provozu. Sm\u00ed v\u016fbec takov\u00fd stroj do hor?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V hor\u00e1ch je j\u00edzda na kole sp\u00ed\u0161e sportem a relaxac\u00ed. Pokud se do horsk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed vyd\u00e1 vyznava\u010d singletracku nebo downhillu, pak by m\u011bl m\u00edt krom\u011b standardn\u00edch ochrann\u00fdch pom\u016fcek tak\u00e9 p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed chr\u00e1ni\u010d. Vyznava\u010di downhillu v l\u00e9t\u011b vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed do ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00fdch are\u00e1l\u016f, kde jsou pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 sjezdy a chr\u00e1nit by si tak m\u011bli tak\u00e9 kolena i lokty. <em>&#8220;Pokud jezd\u00ed downhill dvacetilet\u00ed kluci, najdou si trasu, maj\u00ed natr\u00e9nov\u00e1no a zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed techniku, pak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neriskuj\u00ed. Ze zku\u0161enost\u00ed v\u00edme, \u017ee to nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m,&#8221;<\/em> up\u0159es\u0148uje n\u00e1\u010deln\u00edk Horsk\u00e9 slu\u017eby \u010cR Ren\u00e9 Ma\u0161\u00edn a upozor\u0148uje na jin\u00e1 rizika: &#8220;<em>Probl\u00e9m p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed, kdy\u017e star\u0161\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd nejezdil dlouho na kole vyraz\u00ed do hor na jeho elektro variant\u011b. Jede vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed po cest\u011b, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed z nejrovn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee to fyzicky a dovednostn\u011b nezvl\u00e1dne. St\u00e1v\u00e1 se tak v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rizikem ne\u017e mlad\u00edci se skv\u011blou fyzi\u010dkou, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed znalosti a dovednosti p\u0159i sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed horsk\u00fdch kopc\u016f.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V sobotu 13.5. a ned\u011bli 14.5. se budete moci s cyklohl\u00eddkou setkat u \u0160\u00e1malovy chaty na Nov\u00e9 Louce v Jizersk\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch. Cyklist\u00e9 i ostatn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci hor mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt t\u00e9to mo\u017enosti ke kr\u00e1tk\u00e9mu odpo\u010dinku. B\u011bhem n\u011bho se m\u016f\u017eete dozv\u011bd\u011bt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 informace o tom, jak pe\u010dovat o \u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd stav j\u00edzdn\u00edho kola, jak\u00e1 je jeho povinn\u00e1 v\u00fdbava, jak b\u00fdt viditeln\u00fd pro ostatn\u00ed, jak\u00e1 psan\u00e1 i nepsan\u00e1 pravidla dodr\u017eovat na silnic\u00edch i mimo n\u011b, nakolik m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt alkohol za \u0159\u00edd\u00edtky nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd a tak\u00e9 jak vybrat tu spr\u00e1vnou helmu.
