Integrovan\u00e1 online platforma aqua3S vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd detek\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, ve kter\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed senzor\u016f podporuj\u00ed satelitn\u00ed sn\u00edmky, videoz\u00e1znamy z dron\u016f a pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u010dan\u016f na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. Instalace senzor\u016f na strategick\u00fdch m\u00edstech vodovodn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b umo\u017e\u0148uje nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9 sledov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho vodovodn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase, jak mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, tak dlouhodob\u00e9ho stavu.<\/p>\n<h6>P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed odhalen\u00ed amoniaku ve vod\u011b<\/h6>\n<p>V\u011bdci z Fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR se zam\u011b\u0159ili mimo jin\u00e9 i na detekci amoniaku. Vysok\u00e9 koncentrace t\u00e9to l\u00e1tky jsou rizikov\u00e9 pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed i pro zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka, a proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jej\u00ed hladinu \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b monitorovat a udr\u017eovat. V\u011bdci Apostolos Apostolakis a Mauro Pereira z Fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR (FZ\u00da AV \u010cR) se tud\u00ed\u017e zam\u011b\u0159ili na vyu\u017eit\u00ed sofistikovan\u00fdch numerick\u00fdch technik ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed konstrukce senzoru amoniaku.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eVyvinuli jsme senzor ve st\u0159edn\u00ed infra\u010derven\u00e9 oblasti vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed fotoakustickou techniku pro monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed amoniaku ve vodn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Mauro Pereira, hlavn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161itel projektu. <em>\u201eN\u00e1\u0161 senzor m\u00e1 pozoruhodn\u011b rychlou odezvu a pln\u011b automatizovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje online p\u0159enos nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch dat do platformy aqua3S.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h6>Strategick\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 v \u0161esti evropsk\u00fd m\u011bstech<\/h6>\n<p>Senzory aqua3S jsou rozm\u00edst\u011bny na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch m\u00edstech tak, aby pokryly maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fd po\u010det l\u00e1tek a vyslaly varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l, jakmile detekuj\u00ed koncentrace vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Kombinace senzor\u016f je schopna odhalit nov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u010det fale\u0161n\u00fdch poplach\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Experti nap\u0159\u00edklad \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b otestovali sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 v\u00fdpadku vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f a zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed hranice m\u011bsta v italsk\u00e9m Trieste; v bulharsk\u00e9m Botevgradu \u0161lo naopak o \u00fanik nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek do vodn\u00edho rezervo\u00e1ru m\u011bsta. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed pilotn\u00ed monitoring v Bruselu, Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ei, Trieste, ve m\u011bst\u011b Lemesos (Kypr), v Soluni (\u0158ecko) a v Sofii (Bulharsko).<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci z FZ\u00da AV \u010cR se pod\u00edleli na v\u0161ech f\u00e1z\u00edch v\u00fdvoje, sb\u011bru m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a integraci senzor\u016f s platformou aqua3s. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b t\u00fdm FZ\u00da AV \u010cR vedl celkov\u00e9 zad\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bnovan\u00e9 v\u00fdvoji nov\u00fdch senzor\u016f v r\u00e1mci aqua3S, na kter\u00e9m se pod\u00edlel Institut komunika\u010dn\u00edch a po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f z \u0158ecka a spole\u010dnost mirSense z Francie.<\/p>\n<h6>Spolupr\u00e1ce senzor\u016f s roboty i \u00fa\u0159ady<\/h6>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edstupnost aqua3S pro v\u0161echny u\u017eivatele na r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch posiluje dohledov\u00e9 mechanismy a mo\u017enosti \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed po incidentu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad rychl\u00e9 nasazen\u00ed robotick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f vybaven\u00fdch senzory v odlehl\u00fdch oblastech krom\u011b v\u010dasn\u00e9ho varov\u00e1n\u00ed poskytuje org\u00e1n\u016fm \u010dinn\u00fdm v trestn\u00edm<\/p>\n<p>\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edpky d\u016fkaz\u016f a pachatele lze tak snadn\u011bji pohnat k odpov\u011bdnosti a postavit p\u0159ed soud. Vodn\u00ed zdroje jsou tak d\u00edky integrovan\u00e9 platform\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a dob\u0159e spravovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fdm bruselsk\u00e9ho pilotn\u00edho projektu spolupracoval mimo jin\u00e9 s t\u011bmito technick\u00fdmi prvky: nov\u00e9 senzory, Social Media Crawler, kter\u00fd shroma\u017e\u010fuje, analyzuje a p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1 u\u017eivateli p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky z Twitteru t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se problematiky kvality vody a aplika\u010dn\u00ed komponentu, kter\u00e1 analyzuje data a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 statistick\u00e9 modely k odhalov\u00e1n\u00ed anom\u00e1li\u00ed ve vod\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch a historick\u00fdch dat.<\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se \u0159e\u0161itel\u00e9 pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9ho pilotn\u00edho projektu zam\u011b\u0159ili sp\u00ed\u0161e na za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed n\u011bkolika v\u011bdeck\u00fdch model\u016f (zalo\u017een\u00fdch na technice strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed), kter\u00e9 byly vyvinuty pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o model \u201eP\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f popt\u00e1vky po vod\u011b\u201c, model \u201eImputace dat\u201c pro rekonstrukci chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch nebo neplatn\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f a re\u017eim pro \u201eDetekci abnorm\u00e1ln\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed\u201c v kvalit\u011b vody.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Projekt Pos\u00edlen\u00ed standardiza\u010dn\u00edch strategi\u00ed pro integraci inovativn\u00edch technologi\u00ed pro bezpe\u010dnost a zabezpe\u010den\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch s\u00edt\u00ed (aqua3S) z\u00edskal finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky z programu Evropsk\u00e9 unie pro v\u00fdzkum a inovace Horizont 2020. Celkov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka \u010din\u00ed 5 997 067,88 eur.
