Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b vysokou kapacitu termogeneze maj\u00ed teplokrevn\u00ed \u017eivo\u010dichov\u00e9, tedy pt\u00e1ci a savci, u kter\u00fdch je tvorba tepla nezbytn\u00e1 pro udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 teploty. Tento specifick\u00fd typ termogeneze je v\u00fdznamnou slo\u017ekou energetick\u00e9ho v\u00fddeje a jej\u00ed aktivita stoup\u00e1 vlivem chladu. U savc\u016f v\u010detn\u011b \u010dlov\u011bka se na n\u00ed pod\u00edlej\u00ed dob\u0159e popsan\u00e9 mechanismy jako svalov\u00fd t\u0159es nebo net\u0159esov\u00e1 termogeneze v hn\u011bd\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni.<\/p>\n<p><em> \u201eTermogeneze v hn\u011bd\u00e9m tuku je z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na p\u0159\u00edtomnosti mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00edho proteinu UCP1 (odp\u0159ahuj\u00edc\u00ed protein 1) a je st\u0159edem z\u00e1jmu pro sv\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b obezity. Proti tomu dal\u0161\u00ed mechanismy net\u0159esov\u00e9 termogeneze a jejich v\u00fdznam jsou relativn\u011b m\u00e1lo prob\u00e1d\u00e1ny. V\u00edme v\u0161ak, \u017ee mechanismy, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed aktivaci net\u0159esov\u00e9 termogeneze chladem, mohou zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1vat i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9ho v\u00fddeje vlivem nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho kalorick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan Kopeck\u00fd z Fyziologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR.<\/p>\n<h6>Teplo lze z\u00edskat z tuk\u016f i sval\u016f, ale t\u011blesnou hmotnost ovliv\u0148uje r\u016fzn\u011b<\/h6>\n<p>V\u011bdci z Fyziologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu Akademie v\u011bd \u010cR v Praze zkoumali tvorbu tepla u dvou r\u016fzn\u00fdch kmen\u016f laboratorn\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed (C57BL\/6J a A\/J), kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1chylnost\u00ed k obezit\u011b. U my\u0161\u00ed C57BL\/6J lze obezitu vyvolat dietou s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tuku, zat\u00edmco u my\u0161\u00ed A\/J obezita za t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek nevznik\u00e1. My\u0161i obou kmen\u016f se dok\u00e1zaly aklimatizovat na chlad s jenom mal\u00fdm sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm t\u011blesn\u00e9 teploty, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pro termogenezi zpo\u010d\u00e1tku vyu\u017e\u00edvaly svalov\u00fd t\u0159es.<\/p>\n<p>Del\u0161\u00ed pobyt v chladu vedl u my\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1chyln\u00fdch k obezit\u011b k aktivaci termogeneze a spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f v hn\u011bd\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni. My\u0161i odoln\u00e9 k obezit\u011b p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b nedok\u00e1zaly hn\u011bdou tukovou tk\u00e1\u0148 aktivovat, ale zv\u00fd\u0161ila se u nich net\u0159esov\u00e1 termogeneze v kostern\u00edch svalech. Uplat\u0148oval se p\u0159itom pokles \u00fa\u010dinnosti mechanism\u016f, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed koncentraci iont\u016f v\u00e1pn\u00edku ve svalov\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, zejm\u00e9na akumulac\u00ed v\u00e1pn\u00edku v sarkoplazmatick\u00e9m retikulu. To vedlo k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu spalovan\u00ed lipid\u016f v mitochondri\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h6>Nad\u011bje pro ob\u00e9zn\u00ed lidi<\/h6>\n<p><em>\u201eZapojen\u00ed odli\u0161n\u00fdch termogenn\u00edch mechanism\u016f by mohlo souviset s rozd\u00edlnou n\u00e1chylnost\u00ed k obezit\u011b. Rezistence my\u0161\u00ed A\/J k obezit\u011b je asi d\u00e1na jejich schopnost\u00ed aktivovat net\u0159esovou termogenezi ve svalech, a to nejen v chladu, ale i b\u011bhem nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Jan Kopeck\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2212877823000170?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Molecular Metabolism<\/strong><\/a> tak\u00e9 nazna\u010duj\u00ed novou mo\u017enost pro l\u00e9\u010dbu obezity pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky aktivaci net\u0159esov\u00e9 termogeneze ve svalech. Jde z\u0159ejm\u011b o nad\u011bjn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob l\u00e9\u010dby obezity ne\u017e p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 terapie zalo\u017een\u00e1 na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed termogeneze v hn\u011bd\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eA to zejm\u00e9na proto, \u017ee u dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je kapacita kostern\u00edho svalu pro spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tukov\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch z\u00e1sob mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v hn\u011bd\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni. Jen relativn\u011b mal\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed termogeneze ve svalu by tak mohlo v\u00fdznamn\u011b omezit ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b.
