Zjistili, \u017ee specifick\u00fd bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed kmen Lactiplantibacillus plantarum WJL dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159i ka\u017edodenn\u00edm pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zlep\u0161it poporodn\u00ed r\u016fst podvy\u017eiven\u00fdch zv\u00ed\u0159at a podporovat produkci a aktivitu r\u016fstov\u00e9ho faktoru-1 (IGF-1) a inzulinu. Podobn\u011b by to mohlo fungovat pr\u00e1v\u011b i u d\u011bt\u00ed. Na v\u00fdzkumu pracovali v\u011bdci z Mikrobiologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR ve spolupr\u00e1ci s francouzsk\u00fdmi a n\u011bmeck\u00fdmi v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky a s kolegy z \u00dastavu molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed genetiky AV \u010cR a jejich pr\u00e1ci zve\u0159ejnil \u010dasopis Science.<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-243085 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/19\/akademie-v\u011bd-av-cr-logo-300x80.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"80\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/19\/akademie-v\u011bd-av-cr-logo-300x80.png 300w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/19\/akademie-v\u011bd-av-cr-logo-768x206.png 768w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/19\/akademie-v\u011bd-av-cr-logo-1024x275.png 1024w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/19\/akademie-v\u011bd-av-cr-logo-1331x357.png 1331w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/19\/akademie-v\u011bd-av-cr-logo-1801x483.png 1801w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>K tomu, aby savci rostli a p\u0159ib\u00edrali na v\u00e1ze, nastupuje po jejich narozen\u00ed \u201edo pr\u00e1ce\u201c r\u016fstov\u00fd hormon, kter\u00fd d\u00e1v\u00e1 pokyn j\u00e1tr\u016fm a perifern\u00edm tk\u00e1n\u00edm k produkci inzulinu podobn\u00e9ho r\u016fstov\u00e9mu faktoru-1 (IGF-1), kter\u00fd pak podporuje org\u00e1nov\u00fd a syst\u00e9mov\u00fd r\u016fst. V\u00fd\u017eiva je pro r\u016fst rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed a chronick\u00e1 podv\u00fd\u017eiva navozuje stav, kdy org\u00e1ny na r\u016fstov\u00fd hormon nereaguj\u00ed, co\u017e se pak projevuje n\u00edzkou hladinou cirkuluj\u00edc\u00edho IGF-1 a vede k zakrslosti. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee nejen \u017eiviny, ale tak\u00e9 slo\u017eky st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu mohou m\u00edt rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed dynamiky r\u016fstu hostitelsk\u00e9ho organismu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci z Mikrobiologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR u\u017e v roce 2016 publikovali, \u017ee bakterie Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (kmen LpWJL), kter\u00e1 je schopn\u00e1 podporovat r\u016fst u podvy\u017eiven\u00fdch zakrsl\u00fdch larev mouchy octomilky, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/abs\/10.1126\/science.aad8588\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>m\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na r\u016fst ml\u00e1\u010fat podvy\u017eiven\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eP\u0159esto\u017ee byl n\u00e1\u0161 \u010dl\u00e1nek z roku 2016 p\u0159elomov\u00fd, ukazoval schopnost bakterie LpWJL podporovat r\u016fst \u201ajen\u2018 u monoxenick\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed \u2013 tedy my\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly ve st\u0159evech pouze tuto jednu bakterii. Nev\u011bd\u011bli jsme, zda a jak bude pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed LpWJL ovliv\u0148ovat r\u016fst b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch, konven\u010dn\u011b chovan\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 u\u017e sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom maj\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Martin Schwarzer z Gnotobiologick\u00e9 laborato\u0159e Mikrobiologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR v Nov\u00e9m Hr\u00e1dku.<\/p>\n<h6>Bakterie pom\u00e1haj\u00ed r\u016fst i \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00edm\u201c my\u0161\u00edm<\/h6>\n<p>V\u011bdci vytvo\u0159ili nov\u00fd preklinick\u00fd model zakrslosti, kterou vyvolali pomoc\u00ed chronick\u00e9 podv\u00fd\u017eivy u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed. My\u0161i vystaven\u00e9 diet\u011b s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem protein\u016f a tuk\u016f byly v dosp\u011blosti men\u0161\u00ed a leh\u010d\u00ed, m\u011bly ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny cirkuluj\u00edc\u00edho IGF-1 a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed d\u011bl\u00edc\u00edch se epiteli\u00e1ln\u00edch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk v krypt\u00e1ch tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNa tomto modelu ukazujeme, \u017ee pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed LpWJL zlep\u0161uje postnat\u00e1ln\u00ed r\u016fst podvy\u017eiven\u00fdch konven\u010dn\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at t\u00edm, \u017ee vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 metabolick\u00e9 a hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny v mlad\u00e9m rostouc\u00edm hostiteli, kter\u00e9 se projevuj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm cirkuluj\u00edc\u00edch hladin a aktivitou IGF-1 a inzulinu,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Umesh Kumar Gautam, postdoktorand z v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 skupiny Martina Schwarzera, kter\u00fd se na studii pod\u00edlel.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro v\u011bdce bylo, \u017ee nen\u00ed t\u0159eba pod\u00e1vat celou a \u017eivou bakterii. Dostate\u010dn\u00fdm podn\u011btem ke stimulaci r\u016fstu zv\u00ed\u0159at navzdory chronick\u00e9 podv\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b bylo pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pouh\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 st\u011bny izolovan\u00e9 z bakterie LpWJL. V\u00fdsledky d\u00e1le ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pro pozorovan\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky po pod\u00e1n\u00ed LpWJL je nezbytn\u00fd vnitrobun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd receptor NOD2 st\u0159evn\u00edch epiteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201ePod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 st\u011bny izolovan\u00e9 z bakterie LpWJL a tak\u00e9 definovan\u00e9 ligandy receptoru vrozen\u00e9 imunity NOD2 jsou dostate\u010dn\u00fdmi bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edmi podn\u011bty stimuluj\u00edc\u00edmi r\u016fst zv\u00ed\u0159at. Krom\u011b toho jsme zjistili, \u017ee receptor NOD2 ve st\u0159evn\u00edch epiteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch je nezbytn\u00fd pro LpWJL zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed proliferace st\u0159evn\u00edch epiteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk, indukci gen\u016f regulovan\u00fdch interferonem typu I, produkci IGF-1 a podporu postnat\u00e1ln\u00edho r\u016fstu u podvy\u017eiven\u00fdch konven\u010dn\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at,\u201c<\/em> up\u0159es\u0148uje Martin Schwarzer. Na v\u00fdzkumu spolupracovaly mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed t\u00fdmy v\u010detn\u011b v\u011bdc\u016f z IGFL \u2013 Institutu de G\u00e9nomique Fonctionnelle de Lyon (Institut funk\u010dn\u00ed genomiky v Lyonu), kter\u00fd spole\u010dn\u011b spravuj\u00ed \u00c9cole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure de Lyon a CNRS, francouzsk\u00e9 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 centrum.<\/p>\n<h6>Nad\u011bje pro podvy\u017eiven\u00e9 d\u011bti<\/h6>\n<p>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho t\u00fdmu expert\u016f d\u00e1le prohlubuj\u00ed znalosti o vztahu mezi bakteriemi a podv\u00fd\u017eivou a nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee ve spojen\u00ed s renutric\u00ed maj\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 st\u011bny bakteri\u00ed, anebo definovan\u00e9 ligandy receptoru NOD2, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zm\u00edrnit n\u00e1sledky chronick\u00e9 d\u011btsk\u00e9 podv\u00fd\u017eivy. A to je dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va pro v\u00edce ne\u017e 149 milion\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00edch 5 let v zem\u00edch s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi a st\u0159edn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edjmy, kter\u00e9 trp\u00ed podv\u00fd\u017eivou.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eNa\u0161e v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee kdybychom doplnili v relevantn\u00edch preklinick\u00fdch modelech ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 probiotika (nap\u0159.
