Jeho vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed zve\u0159ej\u0148ujeme v pln\u00e9m zn\u011bn\u00ed bez redak\u010dn\u00ed \u00fapravy:<\/h6>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">M\u011bsto Vimperk po\u017e\u00e1dalo do V\u00fdzvy MMR (Ministerstvo pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj) o poskytnut\u00ed dotace v roce 2022 z Programu Ukrajina:\u00a0 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch ubytovac\u00edch kapacit. M\u011bstu je p\u0159isl\u00edbena dotace ve v\u00fd\u0161i 85% skute\u010dn\u011b vynalo\u017een\u00fdch uznateln\u00fdch v\u00fddaj\u016f akce.\u00a0P\u0159edm\u011btem \u017e\u00e1dosti o dotaci je byt \u010d. 1, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v 3.NP v dom\u011b s \u010d. p. 74, ulici 1.m\u00e1je ve Vimperku. Byt je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b neobyvateln\u00fd a n\u00e1klady na jeho rekonstrukci jsou velmi vysok\u00e9. Dle dispozice bytu je mo\u017en\u00e9 uva\u017eovat s\u00a0ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm a\u017e 7 osob.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\"><strong>P\u0159\u00edjemce dotace po dobu udr\u017eitelnosti akce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">&#8211; mj. m\u016f\u017ee ubytovat i jin\u00e9 osoby, ne\u017e kter\u00fdm byla poskytnuta do\u010dasn\u00e1 ochrana za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee osoby s poskytnutou do\u010dasnou ochranou ji\u017e ztratily tento statut<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">&#8211; v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bytu \u010di modul\u00e1rn\u00edch\/mobiln\u00edch dom\u016f se za jinou osobu dle \u010dl. 10.1.3. pova\u017euje fyzick\u00e1 osoba, kter\u00e1 nem\u00e1 vlastnick\u00e9, spoluvlastnick\u00e9 a jemu obdobn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo k bytu ani k bytov\u00e9mu, \u010di rodinn\u00e9mu domu, nebo rekrea\u010dn\u00edmu objektu, kter\u00fd lze vyu\u017e\u00edt k trval\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed (tuto podm\u00ednku mus\u00ed splnit i dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v byt\u011b bydlet), a kter\u00e1 prok\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee spl\u0148uje alespo\u0148 jednu z podm\u00ednek uveden\u00fdch n\u00ed\u017ee<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">a) pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u010dist\u00fd m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem osob, kter\u00e9 budou u\u017e\u00edvat byt v obdob\u00ed 12 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f p\u0159ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy nep\u0159es\u00e1hl limit stanoven\u00fd v \u00a7 5, odstavci 6, na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy \u010d. 2\/2021 Sb.,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-l2\"><strong><i>Limit pro ur\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f \u010din\u00ed<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-l3\"><var><b>a)<\/b><\/var><i>\u00a00,75n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy, jedn\u00e1-li se o jedno\u010dlennou dom\u00e1cnost,<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-l3\"><var><b>b)<\/b><\/var><i>\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdu, jedn\u00e1-li se o dom\u00e1cnost se 2 \u010dleny,<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-l3\"><var><b>c)<\/b><\/var><i>\u00a01,2n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy, jedn\u00e1-li se o dom\u00e1cnost se 3 \u010dleny,<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-l3\"><var><b>d)<\/b><\/var><i>\u00a01,5n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy, jedn\u00e1-li se o dom\u00e1cnost se 4 \u010dleny,<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-l3\"><var><b>e)<\/b><\/var><i>\u00a01,8n\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy, jedn\u00e1-li se o dom\u00e1cnost s 5 a v\u00edce \u010dleny.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">b) je osobou z\u00e1vislou na pomoci jin\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 osoby podle z\u00e1kona \u010d. 108\/2006 Sb., o soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f nebo po\u017eivatelem invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu pro invaliditu t\u0159et\u00edho stupn\u011b podle z\u00e1kona \u010d. 155\/1995 Sb., o d\u016fchodov\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f,<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">c) byla p\u0159ipravena o mo\u017enost bydlen\u00ed v d\u016fsledku \u017eiveln\u00ed pohromy,<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">d) je osobou zletilou mlad\u0161\u00ed 30 let, nebo<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">e) je star\u0161\u00ed 65 let.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">P\u0159\u00edjemce dotace bude po\u017eadovat po ubytovan\u00e9 osob\u011b \u00fahrady spojen\u00e9 s ubytov\u00e1n\u00edm, a to v souladu s pravidly ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 podpory, pokud poskytovatel dotace nerozhodne jinak.<\/p>\n<p class=\"-wm-MsoNormal\">N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 za 1 m2 podlahov\u00e9 plochy bytu sjednan\u00e9 p\u0159i uzav\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy nebo zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 v pr\u016fb\u011bhu trv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edho vztahu nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit limit, kter\u00fd ke dni vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed tohoto programu \u010din\u00ed 74,27 K\u010d; limit n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017ee ministerstvo upravit, jestli\u017ee n\u00e1r\u016fst m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho \u00fahrnn\u00e9ho indexu spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdch cen za dom\u00e1cnosti celkem (zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho z \u00fadaj\u016f \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu) za obdob\u00ed od posledn\u00edho stanoven\u00ed limitu p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed 5 %.
