V \u0159ad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f tomu tak je, a \u00fa\u0159ady pr\u00e1ce jsou zahlceny \u017e\u00e1dostmi o tento p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek. Skute\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed se pro v\u00fdpo\u010det v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na bydlen\u00ed pou\u017eij\u00ed, jsou-li ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e normativn\u00ed n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<p>U normativn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f se zastav\u00edme. Plat\u00ed toti\u017e, \u017ee \u010dertovo kop\u00fdtko se m\u016f\u017ee skr\u00fdvat v detailu. <em>\u201ePokud bude jedno\u010dlenn\u00e1 dom\u00e1cnost ob\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed mal\u00fd nezateplen\u00fd domek na venkov\u011b platit z\u00e1lohy ne energie spo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9 podle spot\u0159eby v minul\u00e9m obdob\u00ed, budou jej\u00ed n\u00e1klady obvykle vysoko nad normativn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed,<\/em>\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Eduarda Hek\u0161ov\u00e1, a dopl\u0148uje: <em>\u201eTakov\u00e1 dom\u00e1cnost je typicky tvo\u0159ena d\u016fchodcem, ale m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt i kdokoliv jin\u00fd s n\u00edzk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pokud se zamysl\u00edme nad situac\u00ed jedno\u010dlenn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 skon\u010dila fixace energi\u00ed a kter\u00e1 za tyto energie mus\u00ed platit ceny podle cen\u00edk\u016f dodavatel\u016f energi\u00ed z podzimu roku 2022, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee normativn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed u takov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti nemus\u00ed dosahovat ani t\u0159eba dvou t\u0159etin skute\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f.
