Vimperk, se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Winterberg s. r. o. se s\u00eddlem Devonsk\u00e1 1242\/18, Hlubo\u010depy, 152 00 Praha 5, I\u010c 0927877 zastoupena V. Jakuba Va\u0161ka a pov\u011b\u0159uje odbor investic zadat zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed realiza\u010dn\u00edho projektu stavby a interi\u00e9ru (v prostor\u00e1ch na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody \u010dp. 8, Vimperk).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 812<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta schvaluje zm\u011bnu v platov\u00e9m v\u00fdm\u011bru \u0159editelky Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly T. G. Masaryka Vimperk \u2013 Mgr. B., trvale bytem M\u00edrov\u00e1 ulice \u010dp. 432, Vimperk, z d\u016fvodu nutnosti do\u010dasn\u00e9ho vyst\u011bhov\u00e1n\u00ed z bytu \u010d. 18 v ulici M\u00edrov\u00e1 \u010dp. 432 ve Vimperku, proto\u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt odstran\u011bny \u0161kody na uveden\u00e9m byt\u011b, vznikl\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1rem v byt\u011b \u010d. 28 v tomt\u00e9\u017e dom\u011b. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu ur\u010ditou s platnost\u00ed od 01.10.2022 do 30.11.2022 (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na dobu nezbytnou pro rekonstrukci bytu posti\u017een\u00e9ho po\u017e\u00e1rem). N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 je stanoveno ve v\u00fd\u0161i 35,30 K\u010d\/m2\/m\u011bs\u00edc. \u00daprava n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho se d\u00e1le bude \u0159\u00eddit platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 816<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla, \u017ee s ohledem na p\u0159id\u011blen\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00edho bytu panu Z. B. po dobu oprav bytu \u010d. 18 v ulici M\u00edrov\u00e1 \u010dp. 432 ve Vimperku po po\u017e\u00e1ru v dom\u011b, kter\u00fd u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako n\u00e1jemce, nebude s platnost\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy k n\u00e1hradn\u00edmu bytu, tj. od 01.10.2022, aplikov\u00e1no usnesen\u00ed rady m\u011bsta Vimperk \u010d. 723 ze dne 22.08.2022, proto\u017ee Z. B. nebude po dobu rekonstrukce bytu vym\u011b\u0159eno n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 v\u010detn\u011b z\u00e1loh na slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 817<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla v souladu s ustanoven\u00edm \u010dl. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu ur\u010ditou s platnost\u00ed od 01.10.2022 do 30.11.2022 (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b na dobu nezbytnou pro rekonstrukci bytu posti\u017een\u00e9ho po\u017e\u00e1rem). H., po dobu jeho oprav zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1rem v byt\u011b \u010d. 28 v uveden\u00e9m dom\u011b, nebude s platnost\u00ed od 01.10.2022 aplikov\u00e1no usnesen\u00ed rady m\u011bsta Vimperk \u010d. 750 ze dne 05.09.2022, proto\u017ee L. H. nebude po dobu rekonstrukce bytu vym\u011b\u0159eno n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 v\u010detn\u011b z\u00e1loh na slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 821<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla pronajmout prostory slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed k podnik\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d. 303 o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 49,95 m2 v p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed \u010dp. 144 v ulici 1. m\u00e1je ve Vimperku, spole\u010dnosti Truhl\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed Stropnick\u00fd s. r. o., se s\u00eddlem Stachy 337, pro \u00fa\u010dely vzorkovny a prodeje truhl\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. N\u00e1jemn\u00e9 je stanoveno dle nab\u00eddky ve v\u00fd\u0161i 340 K\u010d\/m2\/rok a bude navy\u0161ov\u00e1no po\u010d\u00ednaje dnem 01.02.2023 o m\u00edru inflace vyhl\u00e1\u0161enou \u010cS\u00da. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva bude uzav\u0159ena na dobu neur\u010ditou s 3 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou s platnost\u00ed od 10.10.2022. Zp\u016fsobilost p\u0159edm\u011btu za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1jmu si zajist\u00ed n\u00e1jemce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Usnesen\u00ed \u010d. 825<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rada m\u011bsta rozhodla p\u0159id\u011blit dotaci ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5.000 K\u010d \u010cesk\u00e9mu svazu chovatel\u016f ZO Vimperk, Z\u00e1mek 61, 385 01 Vimperk na \u00fahradu n\u00e1klad\u016f p\u0159i po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed okresn\u00ed v\u00fdstavy drobn\u00e9ho zv\u00ed\u0159ectva, kter\u00e1 se bude konat ve dnech 07.10.2022 &#8211; 09.10.2022 v are\u00e1lu \u010cSCH ZO Vimperk Z\u00e1mek 61. Dotace bude poskytnuta z kapitoly rady m\u011bsta.
