Zahrnuj\u00ed \u00fadaje o vybaven\u00ed bytu kuchyn\u00ed \u010di kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdm koutem a po\u010dtu obytn\u00fdch m\u00edstnost\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b kuchyn\u011b.<\/strong><\/b><\/h6>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f S\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed 2021 je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1,2 milionu obydlen\u00fdch byt\u016f vybaveno pouze kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdm koutem. Kuchy\u0148 jako samostatnou m\u00edstnost m\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 2,9 milionu byt\u016f, tedy p\u0159es 70 % obydlen\u00fdch byt\u016f se zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm \u00fadajem. Pokud je kuchy\u0148 samostatnou m\u00edstnost\u00ed, zahrnuje se do celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu obytn\u00fdch m\u00edstnost\u00ed bytu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st obydlen\u00fdch byt\u016f tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i zapo\u010dten\u00ed kuchyn\u011b byty se \u010dty\u0159mi m\u00edstnostmi, kter\u00fdch je 1,3 milionu, a byty s p\u011bti a v\u00edce m\u00edstnostmi s po\u010dtem 1,2 milionu; celkem p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed t\u0159i p\u011btiny v\u0161ech obydlen\u00fdch byt\u016f se zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm po\u010dtem m\u00edstnost\u00ed. Necel\u00fd 1 milion byt\u016f disponuje t\u0159emi m\u00edstnostmi. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd po\u010det obytn\u00fdch m\u00edstnost\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b kuchyn\u011b) na jeden byt dos\u00e1hl hodnoty 3,9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky ve form\u011b tabulek a kartogram\u016f jsou do \u00farovn\u011b kraj\u016f uvedeny na webu\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scitani.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.scitani.cz<\/a><\/strong>. \u00dadaje za v\u0161echny \u00fazemn\u00ed jednotky a\u017e do \u00farovn\u011b obc\u00ed a m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, resp. obvod\u016f jsou dostupn\u00e9 ve\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vdb.czso.cz\/vdbvo2\/faces\/cs\/index.jsf?page=statistiky#katalog=33658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 datab\u00e1zi \u010cS\u00da<\/a><\/strong>. Kompletn\u00ed data ke sta\u017een\u00ed v otev\u0159en\u00e9m form\u00e1tu CSV jsou k dispozici na str\u00e1nce\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.czso.cz\/csu\/czso\/vysledky-scitani-2021-otevrena-data\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V\u00fdsledky s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed 2021 \u2013 otev\u0159en\u00e1 data<\/a><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(tz-\u010ds\u00fa)<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Byty v rodinn\u00fdch domech maj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b m\u00edstnost\u00ed, ale jsou energeticky \u00fasporn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/h4>\n<h6>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na byty ve zd\u011bn\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch domech od roku 2011 vzrostly o 0,8 milionu korun. Zat\u00edmco u\u017eitkov\u00e1 plocha t\u011bchto byt\u016f z\u016fstala prakticky stejn\u00e1, po\u010det m\u00edstnost\u00ed naopak o jednu klesl na dispozici 4+1. Koncentrace v\u00fdstavby je nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0okol\u00ed sp\u00e1dov\u00fdch aglomerac\u00ed Prahy a Brna.<\/h6>\n<p>Za prvn\u00edch 7 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f roku 2022 byla zah\u00e1jena v\u00fdstavba 25\u00a0439 byt\u016f a tento po\u010det meziro\u010dn\u011b rostl o 3,7\u00a0%. K r\u016fstu p\u0159isp\u011bly v\u00fdsledky z 1. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed ovlivn\u011bn\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kladnou v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0epidemickou situac\u00ed ze za\u010d\u00e1tku lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku. Nejv\u00edce byt\u016f se zah\u00e1jilo ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji (p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b rodinn\u00e9 domy) a v Praze (bytov\u00e9 domy). Dokon\u010deno bylo 20\u00a0158 byt\u016f a jejich po\u010det meziro\u010dn\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b vzrostl (+1,3 %).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eZat\u00edmco v\u00a0prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed se zd\u00e1lo, \u017ee dokon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f se poda\u0159ilo po nep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fdch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch z lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku nastartovat a\u00a0bytov\u00e9 domy stagnovaly, situace ve druh\u00e9m \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed byla opa\u010dn\u00e1. Po\u010det dokon\u010den\u00fdch byt\u016f rostl d\u00edky kategorii bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f, ale dokon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f v\u00e1zlo tak\u00e9 z d\u016fvodu r\u016fstu cen materi\u00e1l\u016f a nedostatku stavebn\u00edch kapacit,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0upozor\u0148uje Petra Cu\u0159\u00ednov\u00e1, vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed statistiky stavebnictv\u00ed a bytov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby \u010cS\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>Bytov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f je koncentrovan\u00e1 v r\u00e1mci \u010ceska do specifick\u00fdch oblast\u00ed. Obvykle se stav\u00ed kolem v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bst s kvalitn\u00ed infrastrukturou a dostatkem pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed. Z hlediska absolutn\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel se nejv\u00edce byt\u016f v\u00a0rodinn\u00fdch domech (RD) postavilo v Brand\u00fdse nad Labem-Star\u00e9 Boleslavi, v t\u011bsn\u00e9m z\u00e1v\u011bsu jsou Praha a \u010cerno\u0161ice.\u00a0<em>\u201eV\u011bt\u0161inu v\u00fdstavby rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f tvo\u0159\u00ed domy zd\u011bn\u00e9, v roce 2021 se jich postavilo skoro 16 tis\u00edc. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2011 se nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bytov\u00e1 dispozice zmen\u0161ila o jednu m\u00edstnost na 4+1, zat\u00edmco obytn\u00e1 a u\u017eitkov\u00e1 plocha se prakticky nezm\u011bnila. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se stav\u00ed byty sice s men\u0161\u00ed dispozic\u00ed, ale zato s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi m\u00edstnostmi,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Marek Roj\u00ed\u010dek, p\u0159edseda \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu.<\/p>\n<p>Doba v\u00fdstavby byt\u016f se zd\u011bnou konstrukc\u00ed je ze v\u0161ech typ\u016f nejpomalej\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159esto se za posledn\u00edch 11 let zrychlila o 4,4 m\u011bs\u00edce. Investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady vzrostly skoro o milion korun na 4,1 mil. K\u010d (oproti tomu byt v bytov\u00e9m dom\u011b vyjde zhruba o 1 a \u010dtvrt milionu levn\u011bji). V roce 2021 byla ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b byt\u016f v\u00a0rodinn\u00fdch domech energetick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b B (velmi \u00fasporn\u00e1), co\u017e je zlep\u0161en\u00ed z t\u0159\u00eddy C, kter\u00e1 p\u0159evl\u00e1dala v roce 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det byt\u016f v d\u0159evostavb\u00e1ch se v roce 2021 oproti roku 2011 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zdvojn\u00e1sobil. V\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce bylo dokon\u010deno celkem 2 732 byt\u016f v d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch domech, tedy 14,4 % z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu. Oproti roku 2011 se doba v\u00fdstavby prodlou\u017eila o 2 m\u011bs\u00edce, ale i tak je to cca\u00a0o 13,3 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f krat\u0161\u00ed doba, ne\u017e u zd\u011bn\u00fdch byt\u016f v\u00a0rodinn\u00fdch domech. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed d\u0159evostaveb bylo v roce 2021 v Libereck\u00e9m kraji (23,9 %) a v t\u011bsn\u00e9m z\u00e1stupu pak v kraj\u00edch Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9m, Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9m a Olomouck\u00e9m. Naopak nejmen\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl d\u0159evostaveb se vyskytoval v Jiho\u010desk\u00e9m kraji (4,4 %) a v Praze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(tz-\u010ds\u00fa)<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>45 tis\u00edc obyvatel \u010ceska m\u00e1 dvoj\u00ed \u010di v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00e9 ob\u010danstv\u00ed<\/h4>\n<h6 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>Aktualizovan\u00e1 data ze S\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed 2021 o st\u00e1tn\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00ed jsou nyn\u00ed dopln\u011bna za v\u0161echny obyvatele, tedy i osoby s dvoj\u00edm \u010di v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00fdm st\u00e1tn\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00edm. T\u011bch \u017eilo k datu s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 45 tis\u00edc. Naprost\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich m\u011bla ob\u010danstv\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a jednoho ciz\u00edho st\u00e1tu.<\/strong><\/b><\/h6>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V souladu s jednotnou metodikou uplat\u0148ovanou ve v\u0161ech zem\u00edch EU jsou ve v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch tabulk\u00e1ch osoby s dvoj\u00edm nebo v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00fdm st\u00e1tn\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00edm za\u0159azeny do jednoho st\u00e1tn\u00edho ob\u010danstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je stanoveno podle po\u0159ad\u00ed: \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, jin\u00fd \u010dlensk\u00fd st\u00e1t EU, jin\u00e1 zem\u011b v Evrop\u011b, jin\u00e1 zem\u011b mimo Evropu. Data o st\u00e1tn\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00ed byla v r\u00e1mci s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1na v\u00fdhradn\u011b z registru obyvatel, na s\u010d\u00edtac\u00edm formul\u00e1\u0159i lid\u00e9 tento \u00fadaj nevypl\u0148ovali. Zpracov\u00e1ny jsou tak \u00fadaje za v\u0161echny kombinace st\u00e1tn\u00edch ob\u010danstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 st\u00e1t ve sv\u00fdch administrativn\u00edch zdroj\u00edch k dispozici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celkem tvo\u0159ili cizinci v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice p\u0159i s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed 4,7 % obyvatel. Mezi nimi byly v populaci zastoupeny nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm pod\u00edlem osoby se st\u00e1tn\u00edm ob\u010danstv\u00edm Ukrajiny (1,4 %), Slovenska (0,9 %) a Vietnamu (0,5 %).
