Toto rozhodnut\u00ed plat\u00ed pro cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie. Plat\u00ed to nap\u0159\u00edklad pro hmyz\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny, extrakty z rostlin \u010di pro mikroskopick\u00e9 \u0159asy, kter\u00e9 se objevuj\u00ed v dopl\u0148c\u00edch v\u00fd\u017eivy nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad ve form\u011b olej\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se ale prok\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee potravina se v Evrop\u011b konzumovala p\u0159ed rokem 1997, je uzn\u00e1na bez zdlouhav\u00e9ho schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed. A to se t\u00fdkalo i chlorely, jej\u00ed\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy se v \u010ceskoslovensku jedly ji\u017e p\u0159ed 40 lety. D\u00edky tomu, \u017ee se Mikrobiologick\u00fd \u00fastav AV \u010cR v\u011bnoval jak v\u011bd\u011b, tak praktick\u00e9mu pou\u017eit\u00ed chlorel, bylo nyn\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ur\u010dit, kter\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed druhy chlorel to byly.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eMikrobiologick\u00fd \u00fastav historicky p\u011bstoval r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy chlorel, kter\u00e9 a\u017e dosud nebyly na seznamu \u201astar\u00fdch\u2018 potravin. Proto\u017ee ale v\u0161echny tyto \u0159asy m\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 sb\u00edrce, mohl dok\u00e1zat, \u017ee p\u0159ed rokem 1997 se pou\u017e\u00edvaly a konzumovaly. Proto po\u017e\u00e1dal o uzn\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto druh\u016f za \u201astarou\u2018 potravinu. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee konzumovat bez toho, aby proch\u00e1zela schvalovac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a v\u0161emi mo\u017en\u00fdmi testy,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Richard Lhotsk\u00fd z Mikrobiologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu AV \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p>Ministerstvo zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, kter\u00e9 je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za bezpe\u010dnost potravin, tak mohlo po \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty rozhodnout o roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed schv\u00e1len\u00fdch chlorel o nov\u00e9 druhy s platnost\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eToto uzn\u00e1n\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro producenty \u0159as v zem\u00edch EU, kte\u0159\u00ed nyn\u00ed mohou pou\u017e\u00edvat v\u00edce druh\u016f bez toho, aby je museli nech\u00e1vat schvalovat jako \u201anovou potravinu\u2018 v dlouh\u00e9m a n\u00e1kladn\u00e9m procesu,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Richard Lhotsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h6>Drobn\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 kuli\u010dka<\/h6>\n<p><em>\u201eNyn\u00ed pop\u00ed\u0161u \u0159asu takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, \u017ee ji ka\u017ed\u00fd bude moci rozeznat,\u201c<\/em> napsal v roce 1890 nizozemsk\u00fd botanik a mikrobiolog Martinus Beijerinck, kdy\u017e identifikoval mikroskopickou \u0159asu Chlorella, \u010desky zelenivku. Od t\u00e9 doby je tato \u0159asa modelov\u00fdm organismem pro v\u00fdzkum fotosynt\u00e9zy a od pades\u00e1t\u00fdch let se kultivuje i pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tehdej\u0161\u00ed \u010ceskoslovensko se stalo p\u00e1tou zem\u00ed (po USA, Izraeli, N\u011bmecku a Japonsku), kde se Chlorella za\u010dala p\u011bstovat i vyu\u017e\u00edvat pro konzumaci. Pov\u011bstn\u00e9 byly \u0159asov\u00e9 karban\u00e1tky v t\u00e1borsk\u00e9m hotelu Palc\u00e1t. Pracovi\u0161t\u011b Mikrobiologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu \u010cSAV v T\u0159eboni se tehdy pod\u00edlelo i na v\u00fdvoji l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdch prepar\u00e1t\u016f a t\u0159ebo\u0148sk\u00e1 Chlorella let\u011bla do vesm\u00edru s Vladim\u00edrem Remkem.<\/p>\n<h6>V\u00edce ne\u017e sto druh\u016f<\/h6>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed zn\u00e1 chlorelu z dopl\u0148k\u016f v\u00fd\u017eivy, z tablet nebo kapsl\u00ed. A\u010dkoli lid\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou netu\u0161\u00ed, jak\u00fd konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed druh mikro\u0159asy se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 za zelen\u00fdm pr\u00e1\u0161kem, pro producenty je to velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Rodina chlorel zahrnuje asi 100 druh\u016f a neust\u00e1le se p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1vaj\u00ed, co\u017e firm\u00e1m p\u011bstuj\u00edc\u00edm chlorelu zt\u011b\u017euje orientaci, kter\u00e9 druhy jsou povolen\u00e9 a kter\u00e9 nikoli. St\u00e1le existuje n\u011bkolik technologicky v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch druh\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly tu sm\u016flu, \u017ee jejich n\u00e1zev nefiguroval mezi t\u011bmi, je\u017e se p\u0159ed rokem 1997 konzumovaly.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina chlorel se dnes p\u011bstuje v Asii v otev\u0159en\u00fdch kultiva\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech, v Evrop\u011b se vzhledem ke klimatick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m roz\u0161i\u0159uje kultivace v uzav\u0159en\u00fdch fermentorech, kde se mohou prosadit i nov\u00e9, vy\u0161lecht\u011bn\u00e9 nezelen\u00e9 druhy chlorel ur\u010den\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad pro bezlepkov\u00e9 produkty jako zdroj b\u00edlkovin nebo antioxidant\u016f.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201anov\u00fdch\u2018 a \u201astar\u00fdch\u2018 potravin v EU<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u0161echny nov\u00e9 potraviny, resp. ty, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159ed rokem 1997 na \u00fazem\u00ed zem\u00ed EU nekonzumovaly, se pova\u017euj\u00ed za tzv. potraviny nov\u00e9ho typu neboli nov\u00e9 potraviny (Novel Food). Existuje jejich ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed katalog (Union List of Novel Foods). Pokud n\u011bkdo chce tedy na evropsk\u00fd (tedy i \u010desk\u00fd) trh uv\u00e9st novou potravinu (nap\u0159. tablety s novou \u0159asou nebo su\u0161en\u00e9 cvr\u010dky), mus\u00ed za\u017e\u00e1dat p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd n\u00e1rodn\u00ed org\u00e1n a dolo\u017eit pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 dokumenty. Ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm org\u00e1nem u n\u00e1s je Ministerstvo zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed \u010cR (MZe).<\/li>\n<li>Pokud byla potravina konzumov\u00e1na na \u00fazem\u00ed EU p\u0159ed rokem 1997, je nutn\u00e9 to dok\u00e1zat a po\u017e\u00e1dat, aby EU rozhodla, \u017ee potravina nepat\u0159\u00ed mezi zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 Novel Food. Op\u011bt se pod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed org\u00e1n, tj. MZe \u010cR. MZe zah\u00e1j\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a konzultace s EK a v\u0161emi n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi org\u00e1ny pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin; z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 k dispozici vlastn\u00ed odborn\u00fd t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd argumenty \u017eadatele vyhodnot\u00ed. Pak ozn\u00e1m\u00ed \u010dlensk\u00fdm zem\u00edm a EK, \u017ee chce vydat rozhodnut\u00ed, a v\u0161ichni maj\u00ed 10 dn\u00ed na vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed.
