Produkt s\u00e1m ale z\u00e1konem specificky upraven nen\u00ed, plat\u00ed pro n\u011bj b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 pravidla stanoven\u00e1 z\u00e1konem o spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9m \u00fav\u011bru pro \u00fav\u011bry na bydlen\u00ed a sou\u010dasn\u011b \u00faprava ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku v oblasti z\u00e1stavn\u00edho pr\u00e1va k nemovitostem a d\u011bdick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Reverzn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed produktem, kter\u00fd by byl ur\u010den pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho a je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee se hod\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e pro ty, kdo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u011bdice nemaj\u00ed. Je zac\u00edlen na star\u0161\u00ed generaci, a proto bychom m\u011bli v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee povinnost starat se o nemovitost a udr\u017eovat ji v \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m stavu po\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm p\u016fj\u010dky rozhodn\u011b nezmiz\u00ed a i nad\u00e1le pro n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e jak pracovn\u00ed a \u010dasovou, tak i finan\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Obez\u0159etnost je ale na m\u00edst\u011b v\u017edy, nebo\u0165 i tento specifick\u00fd \u00fav\u011br z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le jen p\u016fj\u010dkou, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vy\u010derpan\u00e9 pen\u00edze budou muset b\u00fdt poskytovateli jednou vr\u00e1ceny.
