Pozici \u010desk\u00e9 tradice zachra\u0148uje p\u016flno\u010dn\u00ed ovar s vejmrdou. Nejde jen o starobyl\u00e9 zvyky na\u0161ich d\u011bd\u016f, i ka\u017ed\u00e1 generace si vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed sv\u00e9 tradice. Ctitel\u00e9 opravdu star\u00fdch tradic nepohrdnou t\u00edm, co m\u011bli na Silvestra na stole na\u0161i p\u0159edci.<\/h6>\n<p>Abychom starod\u00e1vn\u00fdm tradic\u00edm mohli dost\u00e1t, m\u011bli bychom m\u00edt na tal\u00ed\u0159i p\u016flno\u010dn\u00ed ovar. Tradi\u010dn\u00ed silvestrovsk\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek se za\u010dal utv\u00e1\u0159et pom\u011brn\u011b pozd\u011b. O to rychleji se ale ust\u00e1lil na n\u011bkolika pokrmech, kter\u00e9 v n\u011bm nesm\u011bj\u00ed chyb\u011bt dodnes. Jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o n\u011bkolik \u00faprav vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho masa. Mo\u017en\u00e1 si z d\u011btstv\u00ed pamatujete, \u017ee se na Silvestra na stole \u010dasto objevovalo vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso, mnohdy jako ovar. A tak to z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 dodnes. Pro\u010d a z \u010deho tato tradice vych\u00e1z\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00favod je pot\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee zat\u00edmco V\u00e1noce &#8211; tedy obdob\u00ed od 25. prosince do T\u0159\u00ed kr\u00e1l\u016f &#8211; maj\u00ed svoje m\u00edsto v c\u00edrkevn\u00edm kalend\u00e1\u0159i a mnoh\u00e9 tradice tak\u00e9 z tohoto principu vych\u00e1zej\u00ed, silvestrovsk\u00e9 oslavy mezi n\u011b nezapadaj\u00ed. Jde o ryze sv\u011btskou z\u00e1le\u017eitost, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 sv\u016fj p\u016fvod sp\u00ed\u0161 v pohansk\u00fdch zvyklostech, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v tzv. saturn\u00e1li\u00edch. S t\u011bmi bychom se mohli setkat t\u0159eba u\u017e ve star\u00e9m \u0158\u00edm\u011b, ale i d\u0159\u00edve. \u0160lo o bohat\u00e9 hody a oslavy boha Saturna, a a\u010dkoliv jsou tyto oslavy \u010dasto spojov\u00e1ny s oslavou slunovratu, je dobr\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee b\u016fh Saturn nebyl bohem Slunce, ale byl spojen se zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00edm, sklizn\u00ed a \u010dasem.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 byl d\u016fvod k vesel\u00ed jak\u00fdkoliv, jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee s um\u00edrn\u011bn\u00fdmi c\u00edrkevn\u00edmi v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edmi sv\u00e1tky nem\u011bly divok\u00e9 saturn\u00e1lie nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho. Pitky, hojnost j\u00eddla, a dokonce i mravn\u011b uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by v jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech roku nebylo tolerov\u00e1no, a kter\u00e9 z\u016fst\u00e1valo v t\u011bchto dnech bez pohor\u0161en\u00e9 odezvy &#8211; to u\u017e se na\u0161im sou\u010dasn\u00fdm oslav\u00e1m p\u0159elomu roku podob\u00e1 mnohem v\u00edc, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te?<\/p>\n<p>Co bychom tedy m\u011bli v posledn\u00ed den roku konzumovat, abychom se neproh\u0159e\u0161ili proti tradic\u00edm na\u0161ich p\u0159edk\u016f? Silvestr se ne\u0159\u00edd\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi pravidly, jako t\u0159eba, \u017ee bychom m\u011bli dr\u017eet a\u017e do ve\u010de\u0159e p\u016fst. Konec roku nemus\u00edme pro\u017e\u00edt o hladu, a tak si b\u011bhem dne m\u016f\u017eeme dop\u0159\u00e1t j\u00eddlo, na jak\u00e9 m\u00e1me chu\u0165. Tradi\u010dn\u00edm masem, pod\u00e1van\u00fdm v tento den, je ale vep\u0159ov\u00e9, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159ovali hlavn\u011b na ovar, tedy va\u0159enou vep\u0159ovou hlavu. Z t\u00e9 pak byl nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed trofej\u00ed ryp\u00e1k a u\u0161i. Pe\u010den\u00e9 sel\u00e1tko symbolizuje \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd konec podnik\u00e1n\u00ed. Vep\u0159ov\u00fd ryp\u00e1\u010dek pro \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed anebo pro pan\u00ed domu, aby byla i nad\u00e1le svi\u017en\u00e1 a pracovit\u00e1. Vep\u0159ov\u00e9 u\u0161i z na\u0161ich j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dk\u016f vymizely, d\u0159\u00edve ale byly jeho b\u011b\u017enou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ovar s k\u0159enem pro pevn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, dal\u0161\u00ed tu\u010dn\u00e9 pokrmy jako klob\u00e1sy \u010di uzen\u00e9 maso pro hojnost a prosperitu a b\u00edl\u00e1 ovarov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka s kroupami pro podporu vitality a sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivity. Toto maso se pak j\u00ed i n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed den, tedy 1. ledna. Tradi\u010dn\u011b se nicm\u00e9n\u011b pod\u00e1val tak\u00e9 s p\u0159\u00edlohou, kter\u00e9 se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 vejmrda. Toto pon\u011bkud p\u0159isprostle zn\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed slovo je p\u0159itom ozna\u010den\u00ed pro jable\u010dn\u00fd k\u0159en. K jeho p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b tak budete pot\u0159ebovat pouze strouhan\u00e1 jablka a k\u0159en, d\u00e1le ocet a v\u011bt\u0161inou se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e masov\u00fd v\u00fdvar. Tady je vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso, tedy maso z prasete jako zv\u00ed\u0159ete, kter\u00e9 podle tradice nos\u00ed \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, symbolem dobr\u00e9ho a \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9ho roku.<\/p>\n<p>Vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso jako symbol \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed je ostatn\u011b podle tradic tak\u00e9 vlastn\u011b t\u00edm jedin\u00fdm, kter\u00e9 bychom m\u011bli na Nov\u00fd rok m\u00edt na tal\u00ed\u0159i. Na Nov\u00fd rok by se rozhodn\u011b nem\u011bla poj\u00eddat dr\u016fbe\u017e. Ani jin\u00ed ope\u0159enci \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad slepice, kachna a podobn\u011b. Ulet\u011blo by v\u00e1m \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Stejn\u011b tak nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 konzumovat rybu \u2013 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed by uplavalo \u2013 nebo \u201erychl\u00e9\u201c maso, t\u0159eba zaj\u00edce. \u0160t\u011bst\u00ed by uteklo.<\/p>\n<p>Jak asi vypadala oslava Silvestra v roce 1938? Rozplynula se aspo\u0148 na chv\u00edli \u010dern\u00e1 mra\u010dna, kter\u00e1 tehdy st\u00e1la nad prvorepublikov\u00fdm \u010ceskoslovenskem? Silvestr v pal\u00e1ci Lucerna, resp. v Lucerna Baru, m\u011bl hned n\u011bkolik chod\u016f. Menu nab\u00edzelo t\u0159eba studen\u00e9ho labsk\u00e9ho lososa. Byl to jeden z neslavn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch prvorepublikov\u00fdch podnik\u016f, kde zp\u00edval R. A. Dvorsk\u00fd s Melody Boys. J\u00eddeln\u00ed l\u00edstek byl vyveden v barv\u011b s veselou dekorac\u00ed, jak\u00e1 se k posledn\u00edmu dni v roce hod\u00ed. Cel\u00e9 menu st\u00e1lo prvorepublikov\u00fdch 40 korun a to nebylo m\u00e1lo. Aperitiv jste si museli p\u0159ikoupit za p\u011bt korun. Vybrat jste si mohli mezi vermutem, sherry, portsk\u00fdm nebo tokajsk\u00fdm Aszu. Po\u0159ad\u00ed j\u00eddel za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pol\u00e9vkou (zad\u011bl\u00e1van\u00e1 dr\u016fbe\u017e\u00ed pol\u00e9vka, hov\u011bz\u00ed v\u00fdvar s vaj\u00ed\u010dkem, humrov\u00fd kr\u00e9m nebo \u017eelv\u00ed pol\u00e9vku pod\u00e1vanou v \u0161\u00e1lku a s v\u00ednem Madeira). Jako p\u0159edkrm si jste si mohli poru\u010dit t\u0159i \u00fast\u0159ice Royale. I kdy\u017e humrov\u00e1 majon\u00e9za, \u0161keble po n\u00e1mo\u0159nicku nebo m\u00edstn\u00ed specialita \u0161neci podle \u010cern\u00e9ho kon\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste cht\u011bli demonstrovat sv\u00e9 vlastenectv\u00ed, tak jste mohli zvolit studen\u00e9ho labsk\u00e9ho lososa s bylinkovou om\u00e1\u010dkou \u010di va\u0159en\u00e9ho \u010desk\u00e9ho cand\u00e1ta s holandskou om\u00e1\u010dkou. A hlavn\u00ed chod? Krocan nebo pe\u010den\u00e9 mu\u0161le jako u Arno\u0161ta Filipa z Vald\u0161tejna v nab\u00eddce nejsou. To bychom se ale museli vr\u00e1tit do mnohem veselej\u0161\u00edho roku 1818.
