Jedn\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, valorizaci d\u016fchod\u016f, pomoc v hmotn\u00e9 nouzi a \u0159adu novelizac\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u016f.<\/h6>\n<h6>VY\u0160\u0160\u00cd D\u016eCHODY<\/h6>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce porostou v\u0161echny vypl\u00e1cen\u00e9 d\u016fchody. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bra d\u016fchod\u016f se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed o 350 K\u010d na 3 900 K\u010d, procentn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bra vzroste o 1,3 %. Nad r\u00e1mec z\u00e1konn\u00e9 valorizace se d\u016fchody v\u0161em zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed o 300 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed procentn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bry o pevnou \u010d\u00e1stku je v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro osoby s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi d\u016fchody. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod vypl\u00e1cen\u00fd v lednu 2022 by m\u011bl \u010dinit 16 274 K\u010d. D\u00edky valorizaci jde tedy o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 805 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doplatky valorizace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pravidla pro valorizaci d\u016fchod\u016f se od roku 2022 m\u011bn\u00ed tak\u00e9 v tom sm\u011bru, \u017ee z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bry a procentn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bry vypl\u00e1cen\u00fdch d\u016fchod\u016f se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed od 1. ledna kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku, ve kter\u00e9m doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed, a nikoliv a\u017e od spl\u00e1tky d\u016fchodu splatn\u00e9 v lednu, jako tomu je do konce roku 2021. \u010cSSZ vypl\u00e1c\u00ed d\u016fchody v pravideln\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch lh\u016ft\u00e1ch na obdob\u00ed, kter\u00e9 za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dnem splatnosti (nap\u0159\u00edklad od 16. ledna do 15. \u00fanora atd.) nikoli na b\u011b\u017en\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc jako ostatn\u00ed org\u00e1ny soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed vypl\u00e1cej\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fchody p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016fm ozbrojen\u00fdch sil, vyplat\u00ed proto spolu s lednovou spl\u00e1tkou d\u016fchodu rovn\u011b\u017e tzv. doplatek valorizace, kter\u00fd bude tvo\u0159en \u010d\u00e1stkou zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed d\u016fchodu n\u00e1le\u017eej\u00edc\u00edho za obdob\u00ed od 1. ledna 2022 do dne p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho dni splatnosti d\u016fchodu (v p\u0159\u00edkladu do 15. ledna) tak, aby bylo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm d\u016fchod\u016f pokryto i obdob\u00ed od 1. ledna 2022.<\/p>\n<h6>VY\u0160\u0160\u00cd MINIM\u00c1LN\u00cd MZDA<\/h6>\n<p>Od 1. ledna 2022 se bude zvy\u0161ovat tak\u00e9 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda a to o 1 000 K\u010d na 16 200 K\u010d za m\u011bs\u00edc pro zam\u011bstnance se stanovenou t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobou 40 hodin. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e1 mzda vzroste z 90,50 K\u010d na 96,40 K\u010d. S minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdou se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e sazby nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch \u00farovn\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00ed mzdy v\u00edce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpsv.cz\/documents\/20142\/2061970\/TZ_05_11_2021_minim%C3%A1ln%C3%AD+mzda_vl%C3%A1da_16200.pdf\/365eced7-165c-9e37-0eba-ef17c59cb4c6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ZDE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h6>VY\u0160\u0160\u00cd PLATY<\/h6>\n<p>Od 1. ledna 2022 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k valorizaci platov\u00fdch tarif\u016f zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch a spr\u00e1v\u011b a st\u00e1tn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, a to n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 1. stupnice \u2013 zam\u011bstnanci jinde neuveden\u00ed \u2013 nevalorizuje se, platov\u00e9 tarify z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed na \u00farovni let 2020 a 2021;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 2. stupnice \u2013 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edci a pracovn\u00edci v soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch \u2013 o 700 K\u010d;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 3. stupnice \u2013 nel\u00e9ka\u0159\u0161t\u00ed zdravotni\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci \u2013 2. a\u017e 7. platov\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edda o 700 K\u010d, 8. a\u017e 15. platov\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edda o 6 %;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 4. stupnice \u2013 l\u00e9ka\u0159i a zubn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i \u2013 o 6 %;<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 5. stupnice \u2013 pedagogi\u010dt\u00ed pracovn\u00edci v region\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0161kolstv\u00ed \u2013 o 2 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>ZM\u011aNY V OBLASTI NEPOJISTN\u00ddCH SOCI\u00c1LN\u00cdCH D\u00c1VEK<\/h6>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na p\u00e9\u010di<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od ledna 2022 nebude m\u00edt na v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na p\u00e9\u010di vliv, jak\u00fd typ p\u00e9\u010de osoba ve stupni z\u00e1vislosti III nebo IV vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1. Dosud n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed osob\u00e1m ve stupni z\u00e1vislosti III a IV, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm pobytov\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eby, d\u011btsk\u00fd domov nebo speci\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed hospicov\u00e9ho typu, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka ne\u017e t\u011bm, kter\u00fdm p\u00e9\u010di a pomoc poskytuje neform\u00e1ln\u00ed pe\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed nebo ter\u00e9nn\u00ed \u010di ambulantn\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed slu\u017eba.<\/p>\n<p>Od ledna 2022 \u010din\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na p\u00e9\u010di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 13 900 K\u010d u d\u011bt\u00ed ve stupni z\u00e1vislosti III<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 12 800 K\u010d u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve stupni z\u00e1vislosti III<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 19 200 K\u010d u d\u011bt\u00ed a dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve stupni z\u00e1vislosti IV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010c\u00e1stky p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na p\u00e9\u010di budou upraveny automaticky, bez \u017e\u00e1dosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pom\u016fcku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi t\u011bmi, kter\u00fdm st\u00e1t pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s po\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm vozidla, se nov\u011b v\u00fdslovn\u011b objev\u00ed osoby s poruchou autistick\u00e9ho spektra. A\u017e 200 000 K\u010d (dle p\u0159\u00edjmu) z\u00edskaj\u00ed osoby s autistickou poruchou s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm funk\u010dn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, s opakovan\u00fdmi z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi a objektivn\u011b prok\u00e1zan\u00fdmi projevy autoagrese nebo heteroagrese, kter\u00e9 p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed i p\u0159es zavedenou l\u00e9\u010dbu.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pom\u016fcku (nap\u0159. na po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed schodi\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 plo\u0161iny, stropn\u00edho zvedac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu) z\u00edskaj\u00ed nov\u011b osoby s t\u011b\u017ekou demenc\u00ed. Dosud jim tato pomoc poskytov\u00e1na nebyla.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 se zjednodu\u0161uj\u00ed a zp\u0159es\u0148uj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 postupy a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. D\u011bje se tak nejen u p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pom\u016fcku, ale i u p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na mobilitu, u kter\u00e9ho se zjednodu\u0161uje postup p\u0159i zastaven\u00ed a obnoven\u00ed v\u00fdplaty p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku z d\u016fvodu hospitalizace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u016fkaz osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osoby s ur\u010dit\u00fdm dlouhodob\u011b nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm stavem trval\u00e9ho charakteru budou m\u00edt n\u00e1rok na pr\u016fkaz osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm bez \u010dasov\u00e9ho<\/p>\n<p>omezen\u00ed. Platnost pr\u016fkazu \u2013 plastov\u00e9 karty \u2013 bude i nad\u00e1le omezen\u00e1. Pokud skon\u010d\u00ed osob\u011b s trval\u00fdm n\u00e1rokem na pr\u016fkaz osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm platnost plastov\u00e9 karty, nebude znovu hodnocen jej\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed stav, jen se vyd\u00e1 plastov\u00e1 karta nov\u00e1. Dal\u0161\u00ed novinkou je, \u017ee krajsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dky \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky budou 90 dn\u00ed p\u0159ed koncem platnosti plastov\u00e9 karty p\u00edsemn\u011b informovat jej\u00edho dr\u017eitele o t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na bydlen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak, jako ka\u017ed\u00fd rok, zvy\u0161uj\u00ed se \u010d\u00e1stky, kter\u00e9 se zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed jako n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed (normativn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na bydlen\u00ed) i \u010d\u00e1stky za pevn\u00e1 paliva, pro stanoven\u00ed n\u00e1roku a v\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na bydlen\u00ed, kter\u00fd se bude poskytovat od ledna 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hmotn\u00e1 nouze<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b poslaneck\u00e9 inciativy byl novelizov\u00e1n z\u00e1kon o pomoci v hmotn\u00e9 nouzi. S \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed od ledna 2022 tak budou moci \u00da\u0159ady pr\u00e1ce \u010cR na z\u00e1klad\u011b ozn\u00e1men\u00ed obce s roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bt sr\u00e1\u017eky z d\u00e1vek \u2013 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na \u017eivobyt\u00ed a doplatek na bydlen\u00ed, na \u00fahradu nezaplacen\u00fdch pokut za p\u0159estupky proti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9mu po\u0159\u00e1dku, proti ob\u010dansk\u00e9mu sou\u017eit\u00ed a proti majetku. Stejn\u011b budou postupovat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nep\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte k z\u00e1pisu k povinn\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zce a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de o povinnou \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku \u017e\u00e1ka, nebo tak\u00e9 u osob, kter\u00e9 nezaplatili pokutu za poru\u0161en\u00ed obecn\u00ed vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky, je\u017e stanov\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sportovn\u00edch a kulturn\u00edch akc\u00ed. O sr\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1ch po ozn\u00e1men\u00ed budou rozhodovat \u00da\u0159ady pr\u00e1ce \u010cR.<\/p>\n<h6>POJISTN\u00c9 NA SOCI\u00c1LN\u00cd ZABEZPE\u010cEN\u00cd<\/h6>\n<p>V oblasti pojistn\u00e9ho na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed od 1. 1. 2021 k t\u011bmto zm\u011bn\u00e1m:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 \u010d\u00e1stka pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy pro \u00fa\u010dely pojistn\u00e9ho je 38 911 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro placen\u00ed pojistn\u00e9ho \u010din\u00ed 1 867 728 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 rozhodn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka (da\u0148ov\u00fd z\u00e1klad) zakl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast na d\u016fchodov\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed OSV\u010c, kter\u00e1 vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 vedlej\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnost, je 93 387 K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro placen\u00ed z\u00e1loh na pojistn\u00e9 pro OSV\u010c vykon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed hlavn\u00ed \u010dinnost je 9 728 K\u010d \u2013 z toho minim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1loha na pojistn\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed 2 841 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro OSV\u010c vykon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vedlej\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dnou \u010dinnost je 3 892 K\u010d \u2013 z toho minim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1loha na pojistn\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed 1 137 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed platba pojistn\u00e9ho na dobrovoln\u00e9 nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed OSV\u010c \u010din\u00ed od ledna 2022 \u010din\u00ed 147 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Od 1. 1. 2022 se v\u00fd\u0161e pen\u00e1le podle \u00a7 20 odst. 1 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 589\/1992 Sb., o pojistn\u00e9m na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na st\u00e1tn\u00ed politiku zam\u011bstnanosti, stanov\u00ed podle p\u0159edpis\u016f ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va o v\u00fd\u0161i \u00faroku z prodlen\u00ed, tedy ve v\u00fd\u0161i reposazby stanoven\u00e9 \u010ceskou n\u00e1rodn\u00ed bankou pro prvn\u00ed den kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho pololet\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e do\u0161lo k prodlen\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 o 8 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f.<\/p>\n<h6>NEMOCENSK\u00c9 POJI\u0160T\u011aN\u00cd<\/h6>\n<p>Reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice pro \u00fapravu denn\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed pro v\u00fdpo\u010det v\u00fd\u0161e d\u00e1vek nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, se pro rok 2022 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed takto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7 prvn\u00ed reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice na 1 298 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 druh\u00e1 reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice na 1 946 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7 t\u0159et\u00ed reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice na 3 892 K\u010d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Otcovsk\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od 1. 1. 2022 se prodlu\u017euje podp\u016fr\u010d\u00ed doba (doba poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1vky) z jednoho t\u00fddne na dva t\u00fddny. Prodlu\u017euje se obdob\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt otcovsk\u00e1 poskytov\u00e1na, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy bylo d\u00edt\u011b hospitalizov\u00e1no v obdob\u00ed prvn\u00edch 6 t\u00fddn\u016f \u017eivota, o dobu hospitalizace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od 1. 1. 2022 se ji\u017e nevy\u017eaduje podm\u00ednka sou\u017eit\u00ed ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti u n\u011bkter\u00fdch bl\u00edzk\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch. Podm\u00ednka sou\u017eit\u00ed v dom\u00e1cnosti se nevy\u017eaduje u p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch v linii p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 podle ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku (nap\u0159. otec, matka, babi\u010dka, d\u011bda, syn, dcera, vnuk, vnu\u010dka), a d\u00e1le u sourozenc\u016f, man\u017eela, man\u017eelky, registrovan\u00e9ho partnera (partnerky), rodi\u010de man\u017eela (man\u017eelky) nebo registrovan\u00e9ho partnera (partnerky).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dlouhodob\u00e9 o\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby pobytu v za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed l\u016f\u017ekov\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de jako podm\u00ednky n\u00e1roku na d\u00e1vku ze 7 na 4 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed dny. Ru\u0161\u00ed se podm\u00ednka hospitalizace pro poskytnut\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9ho o\u0161et\u0159ovn\u00e9ho v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u00e9\u010de o osobu v inkurabiln\u00edm (nevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e9m) stavu. Zav\u00e1d\u00ed se mo\u017enost po\u017e\u00e1dat o vyd\u00e1n\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed o vzniku pot\u0159eby dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de po skon\u010den\u00ed hospitalizace do 8 dn\u016f od jej\u00edho ukon\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h6>NOVELA Z\u00c1KONA O ZAM\u011aSTNANOSTI<\/h6>\n<p>Novela z\u00e1kona zav\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek v dob\u011b \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, poskytovan\u00fd zam\u011bstnavateli za \u00fa\u010delem udr\u017een\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b zam\u011bstnanosti p\u0159i spln\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00fdch podm\u00ednek po dobu stanovenou na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek bude mo\u017en\u00e9 poskytovat p\u0159i spln\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1konem stanoven\u00fdch podm\u00ednek pouze za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee dosavadn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 zam\u011bstnanosti bude ohro\u017eena. C\u00edlem je udr\u017een\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b zam\u011bstnanosti. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy tedy dojde k aktivaci poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku v dob\u011b \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Novela m\u00e1 d\u011blenou \u00fa\u010dinnost \u2013 1. \u010dervence 2021, 1. ledna 2022 a 1. \u010dervence 2022.<\/p>\n<p>V souvislosti s novelou z\u00e1kona o zam\u011bstnanosti, provedenou v roce 2021 z\u00e1konem \u010d. 248\/2021 Sb., vyvstane pro zam\u011bstnavatele od 1. dubna 2022 nov\u00e1 povinnost zakotven\u00e1 v z\u00e1kon\u011b o nemocensk\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<strong> &#8211;<\/strong> v r\u00e1mci ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o dni skon\u010den\u00ed doby zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed se zam\u011bstnancem v\u016f\u010di OSSZ bude zam\u011bstnavatel muset uv\u00e1d\u011bt tak\u00e9 \u00fadaje pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed a poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti (podle \u00a7 42 odst. 3 z\u00e1kona o zam\u011bstnanosti), t\u00fdk\u00e1-li se toto ozn\u00e1men\u00ed zam\u011bstnan\u00fdch osob.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u011b tak v souvislosti s touto zm\u011bnou bude \u00fa\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce na z\u00e1klad\u011b opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed zakotven\u00e9ho v z\u00e1kon\u011b o zam\u011bstnanosti moci z\u00edsk\u00e1vat \u00fadaje rozhodn\u00e9 pro p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed a poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti z informa\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f veden\u00fdch \u010ceskou spr\u00e1vou soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed podle z\u00e1kona o nemocensk\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. T\u00edmto dojde k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu odb\u0159emen\u011bn\u00ed uchaze\u010de o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a zrychlen\u00ed procesu rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed podpory v nezam\u011bstnanosti.<\/p>\n<p>V reakci na v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bny hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 situace, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo souvisely se \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm n\u00e1kazy COVID-19 v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a m\u011bly negativn\u00ed dopad na trh pr\u00e1ce a tak\u00e9 v n\u00e1vaznosti na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, je s \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed od 1. dubna 2022, tedy ji\u017e pro 1. kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2022, navrhov\u00e1no nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na podporu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm na chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m trhu pr\u00e1ce podle \u00a7 78a odst. 17 z\u00e1kona o zam\u011bstnanosti, a to ve dvou variant\u00e1ch: varianta I &#8211; 14 200 K\u010d (zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 600 K\u010d) nebo na 14 600 K\u010d (zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 1 000 K\u010d) \u2013 varianta II. Navrhovan\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed m\u00e1 zabr\u00e1nit ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edmu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanosti osob se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed zt\u00ed\u017eenou mo\u017enost uplatn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce.
