Havelsk\u00e9 posv\u00edcen\u00ed je tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1mo jako c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9. To proto, \u017ee se c\u00edsa\u0159i Josefu II. nel\u00edbilo, \u017ee v ka\u017ed\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b se slav\u00ed posv\u00edcen\u00ed jindy. A proto\u017ee se lid\u00e9 o posv\u00edcen\u00ed nav\u0161t\u011bvovali a p\u0159i t\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti obchodovali a pracovn\u00ed mor\u00e1lka velice trp\u011bla, cht\u011bl c\u00edsa\u0159 posv\u00edcen\u00ed sjednotit pr\u00e1v\u011b na sv. Havla. Co\u017e se opravdu stalo v roce 1787, kdy vydal na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o jednotn\u00e9m posv\u00edcen\u00ed prvn\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed ned\u011bli po sv. Havlu.<\/h6>\n<p>V mnoha kraj\u00edch se ov\u0161em posv\u00edcen\u00ed pouze p\u0159ibralo jako dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost k oslav\u00e1m a slavilo se dvoje posv\u00edcen\u00ed &#8211; Havelsk\u00e9 nebo-li c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9 a &#8220;na\u0161e posv\u00edcen\u00ed&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Proto se Havelsk\u00e9 posv\u00edcen\u00ed do dnes slav\u00ed v mnoha kraj\u00edch na\u0161\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 zem\u011b a ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu posv\u00edcen\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed dobr\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, pit\u00ed a z\u00e1bava.<\/p>\n<p>V ji\u017en\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch nesm\u00ed o posv\u00edcen\u00ed chyb\u011bt posv\u00edcensk\u00e9 hn\u011btynky nebo tak\u00e9 hn\u011bt\u00fdnky. Hn\u011bt\u00fdnky jsou dvou druh\u016f, vykrajovan\u00e9 a lit\u00e9. Lit\u00e9 t\u011bsto se d\u00e1v\u00e1 do mal\u00fdch forem, obsahuje mnoho m\u00e1sla, cukru a vajec. Hn\u011btynka se toti\u017e nekou\u0161e, hn\u011btynka se rozpl\u00fdv\u00e1. Ka\u017ed\u00fd kout ji\u017en\u00edch \u010cech m\u00e1 sv\u00e1 specifika na zdoben\u00ed hn\u011btynek a i ka\u017ed\u00e1 rodina si je zdob\u00ed po sv\u00e9m. V\u0161eobecn\u011b se d\u00e1 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsou pol\u00e9van\u00e9 cukrovou polevou s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edchut\u011bmi a zdobeny sn\u011bhov\u00fdmi, cukrov\u00fdmi nebo marcip\u00e1nov\u00fdmi barevn\u00fdmi ozdobami je\u017e maj\u00ed pov\u011bt\u0161inou podobu r\u016fzn\u00fdch kyti\u010dek a l\u00edste\u010dk\u016f, holubi\u010dek a jin\u00fdch rozli\u010dn\u00fdch tvar\u016f. Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b se tak\u00e9 v mnoha m\u00edstech ji\u017en\u00edch \u010cech vyhla\u0161uje sout\u011b\u017e o nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hn\u011btynku a opravdu se jedn\u00e1 doslova o um\u011bleck\u00e1 d\u00edla k zakousnut\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b jedn\u00e1 se o tak n\u00e1kladn\u00fd kus pe\u010diva, \u017ee se pe\u010de opravdu jen o posv\u00edcen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h6>Recepis: Posv\u00edcensk\u00e1 hn\u011btynka<\/h6>\n<p>\u2022 50 dkg polohrub\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n\u2022 50 dkg m\u00e1sla<br \/>\n\u2022 50 dkg cukru mou\u010dka (osobn\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1m mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b cukru, ale my nem\u00e1me r\u00e1di p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 sladk\u00e9 pokrmy a pe\u010divo)<br \/>\n\u2022 6 vajec<br \/>\n\u2022 2 l\u017e\u00edce rumu nebo jedna l\u017e\u00edce ustrouhan\u00e9 citronov\u00e9 k\u016fry a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy<\/p>\n<p>Ut\u0159eme \u017eloutky s cukrem a m\u00e1slem. Postupn\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1me mouku, sn\u00edh z b\u00edlk\u016f a rum nebo citron. Vznikne polotuh\u00e9 t\u011bsto, kter\u00fdm pomoci l\u017e\u00edce napln\u00edme do dob\u0159e vymazan\u00e9 a moukou vysypan\u00e9 formi\u010dky. T\u011bsta d\u00e1v\u00e1me m\u00e9n\u011b na prost\u0159edek a v\u00edce do stran formi\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010deme ve vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 troub\u011b zhruba 15 &#8211; 20 minut asi p\u0159i 200\u00b0C (dle trouby a druhu formi\u010dek). Zda jsou upe\u010den\u00e9, zjist\u00edte pomoc\u00ed \u0161pejle. Hn\u011btynky by m\u011bly b\u00fdt zlatav\u00e9, ale ne p\u0159\u00edli\u017e hn\u011bd\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Po vychladnut\u00ed polijeme \u010dokol\u00e1dovou, citronovou \u010di rumovou polevou a zdob\u00edme podle fantazie. Lze pou\u017e\u00edt ozdoby na hn\u011btynky (ty se daj\u00ed v ji\u017en\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch koupit okolo posv\u00edcen\u00ed dokonce i v trafice), lentilky, barevnou r\u00fd\u017ei, marcip\u00e1n nebo si vyrob\u00edme vlastn\u00ed zdob\u00edc\u00ed hmotu a z n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 tvary, daj\u00ed se zdobit i kornoutkem s cukrovou polevou jako pern\u00ed\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Na zdoben\u00ed pot\u0159ebujeme b\u00edlek a jemn\u011b proset\u00fd mou\u010dkov\u00fd cukr. Velice \u010dasto se p\u0159id\u00e1val i \u0161krob, ale proto\u017ee se dnes mou\u010dkov\u00fd cukr bez \u0161krobu (proti hrudkuj\u00edc\u00ed slo\u017eka) prakticky ned\u00e1 sehnat, tak ji\u017e \u0161krob nep\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me. Potom hmotu rozd\u011bl\u00edme na \u010d\u00e1sti a ka\u017edou jinak obarv\u00edme potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm barvivem. Doporu\u010duji ty p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed a tekut\u00e9. Pokud m\u00e1me barvu v pr\u00e1\u0161ku, mus\u00edme ji p\u0159edem rozm\u00edchat v tro\u0161ce vody. Nech\u00e1me ule\u017eet v chladu 3 dny.<br \/>\nPak t\u011bsto rozv\u00e1l\u00edme na pl\u00e1t siln\u00fd asi 8 mm, vykroj\u00edme kyti\u010dky, srd\u00ed\u010dka nebo jin\u00e9 po\u017eadovan\u00e9 tvary a p\u0159i 180 \u00b0C (z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na troub\u011b) upe\u010deme dor\u016f\u017eova.<\/p>\n<p>Nech\u00e1me nejm\u00e9n\u011b jeden den odle\u017eet a nazdob\u00edme \u010dokol\u00e1dou, b\u00edlou cukrovou polevou, cukrov\u00fdmi kyti\u010dkami apod.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b o posv\u00edcen\u00ed nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt ani dobr\u00e9 pivo jako k\u0159en a vydatn\u00e1 pe\u010d\u00ednka, v\u011bt\u0161inou to je kachna nebo jin\u00e1 dr\u016fbe\u017e, nebo\u0165 husy se tradi\u010dn\u011b zab\u00edj\u00ed a\u017e na sv.
