V pilotn\u00ed f\u00e1zi se do projektu zapojilo p\u0159es 110 bank\u00e9\u0159\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed realizovali v\u00edce jak 700 on-line sch\u016fzek s pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm trv\u00e1n\u00edm 45-60 minut. 93 % klient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se videosch\u016fzky z\u00fa\u010dastnili, vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili vysokou m\u00edru spokojenosti s jej\u00edm pr\u016fb\u011bhem.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eTak vysok\u00e1 spokojenost klient\u016f v pilotn\u00edm provozu n\u00e1s p\u0159ekvapila. Bezpochyby n\u00e1m pomohla na\u0161e pandemick\u00e1 zku\u0161enost, kdy jsme v pr\u016fb\u011bhu prvn\u00ed vlny pandemie museli uzav\u0159\u00edt v\u011bt\u0161inu na\u0161ich pobo\u010dek a s klienty jsme mohli komunikovat pouze po telefonu. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 identifikujeme obrovsk\u00fd r\u016fst digit\u00e1ln\u00ed gramotnosti mezi na\u0161imi klienty. V\u00edce ne\u017e milion z nich, tedy polovina v\u0161ech na\u0161ich prim\u00e1rn\u00edch bankovn\u00edch klient\u016f, u\u017e produkty a slu\u017eby Spo\u0159itelny vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 prim\u00e1rn\u011b na mobilu, ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dtvrt\u00fd klient pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k placen\u00ed mobiln\u00ed telefon a v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 tis\u00edc klient\u016f Spo\u0159itelny u\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 bankovn\u00ed identitu pro online komunikaci se st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vou.
