Zal\u00e9v\u00e1-li zahradn\u00edk konvemi, po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 konve tak jako automobilista kilometry. &#8220;Uf,&#8221; prohla\u0161uje s p\u00fdchou rekordmana, \u201ednes jsem vytahal p\u011bta\u010dty\u0159icet konv\u00ed.&#8221; Kdybyste v\u011bd\u011bli, jak\u00e1 je to libost, kdy\u017e chladn\u00e1 voda cr\u010d\u00ed a \u0161um\u00ed na zprahlou p\u016fdu; kdy\u017e to v podve\u010der jisk\u0159\u00ed na kv\u011btech a listech p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch horlivou pr\u0161kou; kdy\u017e pak cel\u00e1 zahr\u00e1dka vydechne vlhce a \u00falevn\u011b, tak jako vydechne \u017e\u00edzniv\u00fd poutn\u00edk &#8211; &#8220;Ahahah,&#8221; prav\u00ed poutn\u00edk st\u00edraje si p\u011bnu z vous\u016f, &#8220;to byla hromsk\u00e1 \u017e\u00edze\u0148. Hospodo, je\u0161t\u011b jednu!&#8221; A zahradn\u00edk b\u011b\u017e\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b pro jednu konev na tu \u010dervencovou \u017e\u00edze\u0148&#8230;<\/em> <strong>Karel \u010capek, Zahradn\u00edk\u016fv rok, \u010cervenec<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1zev m\u011bs\u00edce je snad odvozen od toho, \u017ee po prudk\u00fdch bou\u0159k\u00e1ch, hromech a blesc\u00edch b\u00fdv\u00e1 nave\u010der kone\u010dn\u011b alespo\u0148 na chvilku trochu klidu a r\u00e1no n\u00e1s v\u00edtaj\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 \u010derv\u00e1nky\u2026skoro, jako by se obloha studem \u010dervenala za to, co zp\u016fsobila a znovu vysv\u00edt\u00e1 usm\u011bvav\u00e9 slun\u00ed\u010dko.\u2026 Letn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc \u010dervenec je stejn\u011b jako \u010derven vybarven \u010derven\u00fdm ovoce, co\u017e z\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 mohlo p\u0159isp\u011bt k v\u00fdb\u011bru pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Na pol\u00edch zl\u00e1tne obil\u00ed, dozr\u00e1vaj\u00ed lesn\u00ed plody, dokonce i houby rostou\u2026 To je pohoda, kter\u00e9 se nem\u016f\u017eeme naba\u017eit a vzpom\u00edn\u00e1me na ni i za chladn\u00fdch zimn\u00edch ve\u010der\u016f. Snad nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc v roce pro na\u0161e d\u011bti p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1zdniny, letn\u00ed pobyty pln\u00e9 dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed a pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, koup\u00e1n\u00ed ve voln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, tepl\u00e9 ve\u010dery u t\u00e1bor\u00e1k\u016f a prvn\u00ed \u00farodu ovoce a zeleniny. \u010cervenec je tak\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edc, kdy mimo jin\u00e9 slav\u00ed mnoh\u00e9 obce posv\u00edcen\u00ed. Posv\u00edcen\u00ed je vzpom\u00ednkov\u00e1 slavnost dne posv\u011bcen\u00ed kostela. Na rozd\u00edl od pout\u011b, kterou se p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 sv\u011btec, kter\u00e9mu je kostel zasv\u011bcen. Dostavba kostela byla pro obec mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost, stavb\u011b v\u011bnovali mnoho pen\u011bz a pr\u00e1ce. Existence kostela vyzvedla v\u00fdznam obce, v\u017edy\u0165 se stal kulturn\u00edm a spole\u010densk\u00fdm centrem obce.<\/p>\n<p>Pro na\u0161e p\u0159edky \u010dervenec p\u0159edstavoval vrchol l\u00e9ta, \u010das, kdy se schylovalo k z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 sklizni, a tak se v\u011bt\u0161ina doby tr\u00e1vila prac\u00ed na poli, co\u017e se t\u00fdkalo i d\u011bt\u00ed \u2013 ty m\u011bly pr\u00e1zdniny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm proto, aby doma mohly pom\u00e1hat. \u017dn\u011b za\u010d\u00ednaly okolo poloviny \u010dervence, na svatou Mark\u00e9tu. Aby \u0161lo kosen\u00ed p\u011bkn\u011b od ruky, cel\u00fd den se zp\u00edvalo, lid\u00e9 na poli i jedli a pili. Se \u017en\u011bmi se za\u010d\u00ednalo zpravidla kolem svat\u00e9 Mark\u00e9ty, \u010dili 13. \u010dervence. Pr\u00e1ce bylo mnoho, na pole se sp\u011bchalo co nejd\u0159\u00edve za rann\u00edho \u00fasvitu a kon\u010dilo se p\u0159i z\u00e1padu Slunce. Aby pr\u00e1ce l\u00e9pe ub\u00edhala, lid\u00e9 si zp\u00edvali a r\u00fdmovali. Na \u017eence zpravidla dohl\u00ed\u017eel \u0161af\u00e1\u0159, co\u017e byl jak\u00fdsi mistr \u010di nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd d\u011bln\u00edk\u016f na zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed feud\u00e1ln\u00edho panstv\u00ed. \u0160af\u00e1\u0159ka obvykle p\u0159inesla chase sn\u00eddani, ob\u011bd potom byl poledn\u00ed odpo\u010dinek a znovu pr\u00e1ce a\u017e do ve\u010dera. Kdy\u017e se v\u0161echna \u00faroda sklidila a do dvora p\u0159ijel posledn\u00ed valn\u00edk, po\u0159\u00e1dala se velkolep\u00e1 slavnost do\u017e\u00ednek. To ale a\u017e koncem srpna.<\/p>\n<p>Aby si naklonili vrtkavou p\u0159\u00edrodu, kter\u00e1 v \u010dervenci p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed bou\u0159ky, kroupy, p\u0159\u00edvalov\u00e9 de\u0161t\u011b nebo naopak velk\u00e9 sucho, po\u0159\u00e1dali na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 na poln\u00edch cest\u00e1ch hromadn\u00e1 proces\u00ed, jimi\u017e si cht\u011bli vyprosit vodu a ochranu \u00farody. Dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u010dervencov\u00fdm aspektem byly pro na\u0161e p\u0159edky pout\u011b. Mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e ud\u00e1lost na ur\u010dit\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b pln\u00e1 z\u00e1bavy, jak si pou\u0165 dnes p\u0159edstavujeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm my, pro n\u011b byla cestou do svat\u00e9ho m\u00edsta, cestou do sebe sama. U n\u00e1s se nejv\u00edce podnikaly pout\u011b anensk\u00e9, mari\u00e1nsk\u00e9, mat\u011bjsk\u00e9 \u010di svatov\u00e1clavsk\u00e9. Pou\u0165 tedy p\u0159edstavovala c\u00edrkevn\u00ed slavnost spojenou se skute\u010dnou pout\u00ed na n\u011bjak\u00e9 poutn\u00ed m\u00edsto. P<\/p>\n<p>out\u011b byly skv\u011blou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s nov\u00fdmi lidmi z okol\u00ed, kontakt se vzd\u00e1len\u00fdmi sousedy nebo nav\u0161t\u00edven\u00ed star\u00fdch zn\u00e1m\u00fdch. Za doby nevolnick\u00e9 to byl jeden ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak se alespo\u0148 na chv\u00edli dostat z m\u00edsta sv\u00e9ho bydli\u0161t\u011b, proto\u017ee roln\u00edci byli p\u0159ipout\u00e1ni k p\u016fd\u011b, kterou museli pro sv\u00e9ho p\u00e1na obd\u011bl\u00e1vat. Na poutn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b \u010dekali na chodce kram\u00e1\u0159i s nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zbo\u017e\u00edm. Bylo zvykem, \u017ee lid\u00e9 kupovali sv\u00fdm nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm, kte\u0159\u00ed se pouti nemohli z\u00fa\u010dastnit, r\u016fzn\u00e9 dary: t\u00e1tovi tab\u00e1k do fajfky nebo nov\u00fd brousek, m\u00e1m\u011b svat\u00fd obr\u00e1zek, babi\u010dce zas n\u011bjakou pokrouti\u010dku \u010dili cukrov\u00ed\u2026 D\u00edvky kupovaly sv\u00fdm ml\u00e1denc\u016fm nov\u00fd \u0161\u00e1tek na krk a ml\u00e1denci sv\u00fdm d\u00edvk\u00e1m zas marcip\u00e1n nebo pern\u00edk. Symbolem bylo pern\u00edkov\u00e9 srdce, kter\u00e9 jako protid\u00e1rek za velikono\u010dn\u00ed vaj\u00ed\u010dka kupovali chlapci d\u00edvk\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Na poutn\u00ed m\u0161i potom byli uct\u00edv\u00e1ni patroni m\u00edstn\u00edho kostela nebo kaple, na n\u00e1vsi \u010di n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se po\u0159\u00e1daly trhy a rodiny se sch\u00e1zely p\u0159i spole\u010dn\u00e9m ob\u011bd\u011b, kde vesele hodovaly. Pod\u00e1valy se pokrmy z hov\u011bz\u00edho masa, knedl\u00edky, \u0159\u00edzky, kol\u00e1\u010de a pivo nebo v\u00edno. Odpoledne po bohoslu\u017eb\u011b se v\u011bt\u0161inou konala muzika v hospod\u011b a poutn\u00edci pak p\u0159esp\u00e1vali bu\u010f v kostele, nebo t\u0159eba ve stodol\u00e1ch m\u00edstn\u00edch obyvatel.<\/p>\n<p>Venkovany na poutn\u00edch m\u00edstech bavili kram\u00e1\u0159i tzv. kram\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi p\u00edsn\u011bmi. Byly to v\u011bt\u0161inou jednoduch\u00e9 r\u00fdmy na melodii n\u011bjak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e9 lidov\u00e9 p\u00edsn\u011b a kram\u00e1\u0159i je zp\u00edvali podle obr\u00e1zkov\u00e9 p\u0159edlohy, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ukazovali pr\u016fb\u011bh p\u00edsn\u011b hol\u00ed. P\u00edsn\u011b neboli \u010dtverce s obr\u00e1zky, pak prod\u00e1vali. Venkovan\u00e9 se tak mohli dozv\u011bd\u011bt o zpr\u00e1v\u00e1ch z bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho \u010di dalek\u00e9ho okol\u00ed, o mordech, po\u017e\u00e1rech, morov\u00fdch ran\u00e1ch \u010di z\u00edskat ponau\u010den\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad z p\u00edsn\u011b o nev\u011b\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b vzato, lidov\u00e9 zvyky a oby\u010deje jako\u017eto sou\u010d\u00e1sti kulturn\u00edch tradic kdekoliv ve sv\u011bt\u011b jsou spjaty s ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivotem tamn\u00edch obyvatel. Lidov\u00e9 zvyky a oby\u010deje se na \u0160umav\u011b pomalu vytr\u00e1cej\u00ed. St\u00e1le se k nim vrac\u00edme, proto\u017ee jsou vzpom\u00ednkou, ml\u00e1d\u00edm a minulost\u00ed na\u0161ich prarodi\u010d\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>A je\u0161t\u011b pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed k \u010dervenci. Jednou pom\u011brn\u011b dosti roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou \u010dinnost\u00ed star\u00fdch \u0160umav\u00e1k\u016f v obdob\u00ed letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f byl sb\u011br lesn\u00edch plod\u016f a hled\u00e1n\u00ed hub. Na rozd\u00edl od nyn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch obyvatel \u0160umavy, kte\u0159\u00ed jdou do lesa sp\u00ed\u0161e rekrea\u010dn\u011b, byl to pro starousedl\u00edky jeden ze zdroj\u016f ob\u017eivy. A zase i tato \u010dinnost byla op\u0159edena nejednou lidovou pov\u011brou. V\u011b\u0159ilo se nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee zrovna tak, jako ka\u017ed\u00fd strom v lese, tak i v\u0161echny lesn\u00ed plody a houby jsou pod ochranou mal\u00fdch, nepatrn\u00fdch bytost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se stanou neviditeln\u00fdmi p\u0159i vstupu lid\u00ed do lesa. T\u011bmto bytostem se v\u017edy musely ob\u011btovat prvn\u00ed t\u0159i lesn\u00ed jahody, bor\u016fvky, maliny nebo brusinky, \u010di ostru\u017einy, a to tak, \u017ee se hodily p\u0159es hlavu a pak pr\u00fd jako z\u00e1zrakem brzy se naplnily n\u00e1doby ke sb\u011bru on\u011bch lesn\u00edch plod\u016f ur\u010den\u00e9. Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak n\u011bkdo opomn\u011bl tak u\u010dinit, m\u011bl pak velk\u00fd ne\u00fasp\u011bch p\u0159i sb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed a tak\u00e9 obt\u011b\u017eoval jej i v\u0161elijak\u00fd hmyz a nebo se dokonce vr\u00e1til dom\u016f s polopr\u00e1zdn\u00fdm d\u017eb\u00e1nkem.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed hub se zase nesm\u011bla \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 nejedl\u00e1 houba povalit, \u010di n\u011bjak po\u0161kodit, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b mochom\u016frky \u010derven\u00e9, nebo\u0165 v jej\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti \u017eil pr\u00fd str\u00e1\u017ece v\u0161ech hub &#8211; mal\u00fd trpasl\u00edk, kter\u00fd hodn\u00e9mu houba\u0159i postavil p\u0159ed o\u010di kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho jedl\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00edbka. P\u0159i\u0161el-li v\u0161ak n\u011bkdo zl\u00fd clo lesa, a to jen ze ziskuchtivosti a chamtivosti, ze vzteku je\u0161t\u011b rozkop\u00e1val nejedl\u00e9 houby, tomu se str\u00e1\u017ece mstil tak, \u017ee mu na v\u011btve strom\u016f a ke\u0159e rozv\u011b\u0161oval pavu\u010diny a do cesty mu kladl v\u011btve, o n\u011b\u017e musel zakop\u00e1vat a ten pak zanepr\u00e1zdn\u011bn neust\u00e1l\u00fdm vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00edm se napadan\u00fdm v\u011btv\u00edm a ot\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm obli\u010deje docela nic nena\u0161el. Naproti tomu zase chud\u00fdm \u0160umav\u00e1k\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i\u0161li do lesa jen proto, aby si zpest\u0159ili sv\u016fj u\u017e tak dosti skrovn\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, t\u011bm stav\u011bl do cesty ty nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jedl\u00e9 h\u0159\u00edbky. Tak\u00e9 star\u00e9 a ji\u017e zvadl\u00e9 h\u0159iby se nesm\u011bly po\u0161kodit, musely se ponechat v lese, pr\u00fd pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoz\u00ed \u0160umav\u00e1ci v\u011b\u0159ili i na to, \u017ee sv. Prokop je patronem v\u0161ech jedl\u00fdch hub a leckte\u0159\u00ed z nich p\u0159i vstupu do lesa pronesli k n\u011bmu kr\u00e1tkou \u0159\u00edkanku. Pak si pr\u00fd p\u0159inesli dom\u016f pln\u00fd ko\u0161\u00edk hub.
