Letn\u00ed osv\u011b\u017een\u00ed m\u00e1 mnoho podob. Z poctiv\u00fdch surovin a podle vlastn\u00ed chuti si ho m\u016f\u017eete sami snadno p\u0159ipravit za pomoci zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na n\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159ila nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e1 organizace dTest, kter\u00e1 vybran\u00e9 modely podrobila d\u016fkladn\u00fdm zkou\u0161k\u00e1m. P\u011bt z nich bylo vybaveno vlastn\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotkou, \u0161est nikoliv. V\u0161echny m\u011bly za \u00fakol vyrobit vanilkovou zmrzlinu, citronov\u00fd sorbet a zmra\u017een\u00fd jogurt<em>. \u201eSem\u00ednka vanilky a k\u016fra citronu p\u0159itom prov\u011b\u0159ily, jak si zmrzlinova\u010de porad\u00ed s rovnom\u011brn\u00fdm prom\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm sm\u011bsi. Zmra\u017een\u00fd jogurt slou\u017eil jako zkou\u0161ka s\u00edly a obratnosti hn\u011bta\u010d\u016f. Krom\u011b senzorick\u00e9 kvality ledov\u00fdch dezert\u016f pak odborn\u00edci hodnotili i dal\u0161\u00ed faktory od bezpe\u010dnosti a hlu\u010dnosti p\u0159\u00edstroje p\u0159es \u010das nezbytn\u00fd pro p\u0159\u00edpravu po n\u00e1ro\u010dnost obsluhy,\u201c<\/em> up\u0159es\u0148uje Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1, \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu dTest.<\/p>\n<h6>Dokonal\u00e1 zmrzlina<\/h6>\n<p>P\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b zmrzliny si l\u00e9pe vedly samochladic\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroje. Ty disponuj\u00ed kompresorem a chladivem a s v\u00fdrobou zmrzliny si porad\u00ed bez pomoci mraz\u00e1ku. Jde o rozm\u011brn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ma\u0161iny a jejich v\u00fdkon je doprov\u00e1zen vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed cenou, kter\u00e1 se pohybuje a\u017e okolo 10 tis\u00edc korun. Zmrzlina, sorbet i zmra\u017een\u00fd jogurt v\u0161ak odborn\u00edky dTestu p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dily, a v\u00fdrazn\u011b tak p\u0159eva\u017eovalo nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, tedy velmi dobr\u00e9, hodnocen\u00ed. Jako vysloven\u011b dokonalou popsali zmrzlinu p\u0159ipravenou modely Sage BCI600 The Smart Scoop a De&#8217;Longhi ICK 6000 Il Gelataio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-227995 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/22\/zmrzlinova\u010d-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"508\" height=\"617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/22\/zmrzlinova\u010d-2.jpg 508w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/22\/zmrzlinova\u010d-2-247x300.jpg 247w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/22\/zmrzlinova\u010d-2-294x357.jpg 294w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/22\/zmrzlinova\u010d-2-398x483.jpg 398w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 508px) 100vw, 508px\" \/>\u0160patn\u011b si nevedly ani zmrzlinova\u010de bez vlastn\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotky. V jejich p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b u\u017e v\u0161ak p\u0159eva\u017eovalo sp\u00ed\u0161e dobr\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed. U citronov\u00e9ho sorbetu byl v\u00fdkon poloviny testovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f ocen\u011bn uspokojiv\u011b a u modelu Ariete 642 jen dostate\u010dn\u011b. V\u00fdtky hodnotitel\u016f m\u00ed\u0159ily p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ke konzistenci sorbet\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tekut\u00e9 uprost\u0159ed n\u00e1doby, zat\u00edmco na kraj\u00edch byly p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tuh\u00e9 a p\u0159imrzaly.<\/p>\n<p>Obecn\u011b pak k v\u00fdhod\u00e1m zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f bez chladic\u00ed jednotky pat\u0159\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed cena, kter\u00e1 se zpravidla pohybuje od necel\u00fdch 900 k\u010d do 2 000 K\u010d. Jejich p\u0159ednost\u00ed jsou i pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00e9 rozm\u011bry. Maj\u00ed v\u0161ak jeden z\u00e1sadn\u00ed limit. Zat\u00edmco samochladic\u00ed zmrzlinova\u010de zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed p\u0159ipravit jednu v\u00e1rku zmrzliny za druhou, s jednoduch\u00fdmi zmrzlinova\u010di bez chladic\u00ed jednotky nachyst\u00e1te jen jednu v\u00e1rku denn\u011b. Neobejdou se toti\u017e bez mraz\u00e1ku a extra \u010dasu pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho na namrazen\u00ed n\u00e1doby pro p\u0159\u00edpravu zmrzliny.<\/p>\n<h6>Jak dlouho si po\u010dk\u00e1te?<\/h6>\n<p>V\u00fdrobn\u00edky zmrzliny maj\u00ed r\u016fznou kapacitu, a proto v dTestu hodnotili pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u010das p\u0159\u00edpravy v p\u0159epo\u010dtu na kilogram zmrzliny. \u201e<em>Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee v \u010dasech p\u0159\u00edpravy zmrzliny se ob\u011b kategorie zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f nijak v\u00fdrazn\u011b neodli\u0161ovaly. P\u0159\u00edstroje bez chladic\u00ed jednotky i s n\u00ed p\u0159edvedly podobn\u00e9 spektrum v\u00fdkon\u016f a nem\u016f\u017eeme tvrdit, \u017ee by jeden typ byl lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e druh\u00fd,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1 a up\u0159es\u0148uje, \u017ee <em>\u201eje nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee stroje bez vlastn\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotky je t\u0159eba nejprve namrazit. N\u00e1vody k pou\u017eit\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b osm nebo dvan\u00e1ct hodin mrazen\u00ed. My jsme b\u011bhem testov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edsy mrazili v\u017edy 24 hodin a tuto dobu m\u016f\u017eeme jen doporu\u010dit.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nejrychleji zvl\u00e1dly testovan\u00e9 modely p\u0159ipravit zmra\u017een\u00fd jogurt. Dva modely bez vlastn\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotky (Steba IC 20 a Klarstein Creamberry 1,5 l) to dok\u00e1zaly u\u017e za 28 minut, zat\u00edmco Camry CR 4481 pot\u0159eboval 160 minut a za tuto d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed zkou\u0161ku si vyslou\u017eil nedostate\u010dnou. Je ov\u0161em t\u0159eba up\u0159esnit, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o zmrzlinova\u010d se specifick\u00fdm typem chladic\u00ed jednotky. Na rozd\u00edl od ostatn\u00edch testovan\u00fdch model\u016f s vlastn\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotkou neobsahuje chladivo, ale funguje na termoelektrick\u00e9m principu.<\/p>\n<h6>Post\u0159ehy z praxe<\/h6>\n<p>Samotn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f se v praxi uk\u00e1zalo jako velmi intuitivn\u00ed a jednoduch\u00e9. Probl\u00e9m nebyl ani s d\u00edlensk\u00fdm zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm testovan\u00fdch model\u016f a jejich bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed. Hor\u0161\u00ed to bylo s \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm, za kter\u00e9 padlo hned n\u011bkolik dostate\u010dn\u00fdch. Tak\u00e9 dostat zmrzlou pochoutku z n\u00e1doby zmrzlinova\u010de m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ob\u010das p\u011bkn\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek.<em> \u201eJe d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze plastov\u00e9 pom\u016fcky, proto\u017ee kovov\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dky nebo nab\u011bra\u010dky by snadno mohly vnit\u0159n\u00ed st\u011bnu m\u00edsy po\u0161kr\u00e1bat a po\u0161kodit. U v\u0161ech n\u00e1mi testovan\u00fdch samochladic\u00edch zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f byla k dispozici vhodn\u00e1 nab\u011bra\u010dka \u010di \u0161pachtle, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i odm\u011brka. P\u0159\u00edstroje bez chladic\u00ed jednotky byly ale v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech o toto p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed ochuzeny,\u201c<\/em> konstatuje za dTest Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1. P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu spot\u0159ebi\u010de si tedy ov\u011b\u0159te, co p\u0159esn\u011b je v balen\u00ed obsa\u017eeno.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o spot\u0159ebu elekt\u0159iny, je u zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f bez vlastn\u00ed chladic\u00ed jednotky zanedbateln\u00e1. V\u011bt\u0161inu pr\u00e1ce toti\u017e odvede mraz\u00e1k. Provoz zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f s integrovanou chladic\u00ed jednotkou je z tohoto pohledu n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b v testu v t\u00e9to d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed zkou\u0161ce v\u011bt\u0161ina p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f obst\u00e1la a z\u00edskala dobr\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podrobn\u00fd postup testu zmrzlinova\u010d\u016f i kompletn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky najdete na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dtest.cz\/testy-vyrobku-1016\/zmrzlinovace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>www.dtest.cz\/zmrzlinovace<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>TIP NA Z\u00c1V\u011aR:<\/strong> Zmrzlina se d\u00e1 vyrobit tak\u00e9 za pomoci kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9ho robota, lze-li k n\u011bmu dokoupit jako p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed chladic\u00ed misku. Ta se d\u00e1v\u00e1 do mraz\u00e1ku. Po\u0159izovac\u00ed cena chladic\u00ed misky pro kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 roboty za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 zhruba na 1 800 korun\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<h6>Recepty<\/h6>\n<p>Pokud si chcete vyzkou\u0161et recepty na mra\u017een\u00e9 dobroty, kter\u00e9 byly sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed praktick\u00fdch zkou\u0161ek dTestu, budete pot\u0159ebovat:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na p\u0159\u00edpravu 600 ml vanilkov\u00e9 zmrzliny:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 \u017eloutky, 150 g cukru, \u0161petku soli, 200 ml polotu\u010dn\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, 1 vanilkov\u00fd lusk a 200 ml smetany ke \u0161leh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na 600 ml citr\u00f3nov\u00e9ho sorbetu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>350 ml vody, 150 g cukru, nastrouhanou k\u016fru z 1 citr\u00f3nu a 150 ml \u010derstv\u00e9 citr\u00f3nov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro v\u00fdrobu 600 ml zmra\u017een\u00e9ho jogurtu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>nechte nejprve 500 ml jogurtu po dobu minim\u00e1ln\u011b \u0161esti hodin vykapat a zbavit vody.
