Testov\u00e1n\u00ed je nejlep\u0161\u00ed zbra\u0148 proti epidemii, nelze na n\u011bj v\u0161ak pln\u011b spol\u00e9hat. Zejm\u00e9na n\u011bkter\u00e9 antigenn\u00ed testy maj\u00ed relativn\u011b vysokou chybovost. Folklorn\u00ed zvyky, zejm\u00e9na koledy, ale i jin\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 a volno\u010dasov\u00e9 aktivity nebo n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy soused\u016f v r\u00e1mci rekrea\u010dn\u00edch objekt\u016f, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst nov\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch kontakt\u016f mezi lidmi z r\u016fzn\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch skupin. Ty jsou v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b vlivem aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch vl\u00e1dn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed od sebe do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry izolov\u00e1ny. Jedin\u00fd rizikov\u00fd kontakt m\u016f\u017ee sta\u010dit k zanesen\u00ed n\u00e1kazy do zcela nov\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed viru doposud odol\u00e1vala, a kde se m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt rychle \u0161\u00ed\u0159it.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iniciativa-snih.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Iniciativa Sn\u00edh (opens in a new tab)\">Iniciativa Sn\u00edh<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>proto apeluje na ve\u0159ejnost, aby p\u0159es Velikonoce co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejv\u00edce respektovala platn\u00e1 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b omezen\u00ed cestov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi regiony. Antigenn\u00ed testy mohou b\u00fdt velmi nep\u0159esn\u00e9, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u asymptomatick\u00fdch jedinc\u016f, tedy u lid\u00ed bez z\u0159eteln\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f nemoci. Jejich citlivost u asymptomatick\u00fdch jedinc\u016f je i pod 40-50 %, neodhal\u00ed tedy 5 a\u017e 6 lid\u00ed z ka\u017ed\u00fdch 10 naka\u017een\u00fdch. PCR testy jsou p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a odhal\u00ed i jedince v prvotn\u00ed f\u00e1zi infekce, kdy je\u0161t\u011b nepoci\u0165uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky nemoci, ale rozn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed virus po okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pokud se u\u017e n\u011bkam rozhodnete cestovat, nechte se pros\u00edm otestovat. Testov\u00e1n\u00ed je jednou z nejlep\u0161\u00edch zbran\u00ed, kterou proti epidemii m\u00e1me. Sledujte tak\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u011b sv\u016fj zdravotn\u00ed stav. Pokud se u v\u00e1s objev\u00ed sebemen\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky infekce (zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 teplota, respira\u010dn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee, bolest hlavy, bolest b\u0159icha, za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, \u00fanava, ztr\u00e1ta \u010dichu a chuti atd.), z\u016fsta\u0148te rad\u011bji doma a v izolaci. Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed doba pro testov\u00e1n\u00ed je 4-7 dn\u00ed po rizikov\u00e9m kontaktu \u010di kdykoli po objeven\u00ed prvn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f nemoci.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 V\u00fdsledek testu je platn\u00fd jen po omezenou dobu. V\u011bt\u0161inou se ud\u00e1v\u00e1 hodnota 12 hodin pro antigenn\u00ed test a 24 hodin pro test PCR, ani tyto doby v\u0161ak nejsou zaru\u010den\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pou\u017e\u00edvejte respir\u00e1tor nebo rou\u0161ku se t\u0159emi vrstvami z vhodn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu. \u00da\u010dinn\u00e9 ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed na obli\u010deji je d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e samotn\u00fd materi\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Do\u010dasn\u00e9 vynech\u00e1n\u00ed ochrann\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed, by\u0165 jen na chv\u00edli, m\u016f\u017ee podstatn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko naka\u017een\u00ed. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad nos\u00edte rou\u0161ku\/respir\u00e1tor v pr\u00e1ci cel\u00fd den a sund\u00e1te si ji na spole\u010dn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo \u010di pit\u00ed s lidmi mimo svou dom\u00e1cnost, v\u00fdrazn\u011b se t\u00edm sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed \u010di \u00fapln\u011b zmiz\u00ed celkov\u00fd v\u00fdznam va\u0161eho jinak pe\u010dliv\u00e9ho dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Pamatujte, \u017ee nakazit se m\u016f\u017eete i v pr\u016fb\u011bhu n\u011bkolika sekund, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b sou\u010dasnou naka\u017eliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mutac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pokud se ale dotknete infikovan\u00e9ho povrchu a potom se kontaminovan\u00fdmi prsty dotknete sv\u00e9ho obli\u010deje, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k p\u0159enosu p\u0159es o\u010dn\u00ed, nosn\u00ed \u010di \u00fastn\u00ed sliznici. Podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f se \u010dlov\u011bk sv\u00e9ho obli\u010deje dot\u00fdk\u00e1 v pr\u016fm\u011bru i v\u00edce ne\u017e 1000\u00d7 denn\u011b. Sna\u017ete se nedot\u00fdkat bez ochrany rukou p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, na kter\u00e9 sahaj\u00ed i jin\u00ed, nap\u0159. madlo u n\u00e1kupn\u00edho voz\u00edku, z\u00e1bradl\u00ed, kliky apod. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je pro tyto p\u0159\u00edpady pou\u017e\u00edvat jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 rukavice a kapesn\u00ed dezinfekci. Pravideln\u011b si um\u00fdvejte ruce a obli\u010dej, trocha m\u00fddla \u010di detergentu virus spolehliv\u011b zabije. Rou\u0161ka\/respir\u00e1tor je tak\u00e9 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed prost\u0159edek, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m br\u00e1n\u00ed dot\u00fdkat se rukami nosn\u00ed a \u00fastn\u00ed sliznice.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Dezinfekce p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f jejich oza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm UV sv\u011btlem nem\u00e1 dle nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam. UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b virus zab\u00edj\u00ed, pot\u0159ebuje v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edmo dopadat na \u010d\u00e1stice viru po ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das a s pom\u011brn\u011b vysokou intenzitou. Museli byste tud\u00ed\u017e p\u0159edm\u011bty, nap\u0159\u00edklad potraviny, oza\u0159ovat po des\u00edtky minut ze v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch \u00fahl\u016f. \u010cistit vzduch v m\u00edstnosti UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm se tak\u00e9 ukazuje jako nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 efektivn\u00ed. Z\u00e1sadn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je naopak v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed, na co\u017e poukazuj\u00ed studie i ned\u00e1vn\u00fd apel WHO.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Pob\u00fdvejte co nejv\u00edce \u010dasu venku. Cvi\u010dte venku. Udr\u017eujte p\u0159itom vzd\u00e1lenost bez respir\u00e1toru alespo\u0148 5 metr\u016f od druh\u00fdch, kte\u0159\u00ed s v\u00e1mi ne\u017eij\u00ed ve spole\u010dn\u011b dom\u00e1cnosti. Bu\u010fte co nejv\u00edce \u010dasu na slunci. Slunce pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eovat va\u0161i imunitu a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 k tvorb\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho vitaminu D.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Jak se vyhnout sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edmu stresu?<\/h4>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsme na ja\u0159e lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku zjistili, \u017ee nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 se b\u011bhem Velikonoc setk\u00e1vat a slavit je zp\u016fsobem, na kter\u00fd jsme byli zvykl\u00ed, mnoh\u00e9 z n\u00e1s asi ani nenapadlo pomyslet si, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b o rok pozd\u011bji budeme v podobn\u00e9 situaci. Po roce omezov\u00e1n\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t dal\u0161\u00ed dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed jako obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. V k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9, \u017eidovsk\u00e9, i pohansk\u00e9 tradici v\u0161ak s sebou Velikonoce nesou symboliku nad\u011bje p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed po t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 dob\u011b. M\u016f\u017eeme tak zkusit vyu\u017e\u00edt Velikonoce k obnov\u011b a znovuvzk\u0159\u00ed\u0161en\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed nad\u011bje a v\u00edry v lep\u0161\u00ed budoucnost, v druh\u00e9 i v sebe samotn\u00e9. Pokusme se i s v\u011bdom\u00edm t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 minulosti a p\u0159\u00edtomnosti nerezignovat na nad\u011bji a budoucnost. Zkusme naj\u00edt tv\u016fr\u010d\u00edm zp\u016fsobem bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby oslav Velikonoc s respektem k pot\u0159eb\u00e1m sv\u00fdm i druh\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Zcela se stresu vyhnout nelze.
