V pr\u016fb\u011bhu zimy proto odborn\u00edci doporu\u010duj\u00ed \u201ed\u00e9\u010dko\u201c dopl\u0148ovat i jinak. \u010casopis dTest prov\u011b\u0159il 28 r\u016fzn\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy s vitam\u00ednem D. Podle informac\u00ed Ministerstva zdravotnictv\u00ed je to 60 a\u017e 75 % \u010cech\u016f, kter\u00fdm tento vitam\u00edn d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu chyb\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje n\u011bkolik mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak vitam\u00edn do t\u011bla dostat &#8211; slun\u011bn\u00edm, stravou bohatou na tu\u010dn\u00e9 mo\u0159sk\u00e9 ryby nebo dopl\u0148ky stravy. A pr\u00e1v\u011b na posledn\u00ed zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159ila redakce \u010dasopisu dTest. <em>\u201eP\u0159\u00edpravky v hojn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e nab\u00edzej\u00ed jak l\u00e9k\u00e1rny, tak drogerie. My jsme do laborato\u0159e poslali 28 vzork\u016f, abychom zjistili, kolik vitam\u00edn\u016f obsahuj\u00ed a jestli zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u00fadaj\u016fm na etiket\u011b,\u201c<\/em> uvedla k testov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka \u010dasopisu Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Testovan\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky se nach\u00e1zely v n\u011bkolika podob\u00e1ch \u2013 jako lisovan\u00e9 tablety, tobolky napln\u011bn\u00e9 sypk\u00fdm pr\u00e1\u0161kem, \u017eelatinov\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 kapsle, kapky nebo sprej, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich byly ur\u010den\u00e9 i d\u011btem.<\/p>\n<p>V testech se zji\u0161\u0165ovalo, zda hodnota vitam\u00ednu D odpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u00fadaji uveden\u00e9m na obalu, \u2013 jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vitam\u00ednu D se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v jednom gramu dopl\u0148ku stravy (uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch jednotk\u00e1ch IU) a kolik ho poskytuje denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka doporu\u010den\u00e1 v\u00fdrobcem. Co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 koncentrace vitam\u00ednu, ta se u tablet a pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdch tobolek pohybovala zhruba od 300 do 11 000 IU, u kapsl\u00ed a kapek od 500 do 25 500 IU. Je ale nutn\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee tablety jsou kv\u016fli nezbytn\u00fdm plnidl\u016fm v\u017edy t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e olejov\u00e9 kapky a koncentrace vitam\u00ednu u nich z principu b\u00fdv\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Do hodnocen\u00ed se zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1valo tak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vitam\u00ednu, kter\u00e9 se dostane do t\u011bla, pokud se budeme \u0159\u00eddit doporu\u010den\u00fdm d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00edm na etiket\u011b nebo p\u0159\u00edbalov\u00e9m let\u00e1ku. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f \u0161lo o spot\u0159ebitelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e9 d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed v po\u010dtu jedna kapka\/tableta\/kapsle denn\u011b. Teoreticky se lze vitam\u00ednem D i p\u0159ed\u00e1vkovat, proto je nutn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edst informace o u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed velmi pe\u010dliv\u011b \u2013 n\u011bkdy se toti\u017e doporu\u010duje i jin\u00e9 d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed, nap\u0159. jedna tableta obden. Jako nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ijateln\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem uv\u00e1d\u00ed Evropsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin 4000 IU, nad tuto hranici u\u017e nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt suplementace bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st a\u017e k symptom\u016fm p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd z testovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f tuto horn\u00ed hranici nep\u0159es\u00e1hl, nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed denn\u00ed d\u00e1vku vitam\u00ednu D m\u011bly tablety Dr. Theiss Detritin 2000 (4565 IU ve 2 tablet\u00e1ch, v\u00fdrobce doporu\u010duje jednu a\u017e dv\u011b denn\u011b).<\/p>\n<p>Na opa\u010dn\u00e9m konci hodnotic\u00ed \u0161k\u00e1ly se um\u00edstily pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 tobolky Biomin Vitamin D3 Basic, kter\u00e9 s nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi 359 IU v denn\u00ed d\u00e1vce nepokryj\u00ed ani 400 IU, co\u017e je nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eDodr\u017een\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u00ed obal, je z\u00e1konn\u00e1 povinnost ka\u017ed\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce potravin. Nejinak je tomu u dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy, kter\u00e9 form\u00e1ln\u011b potravinami jsou. Pova\u017eujeme proto za samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee hodnoty uveden\u00e9 na etiket\u011b budou odpov\u00eddat hodnot\u00e1m zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm v laborato\u0159i,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btlila za dTest Hana Hoffmannov\u00e1. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f redakce \u010dasopisu ud\u011blila testovan\u00fdm v\u00fdrobk\u016fm velmi dobr\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky. Z\u00edskaly je ty dopl\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 deklarovanou hodnotu vitam\u00ednu dodr\u017eely i s p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k nejistot\u011b m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.
