Obsahuje ale \u0159adu v\u00fdluk a pro leckoho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 se v bludi\u0161ti t\u011bchto poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zorientovat. V\u00edte, jak\u00e1 rizika kryj\u00ed a na co se naopak nevztahuj\u00ed?<\/h6>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-131630 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest-114x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"114\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest-114x300.jpg 114w, https:\/\/zakrasnejsivimperk.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/29\/logo-dtest.jpg 126w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 114px) 100vw, 114px\" \/>Snad nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm omylem je domn\u011bnka, \u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti lze uzav\u0159\u00edt pouze pro domy a poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti naopak jen pro byty. Oba typy ochrany je mo\u017en\u00e9 sjednat pro oba druhy nemovitost\u00ed. I u klasick\u00e9ho panel\u00e1kov\u00e9ho bytu tak m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt uzav\u0159eno jak poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, tak nemovitosti.<\/p>\n<p>Jak ale rozli\u0161it, kter\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kryje jakou polo\u017eku? <em>\u201ePou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se na to jednoduch\u00e1 pom\u016fcka: kdy\u017e pomysln\u011b obr\u00e1t\u00edte byt vzh\u016fru nohama, v\u0161e, co z n\u011bj vypadne, spad\u00e1 pod poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem tedy n\u00e1bytek, elektronika, koberce, sv\u00edtidla \u010di v\u011bci osobn\u00ed pot\u0159eby. Naopak sou\u010d\u00e1sti pevn\u011b spojen\u00e9 s bytem \u010di domem se \u0159ad\u00ed k poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti. Jsou to nap\u0159\u00edklad radi\u00e1tory, obklady, dve\u0159n\u00ed z\u00e1rubn\u011b, podlahov\u00e9 krytiny \u010di zateplovac\u00ed materi\u00e1ly ve stropech a podlah\u00e1ch,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Eduarda Hek\u0161ov\u00e1, \u0159editelka spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9 organizace dTest. A dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201eToto pravidlo ov\u0161em nefunguje bez v\u00fdjimky a m\u016f\u017eete narazit na poji\u0161\u0165ovny, kter\u00e9 za\u0159azuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad podlahy do poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti a mnoh\u00e9 mobiln\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bty zase do poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti. Typicky sporn\u00fdmi polo\u017ekami b\u00fdvaj\u00ed kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9 linky, vestavn\u00e9 spot\u0159ebi\u010de, vestav\u011bn\u00fd n\u00e1bytek nebo nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typy z\u00e1v\u011bsn\u00fdch sk\u0159\u00edn\u011bk.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rozsah kryt\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovny \u010dasto nab\u00edzej\u00ed v podob\u011b bal\u00ed\u010dk\u016f. Ty se od sebe li\u0161\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi riziky, pojistn\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stkami a tak\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed pojistn\u00e9ho. Mnoz\u00ed pojistitel\u00e9 ale m\u00edsto bal\u00ed\u010dk\u016f preferuj\u00ed jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 a to na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou variantu. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed varianta obvykle zahrnuje \u017eiveln\u00ed rizika (\u010dasto se m\u016f\u017eete setkat se zkratkou FLEXA sdru\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1r, blesk, v\u00fdbuch a p\u00e1d letadla), \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 vodou vyt\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed z vodovodn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, povode\u0148 nebo z\u00e1plavu, vich\u0159ici nebo krupobit\u00ed, loupe\u017e \u010di kr\u00e1de\u017e vloup\u00e1n\u00edm. Do roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 varianty pak poji\u0161\u0165ovny oby\u010dejn\u011b za\u0159azuj\u00ed t\u0159eba \u0161kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 vodou unikaj\u00edc\u00ed z odpadn\u00edho potrub\u00ed, p\u00e1d strom\u016f, sto\u017e\u00e1r\u016f \u010di jin\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f na nemovitost, zate\u010den\u00ed atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch sr\u00e1\u017eek, p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed v elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edti \u010di zkrat, vandalismus \u010di rozbit\u00ed skel z jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny ne\u017e poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm rizikem (all-risk).<\/p>\n<p>Za\u0159azen\u00ed a tak\u00e9 ocen\u011bn\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch rizik v\u0161ak v\u017edy z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b.<em> \u201eZat\u00edmco jedna m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dan\u00e9 riziko ji\u017e v z\u00e1kladn\u00ed variant\u011b, u druh\u00e9 si p\u0159iplat\u00edte za vylep\u0161en\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek a t\u0159et\u00ed jej m\u016f\u017ee \u00fapln\u011b odm\u00edtat pojistit. Ujist\u011bte se proto p\u0159edem, \u017ee rizika, kter\u00e1 pokl\u00e1d\u00e1te za nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, nejsou uvedena ve v\u00fdluk\u00e1ch z poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, a tedy \u017ee v\u00e1m je dok\u00e1\u017eou pat\u0159i\u010dn\u011b pojistit,\u201c<\/em> rad\u00ed Eduarda Hek\u0161ov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi v\u00fdluky nej\u010dast\u011bji spadaj\u00ed v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad vybaven\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017ee, j\u00edzdn\u00ed kola ve sklep\u011b nebo zahradn\u00ed seka\u010dka v k\u016fln\u011b. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b po\u010det poji\u0161\u0165oven, kter\u00e9 kryj\u00ed i tyto polo\u017eky, pozvolna nar\u016fst\u00e1. Co v\u00e1m v\u0161ak klasick\u00e1 podoba poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b nepokryje, jsou p\u0159edm\u011bty neobvykl\u00e9 hodnoty. Pokud tedy m\u00e1te doma nap\u0159\u00edklad sb\u00edrku drah\u00fdch obraz\u016f, pro jej\u00ed kryt\u00ed po\u010d\u00edtejte s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pojistn\u00e9ho. A zna\u010dn\u00fdm z\u00e1drhelem b\u00fdv\u00e1 i zp\u016fsob odcizen\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f z dom\u00e1cnosti \u2013 b\u00fdv\u00e1 podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky pachatelem. Na oby\u010dejnou kr\u00e1de\u017e se tak poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vztahovat nebude.<\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. Ta by m\u011bla odpov\u00eddat hodnot\u011b samotn\u00e9ho majetku. Rozhodn\u011b se nedoporu\u010duje hodnotu majetku um\u011ble sni\u017eovat (podpoji\u0161\u0165ovat) ani z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b nepravdiv\u011b navy\u0161ovat (p\u0159epoji\u0161\u0165ovat). Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b automobilu se i hodnota nemovitosti \u010di dom\u00e1cnosti v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu m\u011bn\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee v d\u016fsledku amortizace postupn\u011b klesat, ale stejn\u011b tak se m\u016f\u017ee vlivem modernizace \u010di koup\u011b nov\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed i navy\u0161ovat.<em> \u201eJe tak u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 ob\u010das pobo\u010dku poji\u0161\u0165ovny nav\u0161t\u00edvit a pojistnou \u010d\u00e1stku upravit.
