M\u016f\u017eeme nav\u0161t\u00edvit m\u00edstn\u00ed sochu \u010di pomn\u00ed\u010dek a ozdobit jej kv\u011btinami a za\u017eehnout sv\u00edci.<\/h6>\n<p>Pe\u010deme tradi\u010dn\u00ed pe\u010divo ve tvaru kost\u00ed tzv. kosti svat\u00fdch. D\u011blaj\u00ed ze sladk\u00e9ho nebo slan\u00e9ho kynut\u00e9ho t\u011bsta. Tvaruj\u00ed se do zk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch hn\u00e1t\u016f nebo jednotliv\u00fdch kosti\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>Po setm\u011bn\u00ed ji\u017e ven nechod\u00edme a zap\u00e1l\u00edme b\u00edlou sv\u00edci za svat\u00e9, v\u0161echny du\u0161e je\u017e dos\u00e1hli nebes a um\u00edst\u00edme ji do okna. M\u016f\u017eeme zap\u00e1lit i v\u00edce sv\u00edc\u00ed a mohou ho\u0159et cel\u00fd den.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eeme si tento den p\u0159ipravit vzpom\u00ednkov\u00fd v\u011bnec na\u0161im p\u0159edk\u016fm. Zdoben\u00ed se meze nekladou, v\u011bt\u0161inou se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 st\u00e1lozelen\u00e9 chvoj\u00ed a r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzdoby a \u017eiv\u00e9 kv\u011bty. Z\u00e1klad na v\u011bnec lze sehnat v kv\u011btin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a chcete-li i stuhu s n\u00e1pisem &#8220;vzpom\u00edn\u00e1me&#8221;, dostanete ji tamt\u00e9\u017e. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od adventn\u00edho v\u011bnce, kde se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako z\u00e1klad chvoj\u00ed smrkov\u00e9, borov\u00e9 \u010di jedlov\u00e9, se na du\u0161i\u010dkov\u00fd v\u011bnec \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u011btvi\u010dky th\u00faj\u00ed nebo jejich kombinace s chvoj\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Loni jsme d\u011blali s d\u011btmi r\u016f\u017ei\u010dky z javorov\u00e9ho barevn\u00e9ho list\u00ed a pou\u017eili je jako p\u0159\u00edzdobu na v\u011bnce, vypadalo to moc p\u011bkn\u011b. pot\u0159ebujete na to jen javorov\u00e9 listy a nit. N\u00e1vody lze naj\u00edt na internetu, t\u0159eba na youtube.<\/p>\n<p>Do zdoben\u00ed v\u011bne\u010dk\u016f m\u016f\u017eeme zapojit d\u011bti a vysv\u011btlit jim pro\u010d tak \u010din\u00edme a moc je tato \u010dinnost bav\u00ed a bav\u00ed je velice i pe\u010den\u00ed kost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Recepis\u016f na kosti svat\u00fdch je mnoho a v ka\u017ed\u00e9m kraji je trochu jin\u00fd. Vybrala jsem dva, ale budu r\u00e1da kdy\u017e se pod\u011bl\u00edte o jin\u00e9 z va\u0161eho kraje.<\/p>\n<h6>Recept na sladk\u00e9 kosti:<\/h6>\n<p>1\/2 kg polohrub\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\n\u0161petka soli<br \/>\n8 dkg cukru<br \/>\ncitr\u00f3nov\u00e1 k\u016fra<br \/>\n3 dkg \u010derstv\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed<br \/>\n1\/4 l dobr\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka<br \/>\n4 \u017eloutky<br \/>\n10 dkg m\u00e1sla<br \/>\nasi 10 dkg m\u00e1sla na pot\u0159en\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Do m\u00edsy prosejeme mouku se sol\u00ed a cukrem a p\u0159id\u00e1me ustrouhanou citronovou k\u016fru. Mouku zad\u011bl\u00e1me vze\u0161l\u00fdm kv\u00e1skem z \u010d\u00e1sti cukru, mouky, dro\u017ed\u00ed a vlah\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka. Vykynut\u00fd kv\u00e1sek p\u0159ilijeme k mouce. Zpracujeme vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00e9 t\u011bsto a nech\u00e1me zkynout. Z vykynut\u00e9ho t\u011bsta tvarujeme kosti a klademe na poma\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plech nebo na pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edr. Na plechu hojn\u011b pomast\u00edme m\u00e1slem a v p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 troub\u011b pe\u010deme do zlatova.<\/p>\n<h6>Recept na slan\u00e9 kosti:<\/h6>\n<p>necel\u00fd 1\/4 l ml\u00e9ka<br \/>\n2 dkg \u010derstv\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed<br \/>\n2 kostky cukru (2 l\u017ei\u010dky)<br \/>\n1\/2 kg polohrub\u00e9 mouky<br \/>\ns\u016fl<br \/>\n3 \u017eloutky<br \/>\n5 dkg cukru<br \/>\n10 dkg m\u00e1sla<br \/>\ntuk na pot\u0159en\u00ed plechu<br \/>\nb\u00edlky na pot\u0159en\u00ed pe\u010diva<\/p>\n<p>Z poloviny ml\u00e9ka, dro\u017ed\u00ed , cukru a tro\u0161ky mouky ud\u011bl\u00e1me kv\u00e1sek a nech\u00e1me zkynout. Do m\u00edsy prosejeme mouku se sol\u00ed, p\u0159id\u00e1me kv\u00e1sek a v ml\u00e9ce rozm\u00edchan\u00e9 \u017eloutky. Zpracujeme hust\u0161\u00ed t\u011bsto, a\u017e se tvo\u0159\u00ed puch\u00fd\u0159e. Pak t\u011bsto rozv\u00e1l\u00edme na tenkou placku, pokryjeme l\u00edstky m\u00e1sla , slo\u017e\u00edme do tvaru ob\u00e1lky, pak na t\u0159i d\u00edly do sebe a vyv\u00e1l\u00edme. Toto p\u0159ekl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed opakujeme asi t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. Nech\u00e1me chv\u00edli odpo\u010dinout a tvarujeme zk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 hn\u00e1ty \u010di samostatn\u00e9 kosti\u010dky. Klademe na poma\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plech nebo pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edr, poma\u017eeme b\u00edlky a nech\u00e1me 1\/2 hodiny kynout, pak v p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 troub\u011b pe\u010deme do zlatova.<\/p>\n<p>Tento recept jsem po vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed trochu upravila. Ned\u00e1vala jsem do n\u011bj cukr krom dvou kostek na kv\u00e1sek, naopak jsem dala 10g soli. A dal\u0161\u00ed poznatek, po zakomponov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1sla do t\u011bsta a dal\u0161\u00edm rozvalov\u00e1n\u00ed se za\u010dalo trhat. T\u011bsto jsem dala alespo\u0148 na hodinu do lednice, nakynulo i v lednici. Pak \u0161lo v\u00e1let bez probl\u00e9m\u016f i p\u0159ekl\u00e1dat.
